Everybody is at the Gameshop, sleeping. The group sleeps where ever possible. In Yugi's room, the kitchen, livingroom, bathroom...O__O
Yami lays still awake, on his bed. He thought about everything that was strange today and the days before that. I mean, he was cool about competing against the other dark spirits, but there was something peculiar about Mana. She seemed familiar to him. It seemed obvious, but he could not figure the thing out. Mana, blond, green eyes, a taste for purple and a big happy personality.
Yami rose up and walked around the house. He took his deck and looked through the cards swiftly. A card popped out as he was sliding the deck back and forth. It was the Dark Magician Girl. Similar? Yes.
Yami stared at the card for a while and put the card back into the deck. He had someone to talk with tomorrow, and her name was Tea Gardner.
--------------------------------------
Everyone woke up one by one and gathered in the kitchen having breakfast. Everyone seemed all tired and cranky. Mai swished her coffee in her mug and looked out the small window to the left.
"What a night....," she said, "this will totally damage my skin..."
Ryou glanced at his sandwich that stared back at him. "Who the bloody hell made us breakfast?" He dropped his sandwich onto the table and they all turned their eyes at Joey.
"What?" he said.
"Your cooking is very peculiar...." Mai sweatdropped. "It is very unique and I just want to eat it all up." She said sarcastically.
"I BET you couldn't cook any better!" Joey screamed.
"Ugh" Mai shot back. "You really think I would want to cook?! I'm a lady, Joey!"
"You are some wicked lady! Here have a pan! Now cook."
"You are quite a gentlemen, Joey, leaving me to cook!"
"Who else is better than the amazing Mai?!!"
"Oh stop that!"
The others just relaxed and stared at the rumble between the hot-headed blondes. Ryou took a bite of his staring sandwich.
Yami looked around and walked up to Tea.
"Tea, can I speak to you,.... privately?" He whispered, noticing Mana looking out of the corner of her eye.
"Yea, sure." She replied. "Not like I want to stay here any longer."
The two walked out of the kitchen, into the livingroom and they closed the door.
Yami sat on the sofa and she sat next to him. She had a worried look on her face.
"Is everythinmg okay, Yami?"
"Hmmm," He responded. "Yes. But there is something I want to ask you."
"Yes?"
"It is about your new friend. She, now I can see, is familiar, don't you think?
" Umm, Yami, I can explain...about that."
Yami stared at Tea, his eyes a bit saddened, yet strict like he always had them. Tea stood up.
"What do you know.." She said.
Yami took his deck out and took out a card. Softly throwing it at Tea, she caught it.
"There's a reason for all of this!" She threw the Dark Magician girl back at Yami.
Yami caught the card this time and stood up as well.
"What is happening?"
"I don't know. Right now, I hope no one else notices this mishap. If the others find out, I don't even wanna know what's going to happen."
"Alright. If this is some other realm shit, or something that you don't know about, I won't blame you for anything. We'll just try to figure evrything out, okay?"
"Yea."
Tea and Yami walked out of the livingroom. Yami goes out for some food, cause there happened to be some hell of a food fight going on in the kitchen. Tea ducked down, under the table where all the girls were sitting at.
"We are out-numbered!" Isis screamed.
"As long as we kill Joey, I'm happy." Mai announced.
A bowl of mashed potato flew across the room and hit, splat on the wall. Mai threw back a dish of hotdogs.
"So," Mana nudged Tea.
"What?"
"What happened in there?"
"What are you saying?"
"You know, Yami and you?"
"You're crazy, Mana."
A chicken wing splats the wall.
"I can see where this is going." Mana whispered. "You're in l - o - v - e with you know who."
Tea blushed."You're starting to act like another person I know." Points at Mai.
"Okay, I'm just checking. "
Tea looks forward as a muffin is thrown at Malik. Tea blushed again.
'Could it be true?' She thought.
------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------
Mai walked up to Joey after all the food has officially been splattered.
"We girls are better than you boys." She smiled. "Now you BOYS can clean up this mess."
Mai hugged Joey for some odd reason, and laughed, leaving the room with the girls.
Joey tilted his head, dumb-founded and picked up a mop. Mai and the other girls lined up to take showers. Tea, picking out strands of cup noodles from her hair, looked at Mana. Mana smiled back at Tea, winking.
Now embarrassed, she looked forward because it was her turn to clean out all the food covering her.
Tea patted down her skirt. She picked up her rollerblades and put them on while everyone else put on whatever possible. Mai, searching for her make-up kit, asked Mana to go get it for her on the kitchen counter.
"Alright," replied Mana.
Mana went to the kitchen and smiled. The girl snuck out the back door and went a little "window shopping" in the local jewelry store.
"What can I do for you mam?" the storekeeper asked.
"Nothing, I'm just seeing the jewelry."
The store keeper frowned.
"If your not gonna pay for something, than get out."
Mana frowned and stuck her tongue out. Running away, she snickered. Mana looked up and saw that the clouds were starting to build up. She hurried to her friends, but a strange wind blew against her. She shriek a little and held on to a nearby lamp post. The wind wasn't just any wind. It blew strongly and began to lift her body upwards. She looked back and saw two dark figures standing on the sidewalk, just standing.
"AHHH!" she screamed.
The figures came closer as she screamed louder untill she couldn't hang on anymore...
