Kaiba's breathing was ragged as he rounded the street corner, onto the street where Joey lived. The door to Joey's apartment was open. Kaiba entered, shouting for Joey. He found the boy, slumped over, almost naked in a pool of his own blood. Wounds and bruises covered his body. Red welts covered his backside. Joey's clothes were ripped to shreds, and his jeans and boxers were gone.

"Oh my God, was he…" Kaiba said aloud.

"Yep," Kaiba whirled around to face a man leaning against the doorway; he had brown hair and hazel eyes. He had obviously been drinking. "I raped him and I'll do the same to you." The man whose clothing was dirty and face unshaven was leering at him in a less than respectable manner. Kaiba backed against the wall, even drunk this man was bigger and stronger than him. Why the hell had Joey called him instead of the police? He should have told Sugoroku were he was going. The man advanced, the space between them lessening with his every step. In his hand he held a long jagged knife.

"Tell you what," the man said, coming still closer, "if you don't resist, I won't hurt you. I'll merely give you the best sex you'll ever have. Don't be a hero like that whore," he said his glance going to Joey. Kaiba felt anger flare inside him, pure, red hot fury, but Kaiba didn't let his emotion get the best of him. `Calm down' he told himself, `no sense in doing something stupid.' The man was right in front of him, Kaiba could smell the alcohol heavy on his breath. "You certainly are attractive," the man said, "You're sure to be better than my usual whore," he glanced at Joey. "I can't wait to take you," he said licking his lips, "I can't wait to get inside you." There was nowhere to run, Kaiba was trapped!
