Dark Side

I may look nice,

But don't be fooled

By this innocence standing before you

My heart as cold as ice.

I walk by smiling and being polite,

No need to ask

It's just a mask

To hide from the dark night.

Now my darkness started to take over,

It's holding me down

My smile now an angry frown,

There's no way for it to be cover.

The light I once saw has now died

And now I wonder why

This is my dark side.
