Chapter 3
Seto sat in silence, waiting for the wave of nausea to leave him alone. So he said the words, but wasn’t that admitting to it? He pulled himself up off the ground and flushed the toilet, watching the contents of his stomach flow down the drain. He listened closely to hear if anyone else was in the restroom but there was only blessed silence. Exhaling a deep breath, he picked up his dropped box and walked out to the sinks. He turned the knob, splashing cool water on his face to wash away his tears and the sick around his mouth.
If he wanted to leave Joey, why did he feel so sick over it? On the same note, if he loved Joey, why did he want to leave? Nothing was making since to him at the moment but that was the effect the blonde had on him since the beginning. He looked at his pale reflection in the dirty mirror, he doubted he slept at all the night before. Darkened circles told the story where his mind missed out. He tried to shove the thoughts far away from him, he couldn’t afford to indulge in the tears again. ‘Curse you, Jounochi... you hurt me. And you let me hurt you... so curse me as well...’
He looked at his hands and the yellow sleeves of the sweat shirt soaking up the water. “Shit.” He pulled his hands out and shook them off after turning the water off. Hitting the air dryer, he rubbed his hands together in hopes the weak machine would blow away the moisture but had only so far made his hands colder and no drier. “Joey, too bad you aren’t here, you are so full of hot air that one word from you and I would be dry by now,” he uttered under his breath and hit the button again, more air blowing out and seeming to be warmer this time. He knew his sarcastic words were untrue. If Joey was there, Seto would be anything but dry. A small smile creased his face but faded too soon.
This was going to be the problem, how could he continue keeping him working there and this past? He couldn’t just fire him, there could be a sexual harassment lawsuit but if they broke up, it would be too uncomfortable to be around each other.

The music thumped as the lights flickered and spun over all the beautiful people. Joey’s loose hips bumped and grinded to the music, his hair flopping over his eyes as he lost himself to the beat. Seto let his guard down, they were far from anyone who mattered, far from anyone who knew who they were and why they were there. He wasn’t much for dancing though but to be near the golden boy would make up for it.
The club was packed, bodies bumped together in rhythm as everyone got lost in their own intoxication. Men and women merged into one, most you couldn’t distinguish unless they were nude. Just souls after a release, a way to escape from the dreary lives they lead separately. It didn’t matter, their intoxication came from not liquor but from music and bodies touching. Seto wrapped his arm around Joey’s waist, not wanting anyone to get between him and the puppy. Joey opened his eyes, his arm circling his boss slash lover’s waist as well, pulling the rich boy tight to him. Their crotches were jammed tight together, making love on the dance floor.
Seto felt his face get flushed, feverish with want and embarrassment. It was hard to let go of his stiff exterior, it was one of the only defenses he had against the wild child who made him feel. Joey snaked his fingers through the immaculate dark locks, pulling Seto’s mouth to his own, his lips whispering. “Just relax, no one’s going to bite you, I am going to protect you.” Seto pulled back, having trouble catching his breath... a panic attack setting in. He took hold of Joey’s wrist, pulling him aside. He didn’t want to be caught with the boy but on the same note, didn’t want him far away.
They had kissed plenty, just not in such a public place. He felt his stomach knot up, something was eating at him. What if a client saw... or worse, a rival. His reputation was all he had keeping him from ruin. “Hey, what’s going on, I thought we were here for fun.” He cocked his head, still trying to figure out why the young CEO was freaking out. They were endlessly careful yet Mr. Paranoia was freaking out on him again.
Kaiba slumped against the bar, keeping his eyes low until he could re-compose himself. He knew he was being watched, but it wasn’t the gentle golden eyes that had him concerned. It now was what may happen if they get caught. He would lay awake thinking about it... he could lose the company, his home, his reputation... worst of all, his brother. No, it was too big of a risk, he had to be careful. He felt Joey gently touch his shoulder and he shrugged it off. “Got dizzy, the heat and some skank’s perfume got to me.” He ordered an Italian soda over his shoulder, just trying to play it cool. He watched Joey out the corner of his eye, taking note of the concerned expression turning to one of boredom and disappointment.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
A few days passed since the fitting, Seto knew he needed to call Joey. He receive a call from him the day before but as soon as he hit answer, Joey had hung up. He scrolled through the numbers list and found the one he needed and hit send. Joey lounged on his bed, soccer practice was called off due to lack of commitment, meaning the coach wasn’t in the mood to watch the team run drills. He looked at his cell phone and saw he had no missed calls when the phone suddenly buzzed in his hands, startled he tossed it and it fell on the floor. “Shit!” He scooped it up and answered, hearing Seto’s voice. He narrowed his eyes and wanted to hang right up for the guy acting like a complete jerk the other night. “Yeah I am here, just dropped my phone but I am here.” He listened to Seto apologize for being so caustic. He tried to stay angry but it was hard to, Seto had a silver tongue.
Things returned to a sense of peace and the awkward moment was forgotten after a few days. When Joey wasn’t busting the researchers asses or fielding reporters questions about the company, he was at soccer practice. He used to think that there would be no way he would be able to handle sports and a real job back when he was just a pizza driver but slipping into bed at night felt fulfilling. It was Seto’s idea that Joey kept playing soccer. He waved bye to the guys on the field and climbed into the waiting car. Seto was sitting there with a bottle of water waiting for him. “Looks like you had a good practice, I don’t know much about sports but you looked like you had fun.” Joey gave him a big smile and nodded, taking a deep drink of the chilled water.
“Yeah but I hate that I am going to be sweaty going into work, don’t mind me, I best change but..” he blushed as he finished the statement. “You seen me in my underwear already.” He pulled off his sweaty jersey and slipped out of his shorts, letting his body breathe and cool for a moment. Seto pretended to be absorbed in his financial page of the newspaper but kept stealing rare glances at the glistening body when he could. Joey dug around his duffel bag and pulled out an amber bottle of fluid and sprayed it heavily on his body. The strong scent made Seto cough and gag, he quickly opened the sun roof of the car, letting fresh air in.
“Damn, what is that crap, Eau De Flower Piss?” He was fanning himself trying to get over the volatile fumes of the overdone cologne. Joey looked at him and put the bottle away, looking a bit ashamed.. Seto got over his coughing fit and Joey was pulling his pants on, arching his back so he could fasten them. Seto just gazed at the faint rippling belly muscles that made their home within the golden skin.
“It’s called Compulsion.... actually it’s a knock off of it. Sorry you hate it but I like it so back off..” He smirked at Seto, trying to be as cocky as his young boss. He pulled his arms through the delicate silk shirt, the pale cream color making his tan seem even darker. He liked this suit, it was all cream colored with red accents. It looked like a suit he saw on an old American television show from the 80's. He finished dressing and packed away his dirty clothes in the bag. He stretched out, trying to keep his body from cramping up.
“Joey, it has come to my attention that you need to live somewhere better than that shit apartment. I know you are watching out for your father but in order to be successful, you have to live like you are successful. Just think about it and let me know, time to get our game faces on.” When the car stopped, they got out and went about work.
Because Jou seemed so much more approachable, most of the females drooled over him but he never noticed. He was serious about his job and he never let anything break his concentration unless it was a Kaiba. Seto looked over the productivity sheets, efficiency had increased within a week of when Jounochi started. He smiled to himself, mentally patting himself on the back for hiring him when he did. Those skills that seemed to come natural would have gone to waste if he waited. He closed the report and returned to working..
Joey wandered through the R&D department again, as that it was the biggest part of his job. Most of the stations were on track such as the one working on the computer for the handicapped. He was still amazed at how much it could do for the user. They were now testing out a hand attachment that would grab items for the user. The mechanical fingers reached out and grasped for a coffee cup but knocked it over. One of the researchers looked deeply embarrassed as the cold coffee spilt all over Joey’s shoes. “Sorry Mr. Katsuya, it was an accident and won’t happen again.” The embarrassed researcher scrambled to clean up the mess.
“It’s alright, I needed new shoes anyhow. Just focus on getting the computer ready for the real demonstration. I was informed of an exposition that focuses on this sort of thing in two months. By then I want this computer to work perfectly but I have no worries about that. It’s looking better and better every time I look at it,” he smiled as he spoke. The mechanical hand caught his attention again as it was mopping up the mess before the others could get to it. The man hooked to the computer smiled and winked. Joey had to laugh and could see why it was having trouble. One of the fingers was loose so it made it clumsy. He pointed out the problem and walked off to the ‘Trouble’ station. This station kept coming up with the worst ideas, Joey steeled himself to see what lame idea they were having at this moment. He turned the corner and saw a life size nude model of the Gemini Elves. “Oh hell no!” The men looked at him like he had two heads. “Listen, we do not run a porn company. We do not make sex toys. Most of all, you were warned about the last time when you wanted to make ties with lewd images of Dark Magician Girl. This was your last chance, turn in your ID’s and passes. You are terminated.” He narrowed his eyes while berating them. Before they could say anything he cut them off. “I do not need to remind you that you signed waivers saying you will not sell our ideas to the competitors so that means if we find our rivals making something that we were planning, we will hunt you down like the filth you are and see to it you rot away in a prison well known for their prisoner abuse. If you speak to the media about any of this, same consequences.” He turned and walked off, thoroughly angry. He finished up the review by stopping by one last station. A researcher with thick glasses looked up to him from a line of figurines. They were supposed to be based off the cards but were horribly mis-colored. Shaking his head, he sat down and explained the problem to the obviously color blind worker.
Night was coming to a close as Seto found Joey working hard, repainting the dragon figurines. He had his shirt and jacket off with blotches of paint on his bare skin. Seto watched as the blonde meticulously applied every tiny detail, attempting to correct the flawed ones in front of him. Seto glanced at his watch and saw it was nearly midnight. He had fallen asleep in the office himself and lost track of the time. The last he saw Joey was right before dinner when he dropped off the reviews and sat with him to eat. He had more paperwork to do since a whole team got fired but was sure Joey would have gone home, but that was obviously not the case.
He cleared his throat softly and Joey looked up to him. “What do you think you are doing? This isn’t your job. You should be at home sleeping.” Joey got up, popping his back as Seto softly spoke. The low light of the lamp that Joey was working by created deep shadows in the valleys of the trim body and once again, Seto let his eyes trail over the smooth body. He forced his eyes back to Joey’s face and found himself even more drawn in.
The warm light illuminated the gentle features and lit a deep glow in the amber eyes. The air couldn’t have been more silent but comfortable around them, the only sounds were of their breathing and their pounding hearts. Seto moistened his lips, wanting to say something else but the words wouldn’t come. His eyes met with Joey’s and his urge to speak was gone. The blonde slowly walked closer to him until they seemed to be sharing the same breath. The scent of the cologne, warmed and melded with the exotic scent of Joey’s body, wafted to Seto, over powering his senses.
The smell that was once so offensive was now like a delicate but masculine calling card. His hands rose, his mind screaming that their bodies were too close as his palms and fingertips met the cool flesh for the bare torso. He knew if he was going to back away, now was the time but his legs wouldn’t move. Joey’s eyes remain locked with his for a moment longer before he leaned in, their lips met gently in a teasingly light kiss. The dark haired boy felt like all the strength left his legs as he returned the affection in shock.
Joey started to pull away but the hands that was on his chest found their way around his back, causing him to stumble back until he fell seated on the armless chair again. Their mouths never came apart as Seto straddled his lap and sat, forcing the blonde’s mouth open with his own lips. Neither of them felt such passion before, they clung to each other as they kissed with a brutal intensity. Joey needed to catch his breath but Seto kept bathing him with his lips before they found their way to his ear.
Gasping for breath the blonde whimpered, “Stop it... what are we doing...” Seto sat up, his legs still on either side of his perch. The icy eyes had a passionate fire that pleaded for a release. Joey stared up into Seto’s face, the hard features were softened in the light, the perfect hair was mussed. He looked human and more beautiful than his dreams. “I shouldn’t have..” Before he could finish the statement, the long fingers pressed against his lips.
Joey pulled the hand away and shook his head. “Then what do you want this to be... an office fling... or... are you wanting what I am wanting?” He looked into the eyes again, his hand stroked the smooth cheek of the man he once considered a rival. He brushed the hair back and decided to finish the question. “Are you wanting that we are lovers?” He punctuated the question with a tender kiss, feeling Seto melt into his arms again. ‘Please let this be real, please let him want to keep me...’ Joey wished as he felt the long digits grasp the back of his head before the kiss ended. They sat with their foreheads pressed together in silence. Seto kept stroking the unruly blonde hair as he thought about what just happened and the consequences of their actions.
“You can’t tell anyone... you can’t ruin this company, it’s all I have,” Seto hoarsely whispered, nearly sounding like a threat. He was clearly frightened, he had dated before but it was for business, not for pleasure. Now he was the one not in power and it frightened him terribly. He felt the arms caress his back, the strong hands attempting to comfort him and when he looked into the golden orbs, he didn’t feel as fearful. He pulled away and stood staring at the ground, his face red from embarrassment and a twinge of anger. Embarrassed that he shown a weaker side and angry that it wasn’t himself that initiated the kiss. Joey rose and pulled his shirt and jacket back on, not knowing what to say. He half felt like Kaiba reached into his pants and gave his nuts a tight squeeze. “Jou... please give me a little time, you caught me off guard... but I liked it.” Joey didn’t turn around, he was angry, he had tried to work up the nerve for so long to say something but it was never the right time. “Jou, let’s get you home, you must be exhausted.” Seto reached out to him but his target walked off before he could be touched.
“No thanks... I am going out tonight, see you tomorrow morning.” Seto watched as Joey walked away, his voice icy as he spoke, the door slamming behind the blonde. He felt a deep pain in his chest as the slam echoed through the laboratory, it felt like heartbreak but he didn’t understand it, he never felt like that before. He didn’t understand how Joey could be hot for him one moment and then so bitterly cold the next. He lowered himself onto the chair where Joey was sitting and lain his head on the table.
“So this is love... I fucking hate it,” He flung his arm out and knocked over the lined up statuettes, wishing they would hit the ground and break but none did. He sat there, trying to get himself not so upset. It wouldn’t do for him to be seen so flustered but fooling himself was much harder than fooling everyone else. He picked up the figurine he had knocked to the ground and chucked it at the door that separated him from the young man who was now tormenting his mind. The plastic statuette shattered upon impact with the metal barrier, pieces bouncing away from the other parts that once made up the toy.
He fumed, it just wasn’t right, the timing was all wrong and HE was supposed to be in charge, supposed to be in control. Not being the one in control... that frightened him, made him feel sickened. Standing, he walked to the mess and picked up the decimated toy, removing evidence of his temper tantrum. He dumped the chunks on the table top before leaving for the night. It was late and stressing over the events would just make for a useless leader the next day. He turned out the lights and walked down the hall to the elevator, his mind refusing to calm, instead, he swore he could smell the cheap knock-off cologne his assistant wore. It was stuck in his nose and driving him mad. He smelled his own shirt and sure enough, he was carrying the scent from when he was in Joey’s lap. He frowned yet felt comforted by the scent, things were now going to get more confusing. The elevator stopped at the lobby and he stepped out, dialing for his driver, probably waking the lug from a dead sleep. He just wanted to get home, there things would make more sense.
He stepped out of the doors of the building and paused, narrowed eyes met his own gaze. He felt small suddenly, small and weak as Joey walked up to him. Surely the blonde boy wouldn’t attack him here, cameras would catch the assault. He flinched as words came from the lips he was just tormenting himself over. “Come on Kaib, I will drive you home.” Seto hung up the phone and followed after, he knew he needed to say something but there was no words to even be formed in his mind. He turned the corner and saw a beat up street bike, great, he was going to put his life on the line on the back of that thing... but it would be a good excuse to feel the warmth of a human body again. He climbed on behind Joey, his hands gingerly finding the athletic trim waist before the motorbike came to life. In the late hour, the city was dead, no cars, no people... only two teens speeding through the streets on the back of a death machine.
His fingers tightened their grip as Seto leaned into the strong back of the driver. He was thankful to not have to talk, instead, his heart raced the speed of the tires. He watched a silent sleeping world rush past as they over took corners. His icy blue eyes closed, trying to absorb all the warmth he could steal from Joey. Joey smiled, feeling the controlling young man have to cling to him. He wasn’t going to torture his boss much longer, they were nearing the secluded mansion the Kaibas called home. He slowed the bike to a stop and looked over his shoulder, his golden eyes mocking the shaken man. “Hey, we are here, you can stop hugging me now.”
Seto withdrew his arms, feeling ashamed. “I wasn’t hugging you, if you didn’t drive like a maniac, I wouldn’t have had to touch you.” He steeled his voice, trying to reclaim his cutting tone. Silence from Joey and non-movement made him speak again. “Plus, I thought you were going out tonight... what happened, your slut canceled on you?” He glared, trying to force any emotion he had out of his way. He was about to climb off the bike when Joey got off first and faced him. The golden face was now full of hurt and anger, Seto wished he could pull back the words more than ever. Joey raised his hand and pulled Seto’s face up to his own, brutally kissing the stunned lips. He took his anger out in the kiss, feeling Seto hit him, struggling to get away before giving in. Their tongues fought and warred, their hands clawed at each other as they silently swore they hated one another. Seto pulled back to cath his breath, his better judgement told him to not to listen to the rest of his body. He climbed off the bike and walked to the door, unlocking it before turning. “It’s late, you can stay tonight...” His voice was just a whisper as he motioned for Joey to enter. The house was quiet other than the televison softly playing in the living room where Mokuba’s tutor slash babysitter slash whatever dozed off on the couch with Mokuba sprawled over him.
Seto took hold of Joey’s wrist and lead him up the stairs, careful to not make a noise... not out of fear but just as to not explain the situation yet. Joey trailed after, walking as gently as he could. He followed down a hall and watched the brunette open a door to a simple yet elegant guest room. “You can stay in here tonight... we will talk more in the morning.” Seto couldn’t help but kiss the soft lips again, pulling the boy into the room and maneuvering him to the bed. As Joey stumbled back, falling on the bed, Seto regained his sense of control. He straddled the young man, kissing him and tracing his fingers under the work shirt to feel the taut body. Both of their bodies were responding, urging them to go further, to give into the raw burning passion. The kiss broke and their breath caressed the other. “We... must stop... for now...” Their mouths and tongues met again as their hands clawed at each other.
This time it was Joey who broke the kiss, his hands pushing Seto up off of him. “Stop... it’s late... we have to work... too much work.” His groin was protesting, his body wanted more but his mind, like Set’s, knew they had to stop before it got too far. Seto stood, his eyes burning for more but he just nodded and walked out of the room. The blonde relaxed into the mattress as he rubbed his head, his mind swirling from the events. “Holy fuck... what did I just do?” He turned his head and just felt bewildered as everything sunk in. Here he was, laying on a bed in Kaiba Manor, Seto’s sweat and saliva still moist on his skin. He gave a shiver of pleasure as his maleness ached. Mai would never believe this, he made out with, nearly molested by the Seto Kaiba. His eyes felt heavy, all the anger and pain he was feeling hours ago now was fading away at the sweet taste of a man’s mouth lingered. His breathing slowed and soon, he slept.
Seto climbed into the shower in the bathroom that was connected to his room. The stingingly hot water reminded him he was not dreaming or asleep. He could feel the nails still being raked over his chest and back, the water trickling over the faint welts as he sighed. He looked down at his body, his manhood was still stiff from the passionate make-out session, throbbing from not being used. He should not have stopped Joey, he should have ripped the designer clothes off the boy and ravaged him and been ravaged by him. As the thoughts crossed his mind, he grew harder again. Soaping his body, he tried to think of anything but the beautiful young man, anything but the warmth that radiated from him but it was no use. Seto leaned against the shower wall, his fingers tracing over the turgid flesh, feeling it dance beneath his touch. He closed his eyes as the water cascaded over him, his fingers encircled his shaft, slowly stroking the length. He thought about the wet tongue circling his own as he imagined it was Joey stroking him. He moaned, his hand picked up the rhythm, sliding over the wet, velvety soft skin. His knees threatened to buckle as he remembered feeling Joey’s growing hard-on pressing against him when he had the boy pinned in the chair. A gasp crept from his lips as his body shuddered, he felt like his whole body was on fire as his hand sped up further. He slid down the wall until he was kneeling in the tub, his hand coaxing pleasure from his body as his mouth hung open in a silent scream for release. His other hand caressed over his body, pretending it was the hand of the only person who ever effected him. “Ohhh Jou... I want you...” He could hear the slightly younger man moaning in his mind, hear his accent and feel his breath. With a jolt, his hips convulsed as thick white seed erupted from him. He slowly opened his eyes and stared up at the spraying water before standing and letting his semen wash down the drain.
His breathing slowed and he got out of the shower, drying himself lightly before walking nude to his bed and climbing under the sheets. He laid on his back, the soft cotton was cool on his fevered skin, and he put an arm under his head as he stared up at the ceiling. Today had to be a fluke, he wanted today to happen, had for a long time now but it was too good to be true. He licked over his lips, Joey’s taste was gone but he could still taste him with his mind. He slowly closed his eyes, half afraid to sleep... afraid that this all was just a dream.
Morning arrived, sunlight trickling in through the window and song birds calling out their love to potential mates. Seto pulled himself to sitting and looked at the alarm clock. It should have gone off an hour ago, he was supposed to make breakfast with Mokuba. He jumped out of bed and dressed quickly, skidding down the steps. He turned the corner to the kitchen and saw Mokie and Joey in the kitchen laughing as the older one tried to teach the giggling kid how to flip the omelet just by tossing it. He could see the failed attempts all over the floor as Mokie’s babysitter slash whatever, Neo, was cleaning up the mess. He leaned on the doorway with his arms crossed and smiling, watching the pair. Jou was great with kids, a natural big brother. Joey looked up and noticed the older Kaiba watching them.
“Heh, sorry, Mokie-man wanted breakfast and you were sound asleep so I volunteered.” Joey turned his attention to Mokuba and patted the young guy on the shoulder when he got the omelet to stay in the pan after the flip. “Great work! Now we only have to do 2 more, one for you and one for me.” He took the frying pan and slid the contents onto a plate and set it on the table as Neo made up a cup of coffee for Seto.
Neo came to work / live with the Kaiba family after Mokuba was kidnaped, Neo was the one who actually took care of the kid during that time, keeping him safe. His uncle was none other than Maximilian Pegasus but he shunned his uncle so when Mokuba was safe, he begged to work for the family... more be enslaved to them as that he didn’t want money. He only wanted to be near the younger boy, thus becoming an unofficial part of the family. He was good at his job of being a bodyguard, Seto had no concerns in leaving Mokuba if he knew the teen was watching over him, plus, Neo never complained about doing odd jobs so he served many roles in the house from cook, butler, gardener, tutor, to even being a pillow during tv time for Mokie.
“Big Brother, Neo and I are going to the pool then going to go hang out with Yugi while you are at work, is that okay?” Mokuba grinned impishly, he loved hanging out with the older kids because they spoiled him rotten. Seto nodded and took a sip of the coffee as he watched the blonde work on making breakfast. He nearly blushed at the thought that went through his head but he controlled himself as his baby bother spoke again. “And don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone Joey stayed here. He said you would rather keep your privacy.” Seto turned his eyes to Joey, surprised that he thought it through. He may understand after all.
“Yeah, he is our friend but you don’t need to tell everyone, okay? Some things are best secrets right now. We never know how it can effect us.” His brother rolled his eyes and nodded. He heard this song and dance to know it by heart. He stopped fawning over his brother and went back to assisting the cook, throwing away egg shells and adding ingredients as he was asked to. Seto wasn’t all that hungry, he was just enjoying the show. It didn’t take long for the rest of breakfast to finish up, Mokuba was in a rush to go hang out with friends that he barely tasted the food before running off, dragging Neo by the hand. Seto then turned his eyes to the beautiful young man who was sitting silently as he ate. The golden eyes glanced at him before returning to the plate. “I am jealous, I can’t flip omelets. Look like you had fun.”
Joey swallowed the bite he was chewing but didn’t look up. “Drop the crap, you aren’t jealous... What was last night to you?” He forced himself to look at his boss. He tried to make his eyes cold but there was a natural warmth that wouldn’t leave them when he looked to the icy young man. “I want your honesty, I deserve that and I don’t care what you say. I am a man, I can live with my mistakes.” He watched the dark haired boy blink as his face turned cold once he was no longer stunned. “Yeah, that’s what I thought.” It got silent again and only the sound of the birds outside and the front door closing could be heard. Joey shook his head and finished eating and got up to put the dishes in the washer.
“Last night... was a mistake. Tempers flared and that was all it was.” Seto was going to say more but the sound of a plate breaking and Jou cursing cut him off. He got up quickly and saw the boy clutching a cut hand. He grabbed a dish towel and put pressure on the wound. Mopping away the blood, he could see the cut wasn’t deep, just was bleeding like it was. His eyes found the pained ones and had to fight ever last part of himself to not kiss the lips yelping in pain. He let go of the hand but Joey cut him off and trapped him.
“A mistake? Is that why we kissed not just once but twice? Is that why you pinned me to the bed and clawed up my chest?” He lifted his shirt to show the scrapes on his belly. “Is that why you can’t look at me with out either wanting to kick my ass or suck my cock? It’s all a game to you, street trash like me would sully you and you can’t have that.” He smeared the blood on Seto’s pale chest, the crimson standing out like war paint. “Well you are dirtied now, what are you going to do about it?” He stared at the shocked young man, his eyes like daggers and Seto felt unarmed.
He did the only thing he could think to do, the only thing his body would allow himself to do. His mouth crushed Joey’s again. It had to be a mistake, he refused to believe this... mongrel could hold any sway over him. He broke the kiss and pulled away. “Get your ass dressed for work, seducing me is no excuse for being late.” He treaded up the stairs to clean up and dress, they would simply have to figure something out because he wasn’t able to stop his body from responding to the feral nature and he wasn’t going to fire the most useful employee he had. The next problem lied in Joey couldn’t keep living in the slum, it wasn’t safe there... especially not with his alcoholic father. He groomed himself and walked down the stairs, still a little distressed over the recent events. He watched the limo pull around and looked up the stair, waiting on his assistant. Joey came down, his hair slicked back in a professional style and any remnant of emotion from moments ago was now sealed away behind a no nonsense exterior.
“Ready when you are, Mr. Kaiba. Long day ahead of firing people and cutting balls off the competition.” He grabbed Kaiba’s briefcase and the newspaper, handing the case to his boss and holding out a hand to motion for Seto to go ahead of him to the car. The driver looked at them, confused but he knew his place. He just held the door open for them to climb in then drove off to Kaiba Corp.
