"Ryou?" a meek voice asked from behind Ryou.

Ryou turned around to meet Yugi's sweet innocent face staring at him "Are you okay? You've been avoiding me a lot lately." Yugi said a little hurt

"I have?" Ryou said really not realizing it "I'm not doing it intentionally Yugi, I promise…I've just had so much on my mind lately." Ryou trailed off

"So you don't hate me?" Yugi asked brightening up a little

"Of course not, why would I hate you?" Ryou asked tilting his head

"I just thought that since I asked you out in all…." Yugi stopped feeling the heat rise to his face suddenly

"That doesn't matter to me Yugi, I said no cause I didn't feel the same is all, not because you're a guy too." Ryou smiled at him reassuringly

"So we can still be friends?" Yugi asked

"Of course, why not?" Ryou said plastering a fake smile on for Yugi's sake

"I'm glad I finally got the chance to talk to you, I wish Yami could understand why I don't feel that way about him, I understand you why cant…about me…why can't he understand me?" Yugi said a bit sadly

Ryou slightly winced at the name and felt his eyes well up in tears as he choked back a sob "Well, he…he's just stubborn I guess, he'll get over it with time." Ryou said and started to walk away from him so Yugi would not notice his upset expression.

Ryou walked home slowly dragging his feet not wanting to go home, he wanted to run away so that no one would ever find him. Nevertheless, he was afraid if he did that that Yami would hurt the people he loved and Ryou couldn't let that happen. He walked inside and noticed that Bakura was packing a suitcase. His eyes went wide in fear.

"W-Where are you going?" He asked a bit flustered

"I told you last week me and Marik were going to Egypt for a month, don't you remember Hikari?" He asked a little confused by Ryou's actions

"…Oh, I must have forgotten…" Ryou swallowed nervously "Do you have to go?" He asked quickly

"We already bought our plane tickets and everything Ryou, why do you want me to stay so badly? When I told you last week you wished me happy trails." Bakura said closing the suitcase

That was true Ryou had wished him good trails but that was before Yami had started to…Ryou trembled slightly and Bakura noticed finally his evident fear.

"Ryou? Are you all right Aibou? Is anything wrong?" He asked concerned

Ryou wanted to tell him to pour out his heart and soul of what has been happening to him for the past week but he couldn't and probably never could either…until Yami was bored with him he would remain his slave.

Ryou choked back his sob "Nothing Bakura, its just I'll miss you." Ryou said a bit sadly so it would be convincing enough

"I'll only be gone for a month Ryou." Bakura giggled slightly "You hardly ever miss your dad and he's gone all the time." Bakura said

"Well, I'll still miss you." Ryou said

"I'll be back before you know it Aibou, now be good while I'm gone and no parties." Bakura said jokingly

Ryou smiled slightly and laughed at Bakura's comment

"On second thought throw parties! Just make sure you get Yami nice and drunk and send me the pictures!" Bakura said before he walked out the door.

Ryou sighed, if he could only get Yami drunk and he wouldn't end up raping him as a result Ryou thought gravely. He knew Yami was looking forward to this trip Bakura was taking…Ryou didn't know if he could survive a month with Yami behind him every step of the way, also spring break was this week…an entire week, no Bakura, no school, no parents, and no Yugi to get in Yami's way of getting what he wants. Ryou fell to his knees in remorse, why did this always have to happen to him, why did he have to endure such pain? His mother died when he was just a kid and his father was constantly away on trips…Ryou's father actually told Ryou that he reminded him to much of mother, he didn't say that's the reason he's not home but Ryou figured that it had to play a part in the whole ordeal. He sighed deeply running a hand through his white hair absent-mindedly and looked at the clock. Yami would never come by unless Yugi was asleep so he had a few hours and decided he had better eat something. He hadn't really had much of an appetite lately and knew that he would need some type of reserve strength when Yami was through with him.

When he just finished eating his doorbell rang, Ryou sighed

"Right on time." He mumbled sadly

However, he was surprised on finding Seto standing at his door.

"Se…I mean Kiaba what are you doing here?" Ryou said stepping aside allowing the CEO to stride inside.

"Do you want me to leave?" He asked stopping in the doorway

"Well, I didn't mean anything by it…I was just curious." Ryou said closing his door

"I was wondering if it was okay if I spent some time with you…you're really the only one out of the group who doesn't treat me as a rival you know." Seto sighed "Also it would be nice to get to know you better." Seto said simply

Ryou knew Kiaba was hinting at something but he didn't want to jump to conclusions not to mention if Yami came by anytime soon and found Kiaba here…Ryou knew sparks would fly and there would be hell to pay on his part.

"I wouldn't mind spending time with you Kiaba…" Ryou began but Seto cut him off

"Seto." He corrected

"…Seto…but its really late, you couldn't think of a more decent hour?" He asked

"No, not really…you don't look tired at all, now is as good a time as any." Seto said, "Unless you can convince me otherwise." Seto said

The doorbell rang and Ryou winced slightly knowing who it was.

He faked a smile upon opening the door "Hello Yami, what brings you here?" He said walking away form the door

"What brings me here? You…" Yami stopped upon seeing Kiaba and knowing why Ryou was acting so strange now. "What are you doing here?" He asked rather rudely

"Just thought I'd stop by see how Ryou is doing." Seto said obviously irritated with Yami's sudden appearance. "You?" He asked

"No reason…Bakura just left, Yugi has fallen asleep wanted to see how the little Hikari was is all." Yami said

Seto scoffed "What? Since your own Hikari rejected you, you want to lure a different one…to replace Yugi?" Seto said mockingly

"No one can replace him…I know that." Yami said smirking slightly looking at Ryou

"S-Seto, there was something I needed to talk to Yami about…could we talk some other time, like tomorrow?" Ryou asked not looking at him

"I guess, then I'll see you tomorrow…early?" Seto asked

"No, come around in the afternoon." Ryou swallowed a bit nervous but Seto didn't notice as he left.

Yami looked at Ryou "Seto? When did you two become so well acquainted?" Yami asked

"…He just asked me to call him Seto, that's all." Ryou said a bit flustered and afraid

"I think he likes you…do you like him?" Yami asked

"I…I don't even know him really, no." Ryou answered

"If you don't know him then how do you know if you like him or not?" Yami asked

"I…he's just not my type is all." Ryou answered

"Really? What is your type then?" Yami asked smiling at him

"I…" Yami cut him off

"How can a whore possibly have a type? You'll take it anyway you can have it wouldn't you?" Yami sneered

"N-no, I…" Ryou said trying to defend himself

"Hmmm, really? Are you sure you don't like it?" Yami said grabbing his arm and pulling him close "Positive?" Yami asked

Ryou cringed no answer he gave would be the right one if he said no Yami would beat him and if he said yes Yami would beat him…Yami always wanted to be right too. He had a sick way of punishing Ryou. He would force Ryou to say that he was a whore then punish him for turning a hikari into something dirty when they are supposed to be the light.

"Please Yami…Seto coming by wasn't my fault." Ryou said trying to avoid the question so maybe he wouldn't be beat this time.

"I think its time for another lesson…" Yami said tightening his grip on Ryou's arm.

"No! Yami Onegai! Not tonight, please I'll do anything just don't beat me Yami please." Ryou said begging him with his eyes

"Your proposal is acceptable…but you disobey me once Ryou…" Yami began

"I wont." Ryou answered quickly

Yami smiled as he thought how he would use him tonight.

Ryou just get tortured so easy I cant resist him! I hope you liked chapter two!
