I am so sorry that I have not updated in so long please forgive me! I am swamped with homework my college professors decided to give me stuff to occupy my time during spring break ~grumble~ oh well hope you like the chapter!

Ryou sighed sitting in class waiting for the bell to ring out for class to begin, which was not for another forty-five minutes. He had really picked up the pace of his walking when he was headed for school and arrived really early. He decided to stand up and go for a walk around campus at least and decided to go to the rooftop.

He let the cool wind whip across his face as he breathed in deeply leaning against the fence lining as he looked down on the campus below a few students were being dropped off…but not many, they still had forty minutes. He saw Joey approaching the campus and smiled slightly waving at him slightly from the roof as Joey smiled and waved back. Ryou closed his eyes as he turned around running into his algebra teacher.

"What are you doing up here? This is off limits to student's…it's off limits period no one is supposed to be allowed up here." He said firmly

Ryou frowned "Then why are you up here?" He asked curiously not meaning to offend the teacher but he obviously took it the wrong way.

"Storage." He said pointing to the storage door to Ryou's right. A slight irritation in his voice.

"O-oh…I didn't mean to offend you at all Sensei, honestly." Ryou said fumbling with his words slightly as he looked at his feet.

He felt his chin be lifted by him, "You always were so well mannered…" He said pulling Ryou to him and kissing him strongly making Ryou think of Seto how forceful and persistent he always was with him but Ryou shook his head of that though this was most defiantly NOT Seto.

"Sensei!" Ryou said tearing his mouth form him "S-stop!" He said trying to pull from his grasp as the teacher let go of him unexpectedly making him stumble and fall to the ground. The teacher smiled at his surprised and blushed face.

"No one would catch us up here you know." He said pinning Ryou down beneath him.

"Iie…" Ryou whimpered as the teachers hands began to feel him up making him cringe. "O-onegai tomeru…" Ryou sniffled slightly pushing against the teacher's broad shoulders as his lips began to kiss down his neck and he pushed against the stronger man.

He felt the teacher suddenly stop and stand up. "Actually you are right, we will have to continue this some other time Ryou…" He said eyeing him hungrily. "I have study time scheduled with a Joey wheeler and if I'm late that very unprofessional." He spoke formally.

Ryou backed away slightly using the fence to stand back up as he stared at the teacher that had just molested him and then acted as if nothing had happened.

"For being up here without authorization though I'm afraid you've earned a detention with me…you can help me straighten up the storage room." He said with a wink walking off quickly.

Ryou covered his mouth as he ran from the rooftop. 'How am I supposed to get out of this one?!' If he skipped the detention he would only get in more trouble…Ryou frowned, maybe he didn't want much, he thought, I'm practically a whore anyway. He thought miserably. He knew finding love was impossible with Seto behind every corner not allowing him to love anyone.

To make matters worse the Algebra teacher was his last teacher for the day, so right after class he couldn't make an excuses even if he wanted to escape he couldn't, his teacher wouldn't buy anything he told him. Seto walked up to his desk when the bell rang.

"Need a ride home?" He asked uncaringly as he usually did

"N-no thank you Kiaba." Ryou swallowed nervously noticing the stares his teacher kept on giving him. "I have a detention to serve." He said

Seto frowned "That's not like you, how?" He asked

"I was in an area off limits to students." He answered quickly

"Fine." Seto said striding out of the classroom.

The teacher smiled at Ryou. "I never knew you and Mr. Kiaba were so close." He cooed gliding over to Ryou's desk sitting upon it lounge-like. "Come on, that storage room needs a lot of cleaning." He said grabbing Ryou's arm.

"S-sensei…can't I serve it some other time?" Ryou pleaded feeling the need to stall.

He stopped, unless you would like to do this in the privacy of your home or mine…which I doubt you would make an appearance for then no." He said simply leading him upstairs practically pulling him along Ryou who struggled more and more the further, they went up.

"Now, now little Ryou don't be like this. I can make this pleasant for you. Besides you making to much of a big deal out of this I never take my students all the way the first time I bring them up here." He said.

"You've done this before!" Ryou practically yelled

"Of course, not to sound vain but practically every student in your class I have had little relationships with." He said pulling Ryou close to his body "Yet you…you don't even give me a second glance you have your eyes stuck in a book or on your work." He licked the side of Ryou's face pulling him toward the room as Ryou cringed closing his eyes.

Suddenly none other than Joey pulled him from the lust-driven teacher's arms. Ryou quickly latched on to him not willing to let go.

"Keep your filthy hands off of him!" Joey seethed "If I had any proof I would send your ass straight to prison! Get a guy or girl that enjoys being raped by ya but you leave Ryou alone if I see you touching him again I will personally cut your hands off with a rusty chainsaw." He said surprising both the teacher and Ryou as he took Ryou's hand leading him away once off school grounds Ryou hugged Joey gratefully.

"Thank-you so much Joey! You were right on time, he was so close to…" Ryou trailed off not really wanting to think about it or even voice it.

"I saw the way he was looking at you in class and figured something was up…especially when ya refused a ride home with Kiaba. You two always ride home together. Also that teach has a rep for fooling around with his students taking em up to the roof top in all, I was jus looking out for ya." He said blushing slightly.

"It sounds like you have been watching me for some time now." Ryou teased slightly making Joey turn a deeper shade of red.

"Well…for saving me from that guy how about I treat you to dinner…how does homemade pizza sound?" He asked hopeful.

"Great! I love pizza." Joey beamed.

"Be at my place around eight and we'll have dinner." Ryou said smiling and walking off.

"Chotto…um I know it's none of my business but are you and Kiaba…ya know an item?" He asked

"…No." Ryou said lowering his head "We had dinner a few times but if there was anything there I was the only one who saw it. I'm over it now though, ready to find a new dinner partner." Ryou smiled making Joey smile as well.
