RM: I have another story!

Ryou: **crying** How come I'm not in it?

Malik: Yeah! Where are we?

RM: Umm, you'll be in it… I guess. But in the last story Yugi and the gang weren't in it so I had to put a story with just them.

Yugi: YAY!

Chapter 1- Found

~Yugi's point of view~

I remember it clearly for some reason. It was the about two weeks before the school year ended when it happened. It was the three of us, Anzu, Jou, and Honda, and we were all heading to my grandfather's house when we found him, at least I think it's a him. It was actually Anzu who spotted him first.

She was complaining about how much homework we had and Jou was yelling at her to get some Midol before he snaps her neck. She was just about to bitch on him when she suddenly went pale, even for her. "Oh my god, there's something over there," she said running in the direction she was looking at.

She knelled down and stared at something but she didn't make any attempt to touch it. Since the rest of us couldn't see anything we decided to go over and join her. Turns out the girl wasn't hallucinating. There was a small… thing… out there. It looked like a child.

"Oh god, I think I'm gonna lose my lunch," drawled Jou in a New Yorkish accent "Is it dead?"

Honda, who knew the most about biology, took a closer look. He kneeled his long legs and rested his weight on his calves. Anzu inched closer so she was directly across him. For a moment the two where silent and did not move a muscle but Anzu suddenly reached out and turned him over. It was very odd that Anzu would touch, what we thought, was a dead body but it suddenly made some since when the small thing painfully moaned.

Jou and I jumped back but Honda and Anzu moved closer to him. "I knew it, he's still alive."

"How do you know it a he?" I asked. It didn't look like a girl but I highly doubted it was a boy. Its face was covered in moss and dirt. It looked like it has been there all night. Poor thing, it looked younger than me.

"He doesn't have any breasts," she said as-matter-of-factly.

I pulled together all the courage I had and inched closer. Jou was still being a coward and kept his distance. "So, it's just a child. It could be a girl." I countered but Anzu gaze me that "Don't fuck with me Yugi Motou or I'll shove a stick up your ass look, so I stopped.

At that moment I saw a flash of white flash in the corner of my eye. I turned as fast as I could but it was gone. I left the two doctors to be alone and went to see what was there. I quietly strolled to the direction I saw it come from. I walked to a tree and tried to look behind it but I saw another flash. I ran to that direction but it was gone again. I turned around in a dizzying circle until I saw yet another white flash zoom up a tree. I ran to that tree but I wasn't surprised when I saw that nothing was there.

"Hello?" I yelled out, "Is anybody there?" Nothing responded.

"Hey Yug, we're taking the thing to your house. Is that cool?" Jou asked. I continued to stare up at the branches of the Great Oak tree. "Yug?"

I inverted my gaze to him. I put on a smile and said it was okay with me. I wanted to tell him what I saw but Jou would probably make me go to the asylum. I looked over to where we found the body and saw Honda picking up the fragile child. I walked a few feet then stopped, I looked behind and back up the tree. I knew there was something there, I just didn't know what.

~Normal Point of View~

The pale creature watched as the humans carried off with his partner. The white haired creature watched helplessly as two of the human children were poking at him. He thought he was being careful as he leapt from tree to tree but the smallest human child saw him.

"Please go away, please go away, pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaase go away," he chanted to himself but it was pointless. The small child was right behind the tree now, "Shit," he cursed to himself. His senses were telling him that he was about to be discovered so he made a dash to the next tree he saw. He was pretty fast, so fast all the child might see would probably be a streak of light. At that point the mythical creature wasn't using his common sense, humans could SEE a streak of light. By the time he realized it the boy was on to him. The damn child wouldn't let him rest. He had always heard rumors that humans were suspicious but this child, he was beyond suspicious. He was nosey. The creature flew up the tree as fast as he could.

"Mother Earth, protect me from this child's sight," he prayed to the earth. He looked down. If Mother Earth didn't grant him his wish then he might as well give himself up to science. Fortunately, the boy didn't see him. He thought the human child would let him be but the child was too persistent to let that happen.

"Hello?" he heard the child ask. He felt the child's gaze burn a hole into his neck but he refused to look.

"Hey Yug," he heard the other child say. He took this opportunity to dash to the farthest tree he could leap to. He did this just in time because when he looked back he saw the insolent youth staring at the spot he was just hiding at.

He sighed in relief when he saw the child and his friend leave with the other two they came with. As soon as they were out of sight he jumped down from his hiding spot and onto the moist soil. He walked quickly to where his partner was lying but discovered that he was now gone.

"SHIT!" he cursed at no one unparticular "They're really gonna have my ass this time." He quickly fought with himself on weather or not he should follow the group of boys and their female friend.

"Never leave a man behind." He muttered to himself as he quickly followed the four friends.

~Anzu's point of view~

I walked silently as Honda carried the poor child. Usually I didn't get so emotional over people I don't know but this kid meant. I felt as if I knew him from another time. Like, a long lost friend you see on the street one-day. When you were friends you both would think that you would never forget each other but when the time comes to prove that the both of you are too old too remember. That's how I feel. Like I knew him from long ago but know I'm too old to remember.

We reached Yugi's home sooner than I expected. Yugi called out for his grandfather but no one answered. I guess he wasn't here. Even though we found this to be a fact we still spoke in soft whispers and moved quickly yet silently. Jou was getting a bit too into this. He began running from room to room; sometimes he would even crash down to the floor when hearing a soft noise from outside.

We reached Yugi's bedroom in a short amount of time, seeing how it was on the third floor of his house. Honda placed the small child onto the bed. He began feeling the kid's body the way doctors would do. He felt his ribcage for any bumps that may indicate any broken bumps. He looked up at us and shocks his head no but that did very little to sooth our worries.

"Hey," I said, getting their attention "Why don't I give the little guy a bath, then we can concentrate on what we do with him."

"Aren't we taking him to the hospital?" Yugi asked.

"I don't know." I said honestly. Honda picked up the child once more and brought him to the bathroom across the hall. The bathroom was typically modern except for a creepy looking coo coo clock Yugi's grandfather got from a flea market {1}. The tiles were peach and cream. It was obvious a woman did this.

Honda and I kneeled down in front of the tub and undressed the child. We took of the multi colored dress-like outfit he was wearing. I've never seen a boy where something like that. I could tell Honda was afraid that the kid would wake and think he was some type of pedophile or something. I laughed at his predicament and told him I'd take it from there. He left in hurry, bumping into things as he did. I laid him down on the little flurry thing {2} the Moutou's had in front of the tub.

He curled into a little ball. I was shocked and thought he was awake. I took a good look at him and came to the conclusion that he was and would wake up very soon. I quickly drew a bath for him the way I would for my little brother. I picked him up and placed him in the warm water. I was surprised on how light he was.

I took some soap and lathered up a washcloth. Gently I began to wash his pale chest. I moved, slowly around his vibrant red nipples and down to his stomach. I cleaned the front side over his body and got rid of all the forest dirt. I also found something I did not expect, blood. It was on his legs and part of his stomach but I saw no wound. It confused me but I ignored it after a while. I guessed it was someone else's that rubbed of on him. This just proves that he was attacked. I sighed as I turned the kid over to start on his back. I rubbed his back with the washcloth in slow melodious movements. His back wasn't as dirty as his face but it still had a good deal of grime on it. I got it back to what I believed was his original color. But there was something wrong. This child had two HUGE tattoos on his back they looked familier but I could place where I've seen them before. I traced each one with my fingers. {3}

A butterfly flew into the room from an open window. I looked at it as it rested on the faucet of the sink. It's blue wings flapped slowly and at an even pace. For some reason this hypnotized me. My eyes followed the wings going up and down and down and up. I looked back at the markings on the kid's back. I studied it then looked back on the butterfly. It looked at me as if he already knew what I was about to find out.

I traced the markings with my fingers one last time. Everywhere my fingers touched glowed bright blue. The second the outline was completely glowing something happened I did not expect. The tracing of the wings expanded from the youths back. Two large bright blue wings showed up from the marking. They looked exactly like the wings the butterfly had.

"Um guys?" I yelled into the next room. "I think we have a problem!"

AN: So how'd you like it? I'm not sure what the ending should be but if anybody has any ideas feel free to tell me. Oh and this has absolutely nothing to do with The Foreshadowing.
