Yuri: Hey guys! I'm glad you guys like this story so much so I'm just going to get right into it today. Enjoy!
…I See You…
After Yami had showed Yugi every corner of his house, which took about a half hour, the taller of the two opened a large brown door and motioned Yugi to walk in. The amethyst-eyed boy complied and slowly made his way inside the room, after which Yami followed.
“This is we're you'll be staying,” Yami said walking in behind the smaller youth.
Yugi nodded and looked around the large guest room in amazement. “Yami, this is awfully kind of you.”
Yami smiled. “It's no problem at all.”
Yugi smiled as well and suddenly Yami felt compelled to do something else to make Yugi feel more welcomed.
“Hey, Yugi? Do you want to see my favorite room in the house?” Yami asked.
Yugi nodded excitedly.
“Okay, follow me,” Yami said and then walked up a tall staircase with Yugi following close behind him. Yugi was slightly surprised when Yami approached a beautifully designed black door. Right before Yami walked in, he turned around and said with a smile: “Are you ready?”
“Yup!” Yugi said eagerly.
Yami swung open the door and Yugi's eyes widened with awe.
“Oh my god, Yami it's beautiful!” Yugi exclaimed running into the room and then stopping when he stood directly in front of the object that held on to his attention.
Yami slowly walked into the room and approached the excited boy. He then walked towards the long black seat and sat down, motioning Yugi to do the same as he patted the space on the seat right next to him.
After a few moments Yugi turned to Yami and said gently: “Can you play for me?”
Yami looked at Yugi for a second before replying: “Sure.”
Suddenly, Yami fingers began to dance gracefully over the white keys with ease. Yami's beautiful voice echoed throughout the corners of the large white room. The intricacy of the piano's sound and the delicacy of Yami's voice intertwined in perfect harmony.
“Turn the lights off in this place…
And he shines just like a star…
And I swear I know his face…
I just don't know who you are…”
And he shines just like a star…
And I swear I know his face…
I just don't know who you are…”
Yami suddenly stopped and turned to smile at Yugi who was pouting.
“Why'd you stop?” Yugi asked desperately missing the sound of Yami's captivating voice.
Yami smiled. “Well, that's all I got for that song. I've been working on it for a while now but I can't think of what else to write. I know it's not much but I'm having a block right now.”
Yugi nodded in understanding. “It's still beautiful though.” Yugi then giggled and added: “Like you.”
A very light pink tint came over Yami's cheekbones, which only made Yugi giggle more.
“Thank you, Yugi,” Yami said softly. Yugi was really very honest and seemed like it was never a problem for him to speak his mind, which was a quality that Yami found very attractive.
“No, thank you Yami. For letting me stay here,” Yugi said kindly.
Yami nodded. “I have friends stay here all the time. Besides it does get rather lonely in this house by yourself. Dad's always working, you know.”
Yugi tilted his head. “What about your mom?”
A flash of pain flashed by in Yami's eyes but it vanished as quickly as it came. “My mom died when I was ten.”
Yugi looked very hurt for a moment and said: “I'm sorry.”
Yami shook his head quickly. “It's fine. It was a long time ago.”
Yugi nodded. “I bet she was very beautiful.”
Yami smiled. “She was.”
The crimson-eyed boy then looked down at his watch and nearly fell over the seat. “I'm sorry, Yugi,” Yami said standing up and walking towards the door. “I'm supposed to meet my friends for dinner.”
Yugi stood up as well and followed Yami out the door and down the stairs.
“Are you going to be okay by yourself?” Yami asked grabbing his coat.
Yugi nodded. “Of course,” he said.
Yami smiled and opened the front door. “I'll be back. Try not to miss me to much,” Yami said playfully.
Yugi giggled cutely. Yami would never get tired of that.
“I'll try,” Yugi promised.
Yami said goodbye before he shut the front door. After a minute of watching the door, Yugi sighed. It wasn't much fun here without Yami. Yugi thought about it for a second and then exited the house as well.
…
Kaiba sat at the bar of the very popular dinner place. He ordered four drinks from the bartender who by mistake gave him five. Yeah, Kaiba was too young to drink but the bartender was a friend and no one really cared much at this place. That was probably why it was so popular.
Kaiba waited impatiently for his companions to arrive. The fact that Bakura and Marik were late didn't surprise him in the slightest. But Yami, he was always on time. Kaiba wondered what had happened to the crimson-eyed boy when he felt someone sit beside him.
He glanced at the blonde who had just taken a seat next to him. He had honey brown eyes and wore a very casual outfit.
“Hey, bartender! Give me a drink, will ya?” the blonde said only to have the bartender serve a person on the opposite side of the bar.
“Typical,” the boy said under his breath.
Kaiba looked down at his five drinks. Hmm…nope he didn't feel like being nice today. He felt a tap on his shoulder and looked to see Bakura standing behind him.
“We should grab a table. I'll help with the drinks,” Bakura said picking up two of the drinks.
Kaiba nodded and before pushing one of the drinks towards the blonde next to him, which didn't go unnoticed, brought the other two drinks to the table.
When Kaiba left the bar, the boy next to him stared after him for a moment before taking the drink that the brunet had pushed towards him.
`There, I did my good deed for the year,' Kaiba said to himself as he sat down at a table with Bakura.
Marik soon made an appearance as well. However, the Egyptian didn't quite seem like himself.
“Marik, what the hell? You look like you saw a ghost?” Bakura said as Marik took a seat.
Marik immediately snapped his head towards the albino.
“Why would you say that? I didn't see a ghost. That's ridiculous!” Marik said.
Bakura held up his hands in defense. “Chill, it's just a figure of speech. I mean, you look like shit,” Bakura said.
“I just had a long day,” Marik said distressingly.
Yami ran in the place and quickly grabbed a seat next to Kaiba. “Sorry, I'm late. I lost track of time.”
Yami took a sip of his drink and almost spit it out when he looked at Marik.
Yami took a sip of his drink and almost spit it out when he looked at Marik.
“Marik, you're as pale as a ghost! What's wrong?” Yami said with concern written all over his voice.
Marik just groaned and held his hand up. A waitress suddenly appeared.
“Let me get two more drinks,” Marik said and then quickly finished the drink that he had.
After everyone ordered a meal, they began to chat about nothing in particular until Kaiba looked suspiciously at Yami and said: “So, what really happened? You never lose track of time?”
That pink tint came back onto Yami's face and Bakura nearly fell to the ground. “Yami, are you blushing?!”
“No!” Yami yelled in his defense.
“Ah, that's explains it,” Kaiba said understandingly. “You were with someone, weren't you?”
Yami nodded slowly but then added: “But it's not like that! I was just hanging out with a new friend I made today.”
“What's their name?” Bakura asked curiously.
Yami was cut short when Marik actually did fall to the ground.
“Marik, what the hell?” Bakura said as he and Yami helped the Egyptian up.
“Nothing, nothing,” Marik said quickly as he got back to his seat. He refrained from looking up at the once empty seat between Yami and Bakura.
Everyone stared at him for a minute before the waitress came with their meals.
“What's wrong, Marik? Why aren't you eating?” said a very amused voice.
Marik didn't reply. Instead, he stood to his feet and threw some bills on the table.
“Guys, I have to go. I need some sleep,” Marik said.
Yami looked worried. “Do you need a ride?”
“No,” Marik said shaking his head quickly before walking out.
Once he was out, he yelled out into the darkness around him.
“Why are you doing this to me?!” he screamed in frustration.
Malik appeared beside him. “I don't know what you're talking about,” he said feigning innocence.
“Why'd you come here?” Marik said angrily approaching his bike.
Malik shrugged. “I just felt like it. One of my friends was here.”
“Oh great!” Marik said grabbing his helmet. “There are more of you?”
Malik nodded. “Three more actually.”
Marik looked at Malik in disbelief and then closing his eyes said: “You're not real. I'm just seeing things. There's no such thing as ghosts. And when I open my eyes, you'll be gone.”
Marik slowly opened his eyes, only to see no one. Marik looked around quickly and sighed.
“See Marik, it's all in your head,” Marik said to himself.
Marik turned to get on his bike only to see someone already sitting on it.
“Boo!” Malik said amusingly.
Marik felt like slamming his head against the pavement. “I hate you so much.”
Malik smiled. “Thank you.”
“Get off my bike!” Marik screamed causing several people to look at him suspiciously.
Malik giggled. “You know it looks like you are screaming at no one, right?”
“I don't care!” Marik said angrily. “Get off! Now!”
Malik pouted climbing off the bike. “Fine, I'm going back to meet my friends. I'll see you back at the house then?”
“No!” Marik yelled getting on his ride. “Don't come to the house! Stop following me! Leave me alone!”
Malik only smiled. “Bye Marik.”
Malik then walked back inside the dinner place and Marik sped off like a madman.
…
After Marik left the place, Kaiba tried to call over a waitress to get more drinks but after a few minutes, he just decided to go back up to the bar. When he got there, he didn't realize that there was someone watching him until they spoke.
“Hey, thanks for the drink by the way,” said a familiar voice.
Kaiba turned to see the blonde that he had seen earlier standing right next to him. “No problem,” Kaiba said and then ordered a few more drinks.
“My name's Jou,” the blonde said.
“Kaiba,” was all the brunet said and then grabbed the drinks and walked away.
Jou watched Kaiba and sighed before turning back to the front door where Malik just walked in from.
“Done harassing people?” Jou said taking a seat.
Malik smiled. “Am I ever done?”
The two friends looked back to the door when they saw their albino friend appear.

Yuri: Just so you guys know, Yugi and them still eat and drink and all that. Like I said last time, the only difference is that things can go through them. That's why they appear so normal. Okay, so please review! Until next time!
