5TH Month

It's been over a month since Tea pulled her little stunt, to trying to kill Yugi. But in the end, her attempts were useless.

"Everyone ready to go" Yami asked as he got his car keys.

"Yes love were ready" Yugi said, as he was walking down the stairs with Mai's help.

"Yami lets get going, I want to see what the judge and jury are going to say" Seto said, as he left the back door with a tear sliding down his face.

As everyone got into the car, all Seto could do was remember how the incident happened, playing over and over again in his mind.

FLASHBACK

"DIE YUGI MOUTO" Tea said as the gun went off.

Out off know where Joey ran as quick as he could and jumped in front of Yugi, taking the bullet for him. As he fell towards the ground, Seto ran up to Tea and smacked her down, taking the gun from her and pointing it at her.

"Seto don't, if you kill me then you kill your child" Tea said as she cried for her life.

"You don't deserve to live for what you try to do to Yugi, and now MY LOVE, MY JOEY, he might die because of you" Seto said as he pulled the lever back.

"Seto….don't….d-do….it" Joey said in a weak voice.

Right when Joey started specking, Tristain, called the ambulance from his cell phone and told them what had happen. Seto just dropped the gun and ran towards Joey's side.

"Joey please don't die on me" Seto said, as he held Joey in his arms not caring if anybody saw him crying.

"It's okay Seto, I promise you that I'll be fine" Joey said, as he started to cough up blood.

"Don't speak Joey, save your strength" Seto said, as he wiped the blood away from his mouth.

Tea then got up and grabbed the gun and pointed it at Yugi again and was about to fire, but was stopped by the police. As she was hand-cuffed, she started to laugh.

"Yugi, believe me that this isn't over yet" Tea said as the police put her in the back seat, and drove off.

Then the ambulance came and rushed over to Joey.

"Okay people stand back, will take it over form here." One of the guys said.

As they started to put Joey on the portable bed, Seto said to them that he was coming. They both looked at each other and just said ok. Seto got into the back with Joey and they rushed towards the hospital.

Meanwhile in the ambulance, Seto just held Joeys hand in his and was hopeing that nothing bad would happen to Joey. As the ambulance stopped, the two men got out and rushed towards the back and opened the back of the doors. As soon as they got Joey out they rushed Joey into the emergency room. Seto stood behind and filled out all the paper work and questions that the doctor were asking him. An HOUR later after he got there, one of the doctors came out and came up to Seto.

"Seto right, we have news about Joey" The doctor said,

"Is he alright….." Seto asked as he got up as if he wanted to go to the back to find out for his self.

"He's not doing well, he's in critical condition right now. After taking a bullet towards the chest, he was lucky that it didn't hit his heart, all we can do is watch over him right now and see what happens. If he does make it, will have to have him here still for a couple of days just to run test. But only time will tell." The doctor said.

All Seto could do was nod his head, after the doctor left he started to breakdown as the others rush'ed over to what had happened.

END OF FLASHBACK

As soon as they parked, they all piled out and went strait to the court.

"Seto are you ok, I mean going through with this" Yami asked,

"Yes, now lets get going." Seto said as he walked faster to the front doors.

" I hope that he's strong enough to see Tea and try to kill her" Yugi said, as Mai helped him up the stairs.

"Ya just hope that Tea gets the death sentence" Tristian said,

"Now that's a little to harsh even for her" Mai said,

"Ya, she deserve to go to the shadow ralem" Yami said,

"Yami" Yugi said just shaking his head.

As the gang sat in court waiting for the trial to start, they were talking about what name the baby should have once its born. They cut there conversation short as the judge entered and sat at his chair.

"Court is now insention" the judge said, after saying that the cops brought Tea in and led her to he seat.

"Now its time to pay Tea, once and for all" Seto said in a whisper.

"Now lets see, Tea Gardner, your hear for asult for a deadly weapon, charged for almost First degree murder and Second degree murder, how do you plead" The judge said,

"Not Guilty sir" Tea said,

"I see, well Ms. Gardner, I've read over this file in my hand and what I can tell you should be put to death, but under the circumstances that your in" The judge said,

The others just looked at each other thinking that the judge was going to release her and let her come after Yugi like last time.

`Oh god no, don't let her walk away free' Seto thought, he was about to jump up and kill Tea his self, but the judge spoke again.

"You are hear sentenced to life in PRISON with out the possibility of perol, and once you have given birth to your and Seto's baby, the state will then come in and take your child and diliver your child to his father, and you lose all parental rights. Now that I have spoken, is there anything that you care to say before you leave for your sentence." The judge said.

All Tea could do was just stand there without saying a word.

"This case is over with and now guards, if you please take Ms. Gardner to start he sentenced" the judge said,

The Gang just started to clap and were happy that the judge made the right decision. Yami and Yugi just looked at each other and just smiled, thanking god that Tea was no longer a treat to them or there baby.

Seto just smiled as a single tear fell down his face.

`Joey will be please once he hears this good news' Seto thought as he got up and the others to walk to the car and go to the hospital.
