BD: She's hyper...

FEVER: I can't stop being so jumpy. I mean I'm only 13.

YUuGI: ^________________________________________^ * bounces up and down with a lollypop*

YAMI: Did you give him sugar?

FEVER: Yep! Celebration!!!

YAMI: Ain't much of a celebration...

FEVER: Then lets chat online!

SETO: Don't you have a story to do?

BD: I'll write it again. Stupidhead's too hyper.

Chappie 1

??? P.... oh forget it. You already know it's Yami....

I writhed violently, trying to escape... escape what? The pain. Both physical and emotional pain. It

seeped through my entire body and soul, giving me the urge to scream forever.

/YAMI!!!/

I bit my tounge, tasting fresh blood. // Leave me alone to die....// I thought trembling. I wanted to face no one after the one I loved had died...

/YAMI!!!/

" Stop it, stop it... please..." I whispered softly, amazed at how easily my pleas came out.

"" There is no stopping me from torturing the people......................."" a cold voice rang out, making me shiver at the sound. It sounded so icy. I screamed and shut my eyes tight.

" Yami....."

The voice calling me now sounded desperate and somewhat familar...

I opened my eyes slowly, focusing on the figure in front of me. There was a loud ringing in my ears that

irratated the heck out of me.

" Are you okay Yami?" the figure in front of me asked, " I think you were having a nitemare."

" Yuu....gi?"

Yuugi smiled and rested his head on my chest, " You were screaming something in Egyptian again."

I frowned, " I was?"

Yuugi nodded.

I tried to get up,but pain enveloped my body once more. I fell to my knees.

" Yami!" Yuugi gasped, rushing over to my side.

I looked up at the worried boy's face and grinned, " Since when did you start being to overprotective of

me?" Yuugi laughed.

" Yuugi! You're going to be late again!" the voice of his grandpa ringed through the hall. Yuugi gave me a quick smile as he bounded through the door. I sighed as I got back up onto my bed. Ever since we could become separate bodies... well I had been having some weird dreams. Bad dreams. Yuugi said it would be better to tell him about it, but I just couldn't. I mean, I couldn't tell him I was dreaming of him being killed.

I sighed. Boy was I glad it was just a dream. I then started to feel something funny in my mouth. I ran to the bathroom sink and tried to spit it out. Blood. I ran my finger across my tounge. There was a bite mark there.....

YUUGI'S POV

" Bye Grandpa!" I yelled, heading out the door. It was bright and sunny out... a perfect day.

My minded wandered to Yami as I walked to school. He had been acting awfully weird lately. He kept having nitemares. I would always wake up, hearing Yami scuffle around and cry out in Egyptian every single night. I would always crawl into his bed, and surprisingly heard him plead. I mean, Yami ain't even the pleaing type. And he would always turn his head when I asked him what was wrong.

I laughed. I guess some of his overprotectiveness had rubbed off on me. But still, we were two halves of a whole.

" Whoa Yuugi...watch out," I heard a voice tell me from behind. A firm grip rested on my shoulders. I snapped back into reality and flinched when I saw the speeding cars in front of me. I had nearly walked into oncoming traffic. I looked at the person who spoke to me.

" Th-thanks Kaiba..." I stammered.

Seto grinned, " Now isn't the time to be in lala land right now." I giggled. Having Seto Kaiba saying lala land was quite funny. " Where's your Yami?"

" He's staying home. He had another nitemare again. He could barely get out of bed."

" And you say a nitemare caused him from not getting out of bed?" Seto said, amused, " He's probably just too darn sleepy. I swear, he gets more like Joey every day."

I cocked an eyebrow. " You think that's a bad thing?" Seto snorted.

" Yeah, whatever..."

I smiled. Also after Yami and I could become seperate, Seto had become my ' friend'. But he still despised my yami. And vice versa. Forever...

Normal POV

They both continued walking to school happily. Neither of them noticed the switchblade that narrowly missed Yuugi's head....

FEVER: End chappie 1!

YUUGI: Aww... it was getting good to.

YAMI: * strangles Fever* You creep what did you do to my aibou!!

FEVER: BD wrote it!

YAMI: * approaches BD* You cursed my light didn't you....

BD: Maybe...

SETO: * holds Yami back as he tries to strangle BD*

YAMI: I KNOW YOU CURSED HIM!!!

SETO: * drags him away without saying a word.

BD: * turns back to computer screen* Stupid superstitious bastard...

FEVER: * stares at him* Did you really curse him?

BD: I can't tell you. That will spoil the story.

FEVER: Otay. READ AND REVIEW!!! I'M STARTING TO FEEL LIKE I'M NOT WANTED!!!! * sniffles*
