WARNING: ANZU BASHING!!!!!

Note: Okay, my loyal readers and reviewers, it seems an ANONYMOUS person has seen fit to flame me…..So, according to tradition, I post this flame for all to see….

Flame: do you ever have an original idea? all of the things I see in your stories has come from the stories of better writer's stories written some time ago.

Flame Response: Go read their stories then. How many fics recycle the same theme of Joey's father beats him and he runs to Seto and they fall in love? How many do the same with Ryou and bakura? Bakura beats Ryou and they fall in love? The difference is, every author does the theme a little differently. I may have an idea who you are, but I'm not naming names. I know I have spelling and some grammatical errors in my fics, but…..Sentences begin with capital letters.
*hands flame to Asher*
Asher: FIRE GOOD!!!!

Kura Magician Girl: Who wouldn't want to watch those blond Egyptian bishies make out? Good stuff….Good times.
Broken Time: Hope you like this story.
Anubiset: I haven't decided Hayden's fate yet. Yeah, I feel for Alex…he really is a good guy.
Lady Elfskye: Joey and Hayden will meet each other in this story…*evil grin*
Shadow of Light: I have more suspense under my sleeve…as always…and lemons. Suspence and lemons.
Draza: Great job! *hands Seto plushie for passing courses* enjoy! *hands Joey plushie with Seto* You can't have just a seto plushie.
MarikIshtar77: Groping is good…mmm…groping.
UkeToSetosSe,e: *hands many plushies* you're back! I wish you all the luck in college. *hugs*

Graduation

Marik crossed his legs as he sat on the uncomfortable chair. “How long is this….graduation thing?”
Ryou looked at the booklet and the list of the graduates. “Well, between the ceremony and the graduates getting their diplomas, it may take a couple of hours.”
Marik fanned himself. “It's hotter than the Valley of the Kings in here!”
Bakura wiped the sweat from his forehead. “Come on, Ishtar. It's not that bad. We lived how many years in the desert together?”
Miranda looked down at the chibi. At her feet, Kai played with his stuffed dolphin. Kai smiled as he saw his mother walk down the isle. Aten was walking close in front of her, his white and blond hair pulled back.
“There's my mommy!” Kai said excitedly.
“Yes, honey.”
Kai stood up and squinted his eyes. “We are weawwy far up!”
“Watch you don't fall,” Miranda said. “I'm amazed they let Aten walk in the graduation. He was home-schooled for the last couple of years.”
“My son passed the tests, though,” Marik said proudly. “Cullen did a good job.”
Ryou smiled and sighed. “My babies are graduating High School….”
Seto crossed his arms with a smile. “Well, all she needs to do is name the college she wants to go to. If they don't accept her, I'll just simply buy the college and she'll be able to attend.
Joey smiled and put Kai on his lap. “See mommy?”
Kai smiled. “My mommy wooks pwetty.”
The little boy looked around and squinted. “Where is my daddy?”
“His last name begins with `T'. He'll be in soon. They're only up to the `I's right now. Can you sing the alphabet?”
Kai smiled and nodded. “I tan sing for you! A....B….C….D….E…F…umm….G….H… ;uhhhh…I…J….”
Joey smiled and brought the boy against his chest, making him squeal and laugh. “DAMN YOU ARE SO CUTE!”
When Umi stepped out, Kai squealed and bounced on Joey's lap. “Dere he is!”
During the ceremony, speeches were made. Robbie limped to the front of the stage with his cane.
Miranda and Daniel held each other's hands as their son stepped in front of his class to make his Valedictorian speech.
After Robbie made his speech, the awards were dispersed. Robbie received a ribbon for his prize and a plaque.
Aten smiled from his seat and clapped. “That's my Robbie!”
Finally the diplomas were distributed. Aten accepted his diploma with a smile and a shake of a hand.
Aten crossed Eric and heard the bully mutter `Freak' under his breath.
Aria accepted her diploma and sighed. “IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!”
Robbie hobbled up to the podium with his cane.
“Robert Morgan graduates with High Honors,” Mrs. Gansey said proudly as Robbie limped towards her using his cane.
When Umi grabbed his diploma, Kai clapped and bounced in Joey's lap.
“I pwoud of my daddy!”
“We're all proud, Kai,” Joey said with a smile.
Bakura and Marik sat back proudly in their seats.
“Well, Ishtar….we did a good job.”
Marik nodded. “Yes, we did, Itemri.”
Bakura reached over and grabbed Marik's hand. “We both did.”
Marik nodded, knowing that there was the chance he would miss this moment with his son. Aten had suffered a major heart attack two years before and was still battling with his cardiomyopathy. In the past two years, Aten left the house rarely. Some days were good and some days would leave him laying in bed moaning. The doctors still could not find a suitable heart donor for his son.
Aten had to wait for a heart transplant.
For Marik, watching his son graduate was a blessing.
After the ceremony, the graduates filed out of the auditorium.
Aten saw Cullen outside. He turned to Ryou. “I'll be at the car in a moment, mother. I have to see Misser Tullen.”
“Okay, Aten.”
Robbie pat Aten's back. “I'll be at the car, love.”
Aten walked up to Mr. Cullen. “Hello, Mr. Tullen.”
The man smiled. “Congratulations, Aten. You did it. I'm proud of you.”
Aten blushed. “Look…thank you.”
“For what?”
“For helping me….with my…sc..schoolwork….and for…just…being there for me.”
Mr. Cullen took Aten by the shoulders gently. “Aten, you're a good kid. You've always been a good student. You try hard. And you did very well. What are you going to do now?”
Aten shrugged. “I think I'm just going to paint. There's no reason for me to go to college…seeing as….my heart problem, you know.”
“Any donors?”
Aten shook his head. “No…..still waiting. I've been on the waiting list for two years. They had a donor for me, but I heard that a child received it before they could contact me. It's fine, though. A child deserves to have a better heart more than I do.”
“You seem to be holding up well right now.”
Aten laughed weakly. “Well, I am very tired right now. I'm starting to get the tightness in the chest again. It was too hot in there.”
“Go home and rest.”
“Actually, we're going to my Uncle Seto's summerhome for a party.”
“Oh, well, Aten, you know where to get in touch with me if you need me.”
Aten smiled. “Thank you.”
Mr. Cullen smiled. “No need to thank me, Aten. I'm always available if you need an ear.”
Aten slowly stepped up to Cullen and hugged him. “Thank you.”
The man hugged Aten back cautiously, knowing he didn't want to startle the teen.
“Anytime you need me, Aten, call me up.”
Aten nodded and walked away from his tutor with a sigh. `I'm going to miss him.'
******************************
Aria watched as Kai ran around with Mokuba's children. The children ran for the swings, squealing happily.
She took a deep breath and bit into her burger. “I'm so hungry after that ceremony! I thought I'd never get out of that place!”
Aten placed some peanut butter on his celery stick. “Tell me about it! I'm famished!”
Otogi and Tristan pulled up to the front gates and parked along the fence. When they stepped out of the car, Otogi opened the back door. He helped a little girl out of the back seat.
Bakura and Marik watched Otogi and Tristan hold the little girl's hands.
Jay and Karl let the three enter.
“Well…well….well….Dice-Boy! I owe you money, Ishtar. Otogi does have a vagina.”
“Hi, Bakura! Hi, Marik! This is Skylar. She's our new foster child.”
The little nine year old girl with blond hair and blue eyes looked up at them cautiously. “Hello.”
Marik snickered. “Tristan? Don't tell me you made Otogi pregnant.”
“No! Remember I was telling you guys a while back that Otogi and I were trying to become foster parents? We wanted to give kids homes who were waiting to be adopted.”
The two yamis stared at Tristan blankly.
“Remember?....We had a long discussion about it? I was telling you I wanted to adopt? Marik, I was talking right to you.”
Marik scratched his hair in thought.
“Skylar, why don't you go play with the other kids? Don't be shy. They're all good kids.”
Skylar nodded and walked off calmly to be with the other kids.
“Marik? Bakura? You and I talked about it for three hours. Marik, you were looking right at me!”
Marik snapped his fingers. “I remember! Was that when we were sitting in your kitchen?”
“Yes.”
“And Dice-Boy was sitting next to you?”
“Yes.”
“And Bakura was at the countertop pouring himself some coffee?”
“Yes.”
Marik snapped his fingers again. “Oh yeah…I remember now. I wasn't listening to a damn thing you were saying.”
Tristan sighed. “Then what were you doing?”
“Admiring Bakura's ass….what else?”
“You mean to tell me you were looking at Bakura's ass the whole time I was talking to you about something important?”
“Itemri's ass IS important, Tristan!”
“Do you ever stop thinking about Bakura's ass?” Tristan asked.
“Do you ever stop thinking about coffee?”
Tristan shrugged. “No.”
“Then there we go, Caffeine-Boy,” Marik responded.
Bakura turned to Otogi. “How long do you have her?”
Otogi folded his arms. “We were told we'd have her until she was adopted or the agency placed her with another foster couple. Doesn't she look so cute in that dress? Such a little angel….”
Otogi smiled happily. “I love being a foster parent…but it's so hard to let them go,” he said sadly. “We had a little boy not too long ago. He was only two years old. He had this beautiful blond hair. The agency said that the mother was unfit to take care of him because she had severe mental problems and was unable to care for the poor baby. Oh, he was a little sweetheart.”
Tristan sighed. “Yeah, but he had to go. He wasn't adopted, but the agency decided to relocate him. They never did tell us where the baby was placed.”
Otogi sniffled. “I miss him.”
Tristan put his arm around Otogi. “Don't worry, Otogi….we'll see him again sometime. It's a small world, you know. Come on, let's go see Kaiba and get some food.”
Tristan and Otogi approached Seto and told him about Skylar. When the two had finished talking about their new foster child, Seto looked over at Aria and the new graduates.
Seto approached the table where Aria and Aten were sitting. “Congratulations to the graduates!”
The CEO hugged the teens one by one. “What are your plans now that you're done high school?”
Robbie sipped his soda. “I want to go to college.”
Umi shrugged. “I have Kai now. I want to go get a job of some kind. We're still looking for a place of our own.”
“Really? Aria, are you looking for somewhere to live?”
Aria nodded. “I can't keep living with mom the guys. My mother says he doesn't want me to move out until I'm eighteen. That's fine with me. It gives Umi and I some chances to save up for a place.”
“Kai's excited. He wants his own room. He's been staying in Aten's room.”
Seto smiled. “Well, I can understand why Ryou doesn't want you to go just yet. Have you found any places you like?”
“Some places were too small or too far away from the sea,” Umi said. “We're looking into our own houseboat. Kai needs to be near the sea…he's got my blood.”
Seto turned and watched Kai push Cassie on the swing. His blue hair with white tips flew in the summer breeze.
“He is beautiful, Aria,” Seto whispered.
She smiled. “He's my baby boy.”
Seto sat beside her. “Aria, if you see anything you like, let me know. I'll make sure it's available for you. Same thing for you, Aten.”
Aten rubbed his chest faintly. “Well, Un-tle Seto…..Robbie and I were planning on staying with mom.”
“Oh, really?”
Aten nodded. “I can get around by myself pretty decently. But yet, when I'm having a hard time, I can't get out of bed. I can't do anything by myself. Besides….if something happens to me….and Robbie isn't home….I won't have a chance to be resuscitated.”
Robbie held Aten's hand. “Aten needs care that can really only be given at home. I mean, he's had days where I'd thought that'd be it for him. At least with mom there, I know that Aten is being taken care of and someone can help in case of an emergency.”
“That's the main reason why Robbie and I are remaining with mom and dad right now.”
Seto tapped Robbie's shoulder. “That reminds me…come with me for a moment, Robert.”
Robbie raised an eyebrow and followed Seto around the corner to the Blue Eyes White Dragon fountain.
“Robbie, remember two years ago when you asked me for money to buy your wedding and engagement rings for your wedding?”
Robbie gasped. “I haven't forgotten, Mr. Kaiba! I just have to find a job and then we can set up a monthly payment plan or something!”
Seto folded his arms. “I believe I proposed a position to you. I may not have. Things were very busy at that time. Robbie, how would you like to come work for me?”
Robbie's eyes widened. “To work for you?”
Seto nodded. “Yeah. I need a personal assistant to help with scheduling my meetings and basic office work. I know you loved building things as a kid. What do you say? Robbie, you can be my liason to the department heads. It will be a huge help. You can work off your debt, but I will also give you a little stipend. You'll need to save up for your own place someday. You do want a place of your own someday, don't you?”
Robbie nodded. “Yeah, eventually. But right now, there's no way. Mom and Dad are being nice enough to let Aten and I live with them because they know Aten's terminally ill.”
Seto reached out and put his hand on Robbie's shoulder. “How has he been?”
“He's been okay. Some days are better than others. He told me when he goes home that he wants to do some painting. I can tell he's exhausted, though. I called the hospital the other day about that new heart. I got really upset with them.” Robbie sighed. “It's so frustrating! I want him to get a new heart as soon as possible.”
Seto pat Robbie on the arm. “Keep your chin up, Robbie. Things can't get any worse.”
An ear-piercing shrill squeal came from outside the fence.
Robbie and the CEO turned to find Anzu bouncing on the road beside the summerhome.
“Oh good god,” Robbie groaned. “Not her again.”
“OOOOOO…..A PARTY!!!!!”
Anzu slipped between the bars of the fence and ran towards the crowd, waving her flailing arms.
Seto rubbed his temples. “Can't I have one party here that doesn't end in a disaster?”
Donny stopped Anzu's advance. “Anzu, this is no place for you. Go home.”
Her large smile grew as she smiled at him. Nothing Donny had said could sink into her brain.
“OOOH! YOU ARE SO FRIENDLY!”
Anzu wrapped her arms around Donny and squeezed him tightly, making the sniper wince.
“You realize….. I'm…. armed,,,, to the teeth, right?” he struggled to say.
Anzu squealed loudly. “Donny, you are so cute!!!!” Anzu pinched Donny's cheek and pursed her lips. “Donny is so cute and friendly!”
Seto and Robbie walked up to Donny and the girl. “Anzu, what are you doing here?”
“I was driven out here by my friendly parents!!! They told me to teach the woods the value of friendship! YEAH FRIENDSHIP! So, I hugged the trees and the cute wittle squishy squirrels!”
Joey arrived beside Seto. “Anzu? We haven't seen you in a long time.”
Anzu smiled. “I've been busy teaching the woods the value of being friendly!”
Marik and Bakura ran towards the screeching voice and screamed. “NOT YOU!”
“MARIK-POO!!!!!!” Anzu lunged at Marik, knocking the yami on his back.
Marik screamed in horror as the girl straddled his waist. “GET OFF! GET OFF! GET OFF!”
Bakura growled. “Anzu, get off of him!”
“BUT I WANT MARIK BABIES!!!”
The blond yami snarled and jumped to his feet. “I wouldn't stick anything of mine into you even if you were the last person on earth!”
Anzu smiled blankly. “Bakura-baby!!! I WANT BAKURA BABIES!”
Bakura shielded his crotch and backed away. “Not in your wildest dreams!”
Anzu sniffed. “FOOD!”
Anzu ran for the food.
Aten saw her run towards the food and he gasped. He ran towards Robbie and hid behind him.
“It's okay, Aten,” Robbie said holding his husband.
She grabbed a hot dog and bounced up and down, her chest bouncing. “I LOVE WIENIES!!!! WIENIES ARE LIKE FRIENDSHIP!”
Bakura and Marik closed their eyes tightly in disgust.
“Itemri….did she just say what I thought she said?”
Bakura groaned. “I lost my appetite for the next five hundred years with that remark.”
Anzu bounced and saw Ryou sitting with Miranda under a tree. They were laughing and watching the children play on the swings.
“RYOU!!!!!”
Ryou saw Anzu approach and he swallowed hard. “Oh no….”
Anzu skipped up to Ryou. “RYOU, I HAVE A WEINER!!!”
Ryou looked down at his hot dog and put the plate on the grass. “I'm not hungry anymore.”
Anzu squealed and grabbed the second hot dog. “I NOW HAVE TWO WEINIES!!!! YEAH FOR WEINIES!!!”
Anzu skipped away from the two mothers and Ryou swallowed hard.
“Ryou, go get something else to eat,” Miranda said.
“No, I'm not hungry anymore,” he said leaning against the tree.
Anzu skipped up to Malik. “MALIK-POO!!!!!!! I HAVE TWO WEINIES!!”
The blond screamed. “AHHH! ANZU!”
“I have two weenies! WEINIES! See? I can rub them together and LOOK HOW FRIENDLY MY WEINIES ARE!!!!”
Malik's jaw dropped as he watched Anzu rub the two hot dogs together suggestively.
“MALIK, I WANT YOUR BABIES!!!”
Malik screamed and ran into the Kaiba Summer Home.
The tactless girl pouted. “AWW…MALIKY-POO DOESN'T WANT TO HAVE BABIES WITH ME!!!! BUT MY HOT DOGS ARE BEING FRIENDLY TO EACH OTHER!!”
Bakura and Marik wrinkled their nose in disgust at watching Anzu suggestively stroke the hot dogs against each other.
“That's just nasty,” Bakura groaned. “I didn't think it was possible, Ishtar….but…I think that killed my sex drive for the next….ten thousand years.”
Robbie shook his head. “Anzu, just eat the things and get it over with.”
Anzu smiled and nibbled at the tip of one of the hot dogs. “I love wieners!”
Aten rolled his eyes and walked away. “I'm out of here. I don't need to see Anzu doing that to a hot dog.”
“Yeah,” Robbie said following his husband. “Watching Anzu eat a hot dog is like a crime against nature.”
Anzu shoved the hot dogs into her mouth and ate. After which she ran towards the chibis.
“CHIBIS ARE SO FRIENDLY!”
Kai gasped. “IT'S DA CWAZY WADY! RUN!”
Aria heard the squeal of her son and raised her head. She saw Anzu chasing her son and she let out an angry growl.
Umi watched Aria jump out of her seat and run to Anzu. She knocked the other girl down and punched her angrily.
“Stay away from my boy, you freak!”
“PUNCHES…OW….ARE LIKE…OW….FRIENDSHIP!....OW! YEAH, I'M BLEEDING!”
Aria crawled off of Anzu and lead Kai away. “Nobody hurts my boy….and gets away with it.”
***********************************
The woman walked out of the house with her luggage behind her. She wrapped her mink coat around her and took a puff of her cigarette.
“You don't know what you're going to miss,” the woman said to the man standing by the door.
“Vera, it's over between us!”
“Whereever will I go, John?”
The man shrugged. “Anywhere but here!”
The door slammed shut in her face.
“Well, I never!”
Vera looked along the street. Large, expensive homes lined the streets. “I guess I'll have to pay a visit to my little sister, Miranda-darling.”
