The next day, Stacey went to the park and met Malik. "I'm so glad you decided to show," Malik smirked. "Why woudn't I? Jenna's my sister. I'd do anything for her." Stacey snapped. Malik smiled. "Then let's start." It was time to see if Jenna would be saved from the shadows.
I felt my sister inside. I don't know how I did, but I did. I smiled faintly. "Guys! Stacey's dueling Malik to save us!" I yelled. They looked at me, doubt in their eyes. "How do you know?" I stared. "Look, I know because she's my sister and we share a special connection. I know when she's dueling for me. I can feel it in my heart that she's dueling Yami no Malik to save us." I said. Yami believed me. He stood behind me. "I know she's telling the truth," He said, defending me. Anzu glared at me, i know she didn't believe me, the bitch. I stared her down. She looked away, but I know she would be glaring at me again within moments. Yami stared at her, noticing her glare. "Have a problem, Mazaki?" He asked coolly. She shook her head. "No." I concealed a smirk. She always agreed to play servant with Yami Yugi. She thought she would get him, but he was already taken. During Battle City, we had hooked up, but no one knew that. Yami put a hand on mine. I blushed and smiled at Yami, who smiled down at me. Then I noticed one by one, everyone was disappearing. I stared. Stacey won!?
*3RD PERSON*
Stacey smiled. "Now release their minds, Ishtar!" She yelled. Malik growled. He was supposed to win! Not her! But a promise was a promise. He invoked the power of the Millennium Rod, releasing the minds of Anzu, Mai, Shizuka, Ryouji, Ryou, Honda, Yuugi, Yami, Malik, Jenna, Kaiba, Mokuba, Jounouchi, and Jessica. Stacey fell to the ground, exhausted. Malik sneered. "I'll get my revenge. Just wait." Then he disappeared. Stacey glared after him. Then she ran to the hospital. She had a sister to see. As soon as she went into the room where everyone was held, she was surprised to see them all awake. Except Jenna. Stacey ran to jenna's motionless body. Yuugi and everyone else ran to her side. "DOCTOR!!!" Stacey yelled. A woman doctor rushed in. She looked at the heart monitor. "She's slipping into a comma," She said. "We need to move her into the emergency room." Four more doctors came in and moved Jenna's body away from friends and family. "She can't die! She lasted in the Shadow Realm!" Shizuka said. Anzu rolled her eyes. "I hope she dies." Stacey froze, walked to Anzu, and slapped her. "How dare you! She saved your pathetic ass, and that's how you thank her, Miss Friendship!? GET OUT!!!" Stacey roared at Anzu. Anzu got up and stalked away. Yami stared at her.
I looked around. I was in light. I wasn't in the shadow realm anymore, but where was I!? "Jenna.... you're in heaven." I looked up. "jessica!" Jessica smiled and flew to me. She grabbed my hand. "Come up." I shook my head. "I want to go back down to my family," I said. Jessica stared. "But your body is dying. You were unconscious for three months, you know." I gasped. "Please.... let me go back," I whispered. Jessica smiled. "Well, okay.... but you'll only have a year to live.... your mind's been weakned from being in the shadows for so long." I smiled back. "I just want to be with them for a little bit longer." Then light surrounded me and I disappeared.
"Is she okay?" "Her heart's beating slowly.... she may not make it." "Jenna, please wake up!" My eyes slowly opened. I saw faces around my bed. "She's waking up!" I couldn't recognize the voice, I was so groggy. My vision became clearer. Yami was sitting on the edge of my bed, holding my hand. I looked around. Mai, Shizuka, the whole gang was here. Kaiba came to the front. "I'm glad you're fine, Casey. I didn't want Kaiba Corp to pay your bills," He snorted. I laughed. "Thanks for your concern, Seto." I said. He was taken aback for a moment at me calling him by his first name then pretended it didn't bother him. I sat up, and smiled. It felt great back in the real world. The doctors did a biopsy and tests. "Miss Casey," he said to my sister. "Yes?" She asked. "Jenna's mind has been weakened from being trapped so long..... she's only going to live at least one more year." Everyone gasped at this news. Stacey looked at me with worry. "Well, we'll take good care of her.... thank you," She said. After a week, I was released and got to go home. Grandma was surprised and took me out all day to celebrate my return.
Prolouge
So a year passed and I did end up in the hospital, growing weaker and dying. Stacey never left my side. I was going to join Jessica. Yami, Yugi, Shizuka, Mai and Jounouchi were all in beds, also. They were dying, too. I knew that the others would probably have shorter lives, but I didn't feel too bad. I smiled at my sister, knowing that we would be parted for a long time. Then I saw an unwelcome visitor. Yami Malik stepped into the room. I clung to my sister. Malik smirked. "Aahhh..... is your sister dying, Casey?" He sneered at my sister. I sunk back onto the pillows. Malik stood next to my bed. "I'll just let her pain be eased, then," He grinned and pulled out the Millennium Rod. Then he unsheathed the dagger that was in it. "NO!" Stacey yelled. But the world was fading before my eyes. "Stace.... I'm going...." I whispered, my hand becoming limp. The world turned black before my eyes.

Stacey watched her sister's eyes glaze over and the heart monitor beeped. The line was straight. Jenna's heart had stopped. She was gone from this planet. Malik growled. "Well, I claimed your sister's life again, Casey. And you couldn't save her this time." he smirked, walking out. Stacey threw herself upon Jenna's bed and sobbed. Mai, Yami, Yuugi, Shizuka and Jounouchi knew Jenna was in a better place and that they'd be joining her soon.
Jenna's funeral took place a few days later. Stacey, Jenna's grandmother, Mrs. Hannah, Amber Williams, Jodi Shields, Mrs. Parker, Shannan Parker, Mrs. Williams, Mr. Hannah, and anyone else that knew Jenna or was a family member attended. Flowers were put on her grave, honoring her forever.
