Chapter 15: Wow...nighttime is here...-_-u

"What are you doing?" A cold and raspy voice echoed into both of your ears as you let go and faced an angry Kaiba glaring at you waiting to go in for the kill.

You too scared to go anything backed up and hid behind Bakura. You looked around his sliver hair and at Kaiba and the other two standing next to him.

"What does it look like?" Bakura asked Kaiba.

He glared at you and glanced at Bakura before answering the question, "I think it was quite clear that you were making out with her."

"Exactly." He pulled on your arm and brought you to his side. A sense of fear rushed over you as you coward next to the king.

Yami stepped forward, "I don't see how that is possible."

"You see Yami, I have bitten her twice giving her some abilities and power of mine." He paused to make sure everyone understood him. You of course were staring at Kaiba and not paying any attention to Bakura's words. "She and I can feel emotions and feeling with the contact of each other. Nothing more." His face was black and completely irritated at the same time.

"But ya were makin out wit her….do ya love her or somethin?" Bakura nodded inwards on Joey's question.

"___ is this true?" Yami asked you, but you weren't listening. You were still watching Kaiba glare you down. You shivered as Bakura shook you gently to make sure you were paying attention.

"Huh…wha?" You looked away from Kaiba's stare at Bakura. "Yami asked you a question."

"Um…I wasn't exactly listening…" you looked down.

Bakura smiled with you at his side. He put around you shoulder, "That's alright…Yami will ask it again." He pulled his gaze away from you and gave Yami a frightening gaping look.

Yami stepped back a little, "I asked if it was true….do you like him?" You froze. You hadn't realized until now that no matter what you are going to do, you can't get away from being the queen if you loved him. He will bite you no matter what you do or say. It didn't matter to you anymore it only became Bakura's decision now. All that mattered to him was turning you into the queen; to stand by his side forever as long as he lives. `Until someone kills him.'

Bakura shook you again. "___ answer the question." He smiled at you, but you missed it as you looked at the ground and glanced up at the three used to be duelists.

"I-I do….but but.." You couldn't explain why, but hatred suddenly entered your veins. Stepping away from Bakura the contact between you faded into nothing. "I don't…I don't want…" You took a step forwards and ran to Yami, Joey and Kaiba.

"I a-am sorry Bakura." You turned around and faced Joey standing in front of you. Bakura stood there. Hopeless, heartless and broken as you spoke the words of betrayal. Your back faced Bakura as he backed into the trees to disappear. A single tear slid down your cheek before containing yourself and falling into Joey arms.
