Chapter Two: It Continues…

FROM: timewizard@hotmail.com

SUBJECT: Crush
Dear Teani,
In class last week, the girl that I think I have a crush on winked at me, and blew a kiss. I mean, she does this to everyone, but somehow it seemed as though it was more special when she does it to me. Is it really?
From timewizard.

Dear timewizard,
Sounds like you've got it bad, boy! This girl must really be something for her to draw you in like this. I say… go for it! Ask her out - that is, if you really have a huge `thing' for her.
From Teani.

FROM: blue-eyes@hotmail.com
TO: teani@hotmail.com
SUBJECT: Thanks
Dear Teani,
Thank you for your wonderful advice. My little brother is now much happier, no complaints whatsoever… about that subject anyway. I mean, what would a teenager be without complaining!
Again, thank you.
From blue-eyes.

Dear blue-eyes,
You're quite welcome. I'm happy that everything worked out.

SUBJECT: Wrong Impressions
Dear Teani,
Everyone has always perceived me as some sort of cold-hearted bastard, just because I tried to kill everyone in the world - okay, that came out wrong. What no-one realises is that I'm a person too, I have feelings - I need friends. Gods above, I'd give anything for a friend. Even that friendship-speech-spouting girl, Tea. What can I do to make some friends?

SUBJECT: RE: Wrong Impressions
Dear winged-dragon,
I really don't know what to say. Your problem is much too serious for me - you really don't sound happy. Maybe to make some friends… I don't know. Try being nice, and understanding. Instead of butting into conversations, wait for a lull, then try suggesting something to talk about that you usually wouldn't. Another way to make friends is to throw a party - but only invite a small number of people, maybe ten or fifteen - people you think could really be potential friends.

SUBJECT: Family
Dear Teani,
I've noticed that my sister recently has been seeming really tired and down. I'm worried about her - maybe there's something wrong that she's not telling me. Should I confront her?

Dear harpielady,
Maybe your sister is dead tired because she is running an extensive email advice column?!

SUBJECT: Party Time
Dear Teani,
My brother and I have decided to have a party of sorts for his birthday - ultimately mine as well. We are having trouble agreeing on the types of music, food, guest list etc. What should we do?
From kingofgames.

FROM: teani@hotmail.com
TO: kingofgames@msn.com
SUBJECT: RE: Party Time
Dear kingofgames,
Split the workload fifty-fifty, like your brother decides on the music, and you get the food. I think you should decide on the guest list together, though - it might end up being all of his friends, and none of yours, or vice versa.
