(A/N) Ah I bet you thought something was going to happen in the last chapter. Well be patient, I'm no where near the end and you'll be surprised about what comes up head in my story.

The First Move

"Yugi did Erika ever come home last night?" asked Grandpa.

"I don't think so. She might have and then left early this morning," answered Yugi.

"I don't think so because I've been up since 6:00 this morning," said Grandpa.

"WHAT? DID SHE STAY ALL NIGHT WITH KABIA? I HAVE TO FIND HER!" hollered Yugi. He didn't like Seto and he didn't appreciate the fact his sister and Seto were friends. In fact Yugi hated the fact that they were friends but he saw how happy she was when she saw Seto again that Yugi couldn't say anything to Erika.

"Yugi wait. You don't even know where to look for her," yelled Grandpa as Yugi ran upstairs to get dressed so he could find his sister.

"So Erika what did you think of the sunrise today?" asked Seto as he and Erika made their leave from Kabia Island.

"I would have to say that it was one of the best sunrises I have ever witnessed and the best part of all was that I was with you," smiled Erika. Oh no, u can't believe that I just said that she thought.

"Great. Than maybe you and I could see more of them. And maybe once in awhile go out for dinner or the movies, as friends." Kabia you idiot. You just said that in front of her. How dare you he thought.

"Yeah maybe," said Erika quietly.

The rest of the trip was very silent. That morning had been an amazing one but know that it was over, Seto and Erika were almost afraid to talk to each other. Afraid to say I love you. Afraid to say would you stay with me forever. Afraid to say be mine. So they remained silent, afraid to say something stupid.

"Yugi what's wrong?" asked Yami.

"Yami, she spent the night with Kabia. Of all people. If it was Joey or Tristen than it wouldn't be as big of a deal but Kabia. How could she?" yelled Yugi as he looked for his shirt.

"Yugi look at yourself," said Yami. "You're over reacting. Maybe she and Kabia were talking and she fell asleep."

"Yeah then why didn't Kabia bring her home?"

"Maybe he didn't want to wake her or maybe he was afraid to wake her," Yami was trying to be logical. Even though he didn't like Kabia, he couldn't let Yugi rip him limb to limb.

"So he didn't have any sense to call us and tell us what was going on is that it? If you ask me it sounds very suspicious," said Yugi, now looking for his pants.

Yami started to laugh.

"How can you be laughing at a time like this?" asked Yugi, still looking for his pants.

"Oh Yugi, for as long as I have known you, you never have gotten so obsessed about anything, not even Duel Monsters. Even though he have never been a brother you're now obsessing about it, trying to keep your sister safe. I bet you know feel like Joey," explained Yami through his laughter.

Yugi stopped looking for his pants and too laughed. "You're right Yami. I'm turning in to Joey. He hates the fact that one of his best friends is dating his sister and is obsessed with her safety. Actually that's kinda scary. You're right Erika will be home soon. Kabia probably took good care of her," said Yugi.

"I told you that you were over reacting for nothing," smiled Yami. For the past 12 years, he loved being right.

"Seto instead of taking me back to your place could you just take me home?" said Erika. No matter how much she loved Seto she wanted to leave him. Besides Erika had plans today.

"Sure," replied Seto. He too was relived by what Erika had asked of him. He wanted to get back to work, maybe spend the day with Mokuba. He wanted to do anything than spend an entire day with Erika at this point.

So Seto did as asked he took Erika right to the Motto game shop.

"Here you go, the Motto Family Game Shop," said Kabia as they landed. He got out of the pilot's set and helped Erika out of the passenger seat.

"Thank you Seto," Erika replied. She walked into the store. The bell announced her presence.

"Erika, where have you been?" asked Grandpa.

"I'm sorry Grandpa, I was talking to Seto and I must have fallen asleep," she answered. Erika was not about to tell Grandpa or anyone else for that matter that she woke up in Seto Kabia's arm, in his helicopter, on his private island, watching the sunrise.

"Erika you're home," came Yugi's voice. He walked in and hugged his sister. It was a picture perfect family moment, except for one minor detail. Erika still had Seto's vest on.

"Erika," yelled a voice from outside. "Erika. Wait, you still have my vest." Seto Kabia burst through the door.

"Oh," Erika was embarrassed. "I'm so sorry Seto. I had no idea, it's just that it was so warm and I was so cold that I forgot I had it."

"It's okay. But I would like it back," Seto hated being in the Motto game shop. The last time he was in this shop was when he tried to buy off Mr. Motto's Blue Eyes White Dragon. Then again Seto already had three of them, but he didn't want that Blue Eyes to over power his deck. Of course at that time there was an evil inside Seto. It was always there but grew when Erika left and was destroyed by Yugi after losing to him with Exodia the Forbidden One.

"Morning Kabia," said Yugi. He was not pleased with the fact that Erika was wearing his vest. But he thought about what Yami said and didn't say a word about it. Instead Yugi decided to be friendly and kind. "Would you like something before you leave? Coffee? Toast?" Yugi was tempted to say "My sister?" but controlled himself.

"No, thank you," said Seto in a polite voice. He wanted to get his vest and get out. "I planned to have breakfast with Mokuba today."

"Great," smiled Erika. "Tell him that I said hi won't you Seto?"

Seto went from a frown of disgust to a smile of understanding faster then red goes to green on a traffic light. "Of Course I will," he replied.

Erika then gave Seto back his vest and walked him back to his helicopter.

"You know, you would think those two would be in love but you can't really tell now can you?" said Grandpa when the door closed.

"Yeah maybe. But Grandpa if Kabia and Erika were in love what would you do?" Yugi was still a bit worried about this.

"I would let it go," replied Grandpa.

"What?" Yugi was very surprised.

"You heard me. I would let them have a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. If they really wanted to. But that relationship would be very unlikely. If Erika wanted to date someone she would most likely date Joey first," said Grandpa.

After a few seconds of silence he and Yugi cracked up at the thought of this. They both knew that Joey was a sweet sensitive guy but could never imagine someone like Erika going out on a date with him.

"Well, Seto this morning was great. I loved it and maybe we could do things like that more often?" suggested Erika

"Yes, maybe," said Seto. He was glad Erika had said it instead of him. "I'll call you later and maybe well get together." He and Erika shared another hug before Seto climbed into his helicopter.

While they were hugging, Yugi and Grandpa stopped laughing at the joke. Grandpa went to make breakfast. However, Yugi was watching the scene going on outside with a disapproving look.

"Be careful getting home Seto," said Erika as Seto got into his seat.

"I will," he replied.

Erika was still a bit nervous for Seto so.

She leaned up into the helicopter, to where Seto was sitting and gave him a good-luck kiss on the cheek. After the kiss she ran back inside very embarrassed. Yugi saw the whole thing but didn't say a word as Erika came back in.

Seto took off with a very confused and very embarrassed look. It was the first real kiss he ever got. Sure it wasn't on the lips but it was his first kiss. If he wasn't flying, Seto Kabia could have leaped for joy and yell 'I got kissed by Erika Motto, the girl I love.' Of course Seto was flying.
