*I wish Seto would stop treating me like such a child!* Mokuba thought angrily, slamming his window open and securing a fire-escape ladder to the ledge. *Lucky for me that he believes in being prepared for any emergency.* He'd had to sit silently for 20 minutes, waiting for his brother to finish his lecture so that he could escape. *First things first though.* Mokuba sighed, leaving his room and heading down the hallway towards Setos office.

He knocked on the huge mahogany doors before stepping through to find Seto hard at work on his laptop computer. "Whatcha doin' big brother?," Mokuba asked, trying to lighten Setos mood. "Finishing the configurations for the rehauling of our computer systems... Every Kaiba Corp pc will be running Debian Linux/Stable by tomorrow morning," Seto growled impatiently. "If you're here to argue about being grounded, save it. I'm in no mood to barter with you, and I honestly can't understand what you were thinking, Mokuba!," Seto glared at the young boy over the glow of the notebooks screen.

"Actually, I just wanted to say good night... I know you just want what's best for me, and I don't want to go to bed with you still angry at me!," Mokuba replied, positioning himself between Seto and the desk, allowing a single tear to slide down his face. He slipped the confiscated i.d. off the desk and into his back pocket before launching himself at the brunett CEO, shaking in his arms. "Mokuba... I'm not angry, just concerned," Seto told him, patting his head gently. "Go to bed. I'll be turning in as soon as I finish this."

"O... Okay," Mokuba sobbed, turning and running out of the room before Seto could see the triumphant grin he wore. He hurried back to his room, smug with the knowledge that seto would see him headed to bed via the security television placed discreetly near his desk. Bracing himself against the night chill, Mokuba descended the rope ladder and began to run in the general direction of the local gothic nightclub, flipping open his cell phone to text message Levesty as he ran.
