Spring: Well…Chapter 8. I've come a long way.

Yami Spring: True.

Spring: To think my fic writing career started al=bout 6 months ago…

Yami Spring: Yeah. Half at ff.net. But that doesn't matter. The last chapter will be about chapter eleven, people.

They followed Mystical Elf's lead quietly but swiftly.

Every few seconds, Dark Magician Girl glanced behind her, to make sure that Dark Magician was still safe, and to check the fact she felt another presence…after she had cast a spell to uncover all hidden presences…she felt one more…hiding…

Gaia, who was standing in front of her, stopped abruptly, making Dark Magician Girl half crash into him. Luckily, she steadied herself before she hit the ground.

"You okay, Mana?" Said Dark Magician, coming to his apprentice's side and with an amused smile. "Yep…" She said cheerfully with a blush.

He grinned. "What happened?" He called to Mystical Elf at the head of the group. She looked back at them all. "I think we're here…" She said quietly as she peered into the deep entrance of the cave opening…

"He lives in a cave?" Dark Magician Girl asked with a curious tone. Mystical Elf nodded. "Yeah…not a good one, either." She said.

Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl glanced at each other. They both knew this would be easy. The Magician of Black Chaos came to join the two magician's inner group.

"So there you are." He said. "The crowd was so big, I thought we had lost you two." "Nope, not yet." Said the Dark Magician.

Mystical Elf crept into the cave slowly, followed by the other duel monsters. Dark Magician felt Dark Magician Girl and the Magician of Black Chaos both tense beside him. He sighed. `Not an easy job, when you have relationships, training, and getting out of here alive to worry about…' Thought the Dark Magician.

The Dark Magician Girl stared at the walls of the cave. It was only dimly lit, and her night vision hadn't been taught yet. And currently, without training, she couldn't see very well in the dark…even though she was a dark type monster.

She looked at the Dark Magician and Magician of Black Chaos. They didn't look scared, but Dark Magician Girl knew enough about her friends to know they were both scared as well.

She felt around the darkness until she felt the hand of the Dark Magician hold onto her own.

In the dark, she blushed, but remembered the mission at hand. Search and destroy.

The Dark Magician smiled faintly. He was thinking the exact same thing the Dark Magician Girl was. As the darkness became even darker, he felt his apprentice's hand tighten on his own.

"How much longer?" Whispered Dark Magician Girl to Mystical Elf, who was in front of her. "Not too much longer, Dark Magician Girl. Just wait." Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl exchanged glances.

Mystical Elf put a finger to her lips. "Shhh.." She whispered. "We're here." She said. She turned to Dark Magician Girl, Dark Magician, and the Magician of Black Chaos. "Hey you guys, since your magic is the strongest of all us spellcasters, can you cast a group invisibility spell?" She asked.

The trio exchanged glances. "Yep." Said the Dark Magician Girl. She twirled her wand in the air, and the Magician of Black Chaos's wand and the Dark Magician's soon joined her.

A few seconds later, they looked to see that the spell had been complete, because of the purple glow that only the three could see. Mystical Elf. "Thanks, guys…and girls." "Do we head in?" Asked Magician of Black Chaos. "Yup. I think so." She nodded.

Spring: Yay! That's chapter eight!

Yami Spring: There's, nine, ten, and eleven to go.

Spring: I doubt I can write three more chappies without running out of ideas. Anyways, summer's coming up, so I'll have more fics up soon.
