Ok, you will COMPLETELY understand Salazara's powers in this fic if you own the PS2 Game, Dragon Rage.I would explain everything, but I really can't put it all here. I'm putting it in the story. Adia: Wow...I don't appear in the fic.

Marik: You don't?

Adia: Nope. See? *holds up script and flips through the pages. Lugaladia or Adia ren't mentioned once*

All but Marik and Adia: YAHOO!!

Adia: *Throws an iceball at them* Shut your traps.

Salazara didn't understand. One moment she almost lost her ability to breath fire, the next, she was in a deserted boneland. A voice rang in the back of her head. This is no dream, Salazara. You have been sent here to bonelands to learn how to use the power that has been denied you all your life. Many of the dragons died here, but the magic they wielded is still strong.

Salazara knew there and then that the voice speaking to her was a fairy, friends of the dragon race.

There are many creatures here, namely humans. The human race are rather weak, but can be quite deadly in large numbers. You should know you should never trust one if your instincts say so. Now, your first challenge is the element fire. Use your Dragon Breath to to take out those men just below you.

Salazara looked below her and indeed saw five soldiers. She blew a fireball at them. It seemed the shooting of the fireball was done by her many times. It came naturally.

Well done! Next, you'll learn how to use your Dragon Power. When your Dragon Powers are activated, you will glow the color of your current element. Now, activate your Dragon Power, shoot a fireball, and take out a whole squad.

Salazara did so. It seemed so natural that she could do this.

Now, I have little time but a large amount to tell.

Five different cuts of crystal appeared.

The damage from your attacks depend on the level of your current element. The voice explained. A diamond cut means level 1. A square is 2, Diamond is three, a pear cut is four, and a round cut is level five. After reaching level five, you can still collect more elemental gems to increase your powers.

Your elemental powers depend on the color of the gem you've collected. A Ruby Crystal is Fire, Emerald Crystal is Earth, A Diamond Crystal is Air, and a Sapphire gem is the Element of Water.

This is all I can tell you before time runs out. Congratulations, Salazara, you are the first dragon in five-thousand years to unlock her true powers. The other fairies will be able to guide you further.

Salazara opened her eyes. Her neck was in a spiked circlet. She looked up and saw another human. She shot a fireball at him and broke free. She flew away, destroying everything in site. But even though she was free from the factory, she wasn't completely free. She'd have to fight for her freedom, and rescue the rest of the Dragon Race.

Adia: So, whaddaya think?

Seto: It was...very...interesting.

Yami: Kaiba, have some respect.

Marik: Break it up, you two! I for one say it was a sort of attention-grabbing prolouge.
