Part 1 - Where are you?
Darkness surrounded a young girl. Her entire body felt like it was frozen and there was a painful throbbing coming from her head. She opened her eyes. She was lying on a hard, cold floor on the left hand side of her body. Her vision was blurred, but she could make out an inky blue sky and stars above her head. She tried to sit up, to figure out where she was. As she did so, the throbbing sensation in her skull worsened and she lifted one of her hands to try and relieve the pain. She got a bit of a shock. The hair that was on that side of her head was matted and sticky and when she drew her hand away she noticed that it was covered in what could only be blood. As she was thinking this, a warm liquid dribbled down the left hand side of her face. Instinctively, she wiped it away, only to find her arm smothered in more blood. The girl screamed pitifully into the darkness.

The crowd applauded tremendously as Juliet took to the stage. Dressed in a midnight blue dress and high stiletto heeled sandals, Juliet was a tall teenage girl with long dark hair and steel blue eyes. The music she had chosen for her performance started and Juliet started to sing from the bottom of her lungs, quietly and calmly.
Where are you?
I'm by myself
And all the walls are talking to me
Where are you?
I'm all alone
And I can't hide that you're not with me.”
As she performed, Juliet could hear the crowd chanting, “Juliet, Juliet…” When the tone of the song changed, she started to belt out her distinctive vocals, filling the entire arena with song.
Where are you?
Cause I can't breathe
The oxygen is draining from me
Where are you?
There's no one here
It's like the sky is falling on me.
Where are you?
My heart has stopped
I close my eyes for want of soothing
Where are you?
There's no way back
When you get here I won't be moving…”
The crowd went wild and Juliet smiled for that was why she had chosen to perform. As Juliet gazed at the crowd to look into the faces of her fans, a bright light shone from the middle of the arena straight into her eyes. It heated her face and suddenly Juliet's shoes started to move of their own accord towards the light. She grabbed hold of the microphone and glanced at the audience in terror. Their expressions hadn't changed; they were still chanting, “Juliet, Juliet…”
Juliet screamed as she was dragged to the stage floor and engulfed by the light.
“Nooooooooooo!” she screamed.

“Hey man, maybe we should call an exorcist or something…”
“Are you crazy? I saw that movie!”
The next thing Juliet knew, her heart was pumping blood about five times faster than normal and her entire body was damp with sweat. She was laid flat on her back somewhere and surrounded by voices. She opened her eyes to fully take in her surroundings.
“Check it out, she's awake!” said one of the voices.
Juliet sat up slowly and rubbed her eyes. She was sitting in what appeared to be the back of a van, wrapped in a midnight blue sleeping bag. Speakers and various instruments such as guitars and drum kits surrounded her, as did the owners of the voices that she'd heard. One was a tall guy with hair of a tangerine shade and the other was a girl with short white blonde hair and a concerned facial expression. They were both bleary eyed and clutching sleeping bags.
“Dude…you okay?” asked the orange haired guy that Juliet seemed to recall was named Trey.
Juliet massaged her temples for a moment.
“I'm fine,” she said. “What happened?”
The white haired girl, Marnie by name, looked at Juliet and chewed her lip.
“ You screamed in your sleep,” she explained. “We thought somebody'd strangled you or something…” Juliet raised her eyebrows.
“I screamed?” she repeated, in apparent disbelief.
Trey and Marnie nodded, prompting her to gaze out of the van window. Marnie, Trey, Juliet and their fourth friend Harley were all members of a band named the Ice Breakers. Juliet was the lead singer and lead guitar, Marnie played the keyboard, Trey played the drums and Harley played bass. The four of them were in the process of traveling round Japan in the hopes of getting a record deal, which meant a lot to the entire band.
“Where are we going again?” asked Juliet, as rain lashed against the window.
Marnie glanced at Trey, who shrugged and then went to pull a map under one of the pillows, which were lying haphazardly against the wall of the van.
“Well…according to this map…” said Trey, staring at it for a few minutes in deep concentration, “the next city on our list is…Kyoto!”
Juliet and Marnie both looked confused at this news.
“Kyoto?” said Juliet. “But we've been there all ready!”
Marnie glanced at the map in his hands and sighed.
“It's upside down, you idiot!” she said, taking it from him and turning it the right way up. “Honestly…”
She glanced at the map and pointed to a spot on it.
“There,” she finally said. “According to this map, the next city is Domino!
Trey grinned at these words, obviously eager to start an argument. He and Marnie were always fighting.
“Are you sure about that?” he asked, causing Marnie to scowl. As Trey and Marnie began to bicker, Juliet closed her eyes and dozed, wondering what Domino would be like.

Juliet, Seto and Mokuba were sitting in the back of a black car. Juliet's eyes were red and sore from crying and she was leaning her head on Seto's shoulder. Mokuba was sitting on her lap, silently watching the scene unfolding. Nobody said a word - nobody dared. Suddenly, the car came to a halt. Juliet looked out of the window and laid her eyes on a large grey building to their right.
Well, we're here…” said the driver. The four of them, including the driver, stepped out of the car.
