Chapter One

As duke left his gaming shop, he decided to walk the long way home. He passed a few shops then took a right in a small ally, as he walked he whistled a little toon. As he walked he heard a few voices, then a woman scream hoarsely, he rushed towards the voices, and saw a woman on the floor and two guys with knives on her.

"Hey! What are you doing to her!" He asked as he came closer, all three of them stared at him, the two men stepped forward and spoke.

" Stay out of this kid, she's got something we need so get lo…" He didn't finish the sentence because duke was on them instantly. He punched the one while swinging his foot to kick the other. They both fell to the ground unconscious. He brushed his hands off as he walked to the woman and knelt beside her.

"Are you alright?" He asked as he looked at her in shock, but then hid his shock. She was really pretty, she had long black hair, and her silver eyes!

She nodded slightly, "yes thank you so much, I don't know how I could ever repay you." She said softly, holding her pack closer to her. He helped her up and smiled.

"It's ok, it was my pleasure to help you, jerks like that shouldn't be allowed on the streets, oh," he extended his hand, "sorry I'm duke nice to meet you.."

"I'm ayha, nice to meet you." She said softly.

"Well hey, do you wanna go grab a coffee?" He asked smiling down at her, her eyes widened at her offer and she nodded giving him a small smile. They found the coffee shop and ordered two coffees, they sat down and began to drink them. Duke finally asked, "so what were those wackos after?"

She looked up and her face hardened, her expression blank. "That's private, but do you know where I can find yugi, yugi moto? I need to give him something." She told him with clipped words .

"I didn't mean to offend you or anything I just wanted to know why they would attack a woman like you." He stared at her, "Your not a criminal are you?"

"NO!… I mean no, it's just oh man do you know yugi?" At his nod she continued, " I'll tell you but if you say a word to anyone I will hunt you down, I helped Pegasus make the cards, but me and Pegasus decided that their need to be a card to stand up to they three Egyptian god cards, so me and him made one," At dukes expression she continued but couldn't believe she was actually telling him this, "yes, then when that malik guy tried to take over the world, I took the card and left Pegasus well I guess I would be a criminal then but that doesn't matter, I need to give this card to yugi, if someone like those guys back their get this the whole world could be in danger, and this card is that powerful and yugi or yami the phaoroh can control it, it can defeat even all three of the god cards if they're all out on the field!" She told him seriously.

He jumped up and practically yelled, "NO WAY!!"
