*Mokuba's POV *Seto lead Joey through the restaurant. We were led to a room with only one table in it. Bags and boxes sat in one corner of the room. Joey's friends Yugi, Tristian, Bakura, and Tea stood around waiting for us to arrive. The room was so quiet you could hear your own breathing. Seto pulled off the blindfold."SURPRISE!" We all shouted. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOEY!"The look of shock that crossed his face was priceless. Tristirougrought a camera and snapped a photo as we all screamed. Joey smiled happily as each of his friends gently hugged him. Seto had warned us all that his ribs were bruised and were still tender."I don't know how to thank you all."We took our seats at the table and were handed menus. Joey's eyes bugged at the prices. Seto looked at Joey and laughed."It's okay Joey. Donworrworry about the prices. It's on me.""That's what I'm afraid of. I don't want to depend on you all the time."Everyone went silent. Joey has a tendency to want to pay his way. Seto likes to pay for dinners out. Joey didn't like it and it was a cause of a few arguments between them."Joey, I happen to know your whole check went for paying the rent on that apartment. I want to treat you to a dinner for your birthday."Joey's head bowed, he hated being reminded just how little of his paychecks he got after he paid rent and the rest of the bills. Most of the time, his dad took the left over money."Alright. I don't have to worry about the rent on the apartment anymore. So I'll be able to have my own money." He smiled slightly. He looked at the menu again and then. "I'll have the shrimp and steak.""Good choice, Joey" The air became more relaxed and we all shared a few laughs watching the cook make our meals.After we ate, and before the dessert, Joey opened his presents. He held up a tee shirt and boxer set I'd got him to sleep in. He likes those kinds of things. Yugi and Yami got him something he never even held up. He looked in the bag, and blushed. Bakura reached into the bag and pulled it out. Joey made a grab for it and missed. It looked like an assortment of massage oils. Bakura took the bag from Joey and handed him the gift from him and Ryou."Hey Bakura, where's Ryou anyway?" Joey asked after he read the card."He's with Yami at home setting up for something he planned for you." Yugi responded. Joey finished opening the gifts quickly. He stood and went to the door."Joey were are you going?" Seto asked, standing."To the bathroom. I'll only be a few minutes.""Wait, Joey!" Yugi called out. "I'll go with you."Joey shrugged and they walked towards the front.*Joey's POV *Soon after Yugi and I got back to the table, a large cake was brought out. I blew out the candles after my friends sang "Happy Birthday" to me. We ate the cake, had tea and left. We dropped Mokuba off with Yugi's Grandpa and went back home. When we all met up again at Kaiba's house, I mean our house, I noticed that Tea and Tristian were missing."They didn't want to intrude on our party I guess." Seto guessed.We walked through the house to the back and out to the pool house. Seto has this huge building that houses his pool and hot tub. The building was lit with a flickering light. As we entered, I noticed the room was lit with candles. Lots of them. It was really beautiful. Across the lounge chairs, robes were laid out. Ryou almost knocked me down with a hug. Malik and Marikked ked guiltily up from the hot tub. Seto and I laughed and picked up our robes and headed into the dressing room.When we emerged, Seto asked if anyone had suggestions for a game to play."How bout Truth or Dare?" Malik suggested."Sounds fun." I agreed. "So what youryour rules?""Everyone has to accept a minimum of one dare, and cannot ask for truth twice in a row. No daring between lovers, and no dares for lovers to match up." Marik stated an evil glint in his eye. "I think the first victim will be, Joey!"
