(Jump City/Titans Tower)

Raven was in her room laying on her bed. She held her pillow to her chest and sighed in boredom. Her fellow Titans went to the movies, Beast Boy had asked Raven if she would like to come but Raven chose to stay behind. Raven stared up at the ceiling as she thought about all the fun times she had with the Titans and her older brother, Yami Yugi. It was then an idea suddenly popped into her mind. Raven decided to pay Yugi a visit. But how would she get to Domino? The T-Jet?

'Maybe,' Raven thought. 'Except Cyborg thinks if anyone besides him drives his precious vehicles, they'll somehow break them.'

She got up from her bed and left her bedroom for the vehicle bay. When Raven got to the vehicle bay, she took out her T-com and called Cyborg. At the theater, Cyborg was watching the movie quietly. The com in his arm went off as everyone in their seats turned their heads to Cyborg. Cyborg sweat-dropped while everyone in the theater went, "shhh!" Cyborg gave them an embarrassing smile and said, "Heh heh heh, sorry." He carefully walked through the rows of seats and left the theater. Cyborg went into the men's bathroom and answered his com.

"Damn, Raven. You almost got me in trouble, girl," Cyborg said.

"You mind if I borrow the T-Jet? Raven asked, cutting to the point.

"Borrow the T-Jet?" Cyborg echoed. "What for?"

"To see Yugi," Raven replied.

"Wait up," Cyborg said. "We'll all go with you."

"No, I'm going by myself," Raven contradicted. "Family thing."

"Ok," Cyborg conceded. "As long as you don't scratch the paint job or crash it."

"Thanks," Raven said.

Raven pressed the button which opened the door to the T-Jet. Raven walked up the stairway to the cockpit of the jet, she touched the button in the cockpit which closed the door. Raven sat in the pilot's seat then flipped a few switches and hit a few buttons. After the vehicle bay door opened up, the T-Jet zoomed out of Titans Tower.

'It's been awhile since I've seen Yugi. I hope he wouldn't mind if I take him to Azarath,' Raven mentally said while piloting the T-Jet for Domino.

(Domino City)

Yugi was scouring the city for Blackfire. This mysterious criminal was stealing girl clothes from clothing stores for the past two days. Eyewitnesses and store clerks told police that a girl with long black hair stolen everything from belly shirts to hip hugger jeans then literally flew from the scene of the crime, this made the cops very skeptical about the perp. Yugi remembered Starfire had told him about her older sister and all the terrible things she did. Yugi was determined to take Blackfire down before she would hurt someone. Yami looked through his bird's eyes to see where Blackfire was, he didn't find anyone until he saw a girl landing on a nearby rooftop. She placed some designer boots into what it appears to be a duffle bag. Upon a closer look, Yugi noticed this girl resembled Starfire but with different features and a different outfit. She had long black hair with purple highlights and her eyes were a deep purple. Her outfit looked similiar to Starfire's but they were colored black and wore a metal suit underneath and last but not least, she had purple and black gemstones. After his vision returned to him, The Crow pulled out a grapple gun from the inside of his coat. He fired it at a nearby building and went after Blackfire.

Blackfire reviewed all the shirts and pants she stole and placed them into her duffle bag and backpack, she even placed a few fashion accessories into the pockets of her backpack.

'With all these clothes, I won't have to come back to this backwater planet for more shopping,' Blackfire thought. Blackfire said out loud, "Now to get the hell outta here."

As Blackfire was about to leave, a large black bird flew out of nowhere and landed on a roof access. The bird cawed at Blackfire which really spooked her.

"Going somewhere, Blackfire?" a deep and smooth voice called out.

Upon hearing this, Blackfire turned around to see a teenager dressed in black: a leather trench coat, sleeveless shirt, and leather pants. He also wore a studded collar, a chain with a golden pyramid-shaped pendant around his neck, two studded belts, and studded boots. His hair was colored black with red tips and blond bangs. His face was painted ghostly white with black painted around his eyes and lips. Blackfire raised an eyebrow in curiosity and smiled.

"You must be The Crow," Blackfire said. "I heard you're really dangerous and not to mention such a hottie."

"Thanks, I'm flattered," The Crow replied, his pale white face blushing a crimson red. "But too bad you're going straight to jail."

"Really?" Blackfire asked, her eyes glowing violet.

Blackfire charged up her right hand and fired a purple star bolt at Yugi but he jumped out of the way as the star bolt blew up a bulkhead on impact. Yugi saw Blackfire grab her bags full of stolen merchandise and take flight.

"I'd love to stick around and 'play' with you," Blackfire said in a sultry tone. "But I must take my leave. See you around, hon."

Blackfire blew Yugi a kiss and left. The Crow wasn't gonna allow Blackfire leave planet Earth with all the stuff she stole, so he began to chase her. The Crow swung from building to building to keep up with Blackfire but when the Tamaranian bad girl noticed the teenaged vigilante was chasing her, her eyes glowed purple with anger.

"For someone with a really gorgeous face, you're becoming quite the pest!" Blackfire declared.

As Blackfire blasted her star bolts at the surrounding area of the roof, Yugi ran in a zig zag line so the raining bolts wouldn't hit him. Yami jumped into the air and tackled Blackfire before she fired any more star bolts. They fell nearly five stories from the building they stopped at until they crashed onto a big pile of cluttered garbage. Yugi got up from the garbage pile and wiped the discarded filth off his jacket. Blackfire stood up and wiped said filth from her clothes then plucked out a few pieces of old pizza crusts and apple cores from her hair.

"You asshole! I'm gonna make you pay for ruining my beautiful hair!" Blackfire yelled.

"Tell someone who cares," Yami replied coolly.

Blackfire screamed in rage and fired her star bolts at Yami but he dodged them and delivered an off the wall kick to the Tamaranian bad girl's face.

"Didn't your mom ever tell you not to hit girls?" Blackfire asked.

"My mother's dead," Yugi snarled.

"Ooh, looks like I touched your sensitive side," Blackfire taunted.

Blackfire delivered an uppercut to Yugi's chin then went on the attack. Blackfire threw a volley of punches and kicks at Yugi but he blocked each blow. Meanwhile, the T-Jet arrived in Domino City.

Raven flew over the city to find her older brother. She searched everywhere until she came across an alley. Raven saw Yami and Blackfire trading punches and kicks at each other. Yugi bashed Blackfire in the jaw but Blackfire struck back with a kick to the head.

Blackfire's eyes and hands glowed purple as she yelled, "Time to end this!"

"You're right," Yugi replied, grabbing Blackfire's wrists. "It's about time we end this fight."

Yami sent a wave of dark energy through Blackfire's body. Blackfire let out an inhuman scream as flashbacks of all the times she picked on Starfire and all the other bad things she did in the past zoomed in her mind. Afterward, Blackfire collasped to the ground. She was unconscious but alive.

Raven piloted the T-Jet through the sky to find a place to land. Raven found an abandoned quarry and landed the jet there. Raven walked out of the jet and cloaked it before she flew from the quarry to find Yugi. Yugi placed Blackfire onto his motorcycle and drove for the police station. When Yugi arrived at the Domino PD, he picked up Blackfire and placed her gently on the front steps of the station with the bags of stolen merchandise beside her. Yugi saw a police car pulling up to the steps. He revved up his hog and drove from the police station.

Albrecht and his partner got out of the car to see an unconscious girl wearing unusual clothing sitting on the front steps. They walked to the front steps, picked up the girl and carried her along with the bags of stolen merchindise into the station.

Yugi drove down the street to his home. He parked his motorcycle near the front window of the gameshop. When Yami walked into the shop, he saw a young girl wearing a dark blue cloak and a black leotard standing near the glass display case. Yugi recognized the young girl.

"Raven?" Yugi asked.

"Hey, big brother," Raven replied.

They hugged each other tightly as Raven planted a kiss on Yugi's cheek. It had been five months since Yugi and the Titans defeated Memnon and saved humanity from being erased. Though Yugi and Raven live so far away, they still thought of each other as brother and sister.

"I missed you," Raven said.

"I missed you too," Yami replied, releasing Raven from his hug. "What brings you to Domino?"

"I was feeling a little lonely," Raven said.

"Ironically enough, so was I," Yugi admitted.

"Ever heard of this place called Azarath?" Raven asked.

"Azarath? Where's that?" Yugi asked.

"It's another dimension," Raven replied. "The same dimension where I was born and raised."

"I would love to check it out," Yami Yugi said.

"I want to take you there, Yugi," Raven said.

"I would be honored to visit the world where you were raised," Yugi replied.

"It's settled, then," Raven said.

"How do we get to Azarath?" Yugi asked.

"Watch," Raven replied.

Raven sat down on the floor like she did in her usual meditations and floated in the air. As Raven chanted Azarath Metrion Zinthos, a swirling black portal appeared. Yugi stared at the vortex in awe.

"Whoa," Yami said breathlessly.

"Come, big bro. Let's head into the portal before it closes," said Raven.

"Lead the way," Yugi said.

Raven and Yugi entered into the portal. They floated through the black swirling vortex until they saw a bright white doorway at the end. Yugi and Raven exited the portal and saw a beautiful and ugly landscape before them.

"Welcome to Azarath, big bro," Raven greeted.

"So this is Azarath," Yugi said. 'It looks like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde would be happy to live here.'

"Come, I'll show you my home," Raven said.

Raven and Yugi ran toward the city. Yugi wanted to check out the places of Azarath but Raven wanted to go home first to see her old nanny, Gayla. Raven led Yugi to her home, a huge gothic temple with gargoyle and demon statues covering the front yard and the temple itself.

"This is your home?" Yami Yugi asked.

"Yes," Raven replied. "I'll show you around."

Yugi and Raven walked up the long stairway to the entrance of Raven's home. As they entered the temple, Yami noticed the interior was lit by candle light. The living room looked like something straight out of a haunted house with faded purple curtains that were torn up, dust covered from chair to couch, and wallpaper that was peeling and falling apart.

"Nice place," Yugi said.

"Thanks," Raven replied. "C'mon, I want to introduce you to someone."

Raven led Yugi down the hallway as they heard a woman singing in the background. When Raven opened the door to her old room, she and Yugi saw a woman dressed in a gothic version of a French maid outfit accented with fishnets on her arms and legs, ribbons wrapped around her arms and ankles, wore a black hat, and black high heel shoes dusting all of Raven's old stuff.

The maid also had silver eyes and long beautiful indigo hair tied in a pony tail with a black ribbon.

"Gayla!" Raven called out.

"Hey, Raven," Gayla greeted. "It's so good to see you again."

Raven and Gayla hugged each other as smiles and giggles filled the room.

"It's been a long time, sweety," Gayla said, releasing Raven from her hug.

"I know," Raven replied.

"How's Earth treating you?" Gayla asked.

"It's treated me well," Raven replied. "I've made some friends there. Granted, I can't stand most of them but they're good friends."

"Hmmm, who's the handsome man, Raven?" Gayla asked. "Is he your boyfriend?"

"Not quite," Raven replied. "He's my adoptive older brother."

"Brother, huh?" Gayla asked curiously. "Tell me there, handsome, what is your name?"

"My name is Yugi Muto," Yugi replied. "But everyone back on Earth calls me The Crow."

"After that pretty black bird with you?" Gayla deduced, pointing at the black bird on Yugi's right shoulder.

"Yeah," Yami replied.

"I always thought the crow legend was just a myth," Gayla said. "But I never knew the legend was really true."

"It is," Yami replied, releasing the illusion that made him look like a normal boy. His face turned deathly white with black ringing his eyes and lips. Vertical lines accented his eyes and curving lines evocative of an evil smile extended from the corners of his lips.

Upon seeing the Mask of Irony make-up on Yugi's face, Gayla didn't appeared to be frightened. In fact, her silver eyes turned into pink hearts.

"Wow!" Gayla screamed in a girlish voice and gave Yugi a massive hug as Raven sweat-dropped. "The make-up makes you absolutely sexy!"

"Um, thanks," Yugi grunted while blushing. "But aren't you even scared of looking at me?"

"No," Gayla said merrily.

"Oh Gayla, will you knock it off?" Raven complained.

"Sorry," Gayla said with a blush. "But you gotta admit, he is very handsome."

"Thanks," Yugi replied. "But I would love to check out Azarath."

"Very well," Gayla said sadly.

The trio walked down the steps to the front lawn. They hopped on three gargoyle statues and with a few magic words from Raven, the stone gargoyles came to life. The gargoyle statues spread out their wings and took off into the blue black sky with Yugi's crow flying behind them. The first place they visited was the Temple of Azar, the temple was named after a powerful goddess with the same name. The stone gargoyles landed across the street from the temple. The trio got off the gargoyles and walked up to the temple. When they entered the temple, Yugi gazed at the beauty of the temple's interior.

"What is this place?" Yugi asked.

"This is the Temple of Azar," Raven replied. "The place where I learned to control my powers."

"This place is huge," Yami Yugi said.

The trio continued walking until they saw a statue, one that was a perfect facsimile of Yami Yugi, only without the Mask of Irony and dressed like a pharaoh.

Yugi's eyes widened when he saw the statue. 'Holy shit, that statue looks like me but the statue isn't wearing black clothes or make-up.'

"I see you love the statue, Yugi," a southern-accented voice called.

The Crow, Raven, and Gayla turned their heads to see a skeleton dressed in southern attire.

"Who are you?" Gayla asked.

"I'm Skull Cowboy," Skull Cowboy replied.

"Skull Cowboy?" Gayla echoed.

"That's right, my dear," Skull Cowboy replied.

"What are you doing here?" Yugi asked.

"Just looking for you, Yugi," Skull Cowboy replied.

"Why does this statue look like me?" Yugi asked.

"This statue honors the mighty pharaoh who defeated Trigon three thousand years ago," Skull Cowboy replied.

"My father," Raven spat as if the name was a curse.

Yugi and Gayla said nothing, knowing full well Raven's history with Trigon. Specifically, as his daughter, part of her soul was tainted by his evil. Anger was the medium through which Trigon's evil could consume her and that was why the priestess Azar had trained her to suppress her emotions through meditation. Loss of control of her emotions, especially anger, would give Trigon the opening he needed to control Raven and escape the world.

"Three thousand years ago," Skull Cowboy said as he began the story. "Trigon plotted his big invasion of Earth. He and his demon horde planned to enslave the human race and take over the world. Their first target was Egypt. When Trigon and his demon forces arrived on Earth, he underestimated the people of Egypt. The powerful pharaoh stepped up and did battle against Trigon and his demon forces. The pharaoh summoned monsters sealed in stone tablets and destroyed Trigon's demon troops, then the battle came down to the pharaoh and Trigon. Trigon threw everything he had at the pharaoh and just as the pharaoh was about to be defeated, he summoned a wellspring of power from the Millenium Puzzle and concentrated it into a blast of mystical energy that sent Trigon back into his world."

"My father fought against the pharaoh?" Raven asked.

"Yes, he did, Raven," Skull Cowboy replied. "And he lost."

"What does this have to do with me?" The Crow asked.

"You'll find out in due time," replied Skull Cowboy. "For now, let's just say that you're related to the pharaoh."

After the Skull Cowboy left, the trio continued the tour of the Azar temple. Raven and Gayla told Yugi everything about Azarath's culture and history. After the tour ended, the trio heard a rumbling noise.

"What the hell was that?" Gayla asked.

"I don't know but let's check it out," Yami Yugi replied

The Crow, Raven, and Gayla ran out of the temple. They hopped onto the stone gargoyles and flew for the source of the rumbling sounds. When they got there, they saw the Azarathians fleeing in terror and panic but what were they fleeing from? Raven noticed a giant red monster with long white hair, wearing a loin clothe, and what really distinguished the monster was his four eyes. Raven realized the monster was really her sinister father, Trigon.

"Oh, no!" Raven gasped.

"I assume that's Trigon," Yami Yugi said.

"Unfortunately, yes," Raven replied.

"Shit," Yugi said.

The trio landed the stone gargoyles next to a temple. They got off the gargoyles and ran to where Trigon was. As Trigon laughed and blasted everyone and everything in his path, Raven yelled out, "Father!"

"Ah, hello, daughter," Trigon said. "It's very nice to see you."

Trigon smirked evilly when he saw Yugi. "Ah, so the pharaoh that banished me has returned to do it again. Not in this lifetime."

"I know what you're talking about but I doubt I'm this pharaoh you speak of," Yugi replied.

"It matters not," Trigon stated. "You, Yugi Muto, will die and you Raven, will join me."

"Never!" Raven snarled. "I'll never join you!"

"This might be of some interest to you, pharaoh," Trigon said, holding out a glowing white sphere.

"What is that?" Yugi asked.

"Solomon's soul," Trigon replied.

A ghostly image of an old man appeared in the white orb; The old man screamed, "Yugi!"

"Let him go, you bastard!" The Crow screamed.

"Why should I?" Trigon asked mockingly.

"Release him, now!" Raven yelled.

"I will do that only if you join me, Raven," Trigon replied. "It's either that or I extinguish this man's soul."

"I said never," Raven said.

"Then, Yugi Muto, say good-bye to your grandfather's soul," Trigon replied.

"Grandpa!" Yami yelled.

"But if you value your grandfather's soul," Trigon said. "You'll bring my daughter to my fortress."

With that said, Trigon warped out of Azarath.

(Raven's home)

The Crow was sitting on the couch with his face looking down on the floor and his hands on the back of his head. Why would someone so evil would kidnap the soul of a loved one? Raven and Gayla looked at Yugi as he sulked at the very thought of his grandfather's kidnapping.

"How long has he been like this?" Gayla asked.

"Since my 'dear' father told him that he was holding his grandfather's soul captive," Raven replied. "It may not be my place to tell you this but the reason why Yugi became The Crow is that he and his grandfather were murdered by a CEO who was after his grandfather's rare Blue-Eyes White Dragon card."

"He was killed over some card?" Gayla asked. "That's low, really low."

"Humans will kill for damn near anything, Gayla," Raven said sadly. "So will demons."

"That is right, Raven," Skull Cowboy said appearing out of nowhere.

"Don't you ever use the door?" Gayla asked.

"What's the point?" Skull Cowboy asked.

"It's friendlier to let people know when you come in," Gayla replied. "Couldn't you make some kind of warning noise?"

"Nevermind about that," Skull Cowboy said.

"We can't give up Raven," Yugi stated fiercely.

"That much is true," Skull Cowboy admitted. If he could have, he would have smiled. "I think I've figured out why Trigon is so bent on getting Raven to side with him."

"How?" Gayla asked.

"It's simple," Skull Cowboy replied. "Raven is the only one who can kill him. He's afraid of her and that's why he wants her on his side, so he can control her."

"But why did he kidnap Grandpa's soul?" Yami Yugi asked.

"Revenge on you," Skull Cowboy replied. "He believes you to be the same pharaoh who sent him to the netherworld and kidnapping your grandfather's soul was his way of causing you to suffer for it."

"He'll pay for messing with my family," The Crow growled, cracking his knuckles as he formed a fist.

"First, we need to track him down," Raven said. "I think a good place to start is his demon dimension."

"We have to formulate a plan first," Skull Cowboy said.

"Here's a plan: We open a portal to Trigon's dimension and I kill him," Raven replied.

"Don't be brash, Raven," Skull Cowboy said. "Here's the plan..."

Everyone gathered around as Skull Cowboy discussed the plan to infiltrate Trigon's fortress. Afterwards, Yugi checked his pockets for his guns but he realized he left them back at the gameshop. So Yami asked Gayla if she had any weapons somewhere. Gayla told Yugi that she did kept some old weapons and showed him where she kept them. She opened the closet and inside were a couple of swords with bird-shaped hilts and bent backward blades, throwing knives, and some bags of magic powder explosives. Yugi grabbed the knives and placed them into one of the pockets of his trenchcoat and the magic bombs into the other pocket, and he placed the swords onto his back.

Meanwhile, Raven was getting herself ready for the upcoming fight against her evil father. To do so, she meditated. After all, one could not fight a demon of Trigon's calibur without a clear mind. Suddenly, Raven heard a knock on her door which interrupted her meditation. Coming into the room was Skull Cowboy.

"Sorry to barge in on you like this," Skull Cowboy said.

"What is it, Skull Cowboy?" Raven asked.

"It's about your fight with Trigon," Skull Cowboy replied.

"What about it?" Raven asked.

"I sensed Trigon had grown stronger after your last encounter with him," Skull Cowboy replied.

"Yes, I sensed that as well," Raven agreed.

"He may become tough for you to kill," Skull Cowboy said.

"Trigon's a demon of the highest class," Raven snorted. "Of course he's gonna be tough to kill."

"What if I can give you the power to destroy Trigon?" Skull Cowboy asked.

"What power?" Raven asked.

"Let's just say this power will allow you to fight closer with your brother," Skull Cowboy said. "Now lend out your hands so I'll give you this power."

As Raven put her hands forth, Skull Cowboy wrapped his fingers around Raven's hands and transferred a portion of his powers into her. After getting themselves prepared, Yugi and Raven were ready to leave for Trigon's homeworld. Everyone walked down the steps to the front yard to say their good-byes.

"This is it," Gayla said sadly.

"We'll come back, Gayla," Yugi said.

"It's not like we're going to die," Raven added. "Granted, it's a strong possibility...but we're going to beat Trigon and save Yugi's grandfather's soul."

"Good luck, you two," Skull Cowboy said.

"Thanks," Yugi said.

"Let's get going," Raven said. "We have a grandfather's soul to save."

Raven chanted Azarath Metrion Zinthos then a black and red portal appeared. When Yugi and Raven leaped into the portal, they floated through the crimson vortex until they reached a blood red doorway. When they exited the portal, they saw a red and grey landscape with rocks that look like skulls, both human and demon.

"This is one fucked up place," Yugi said.

"Yes. It is," Raven agreed.

They ran through the ash and hellfire colored landscape until they saw a castle that resembled a dragon's head.

"That's gotta be his fortress," Raven said.

"Most likely," Yugi agreed. "I didn't even feel such levels of evil from Kaiba, Pegasus, Thartoc, and Memnon combined."

"Let's go in there and save Grandpa's soul," Raven said.

Yugi and Raven ran toward the castle and when they got to there, an astral projection of Trigon's head appeared in front of them.

"So you decided to bring my daughter here after all," Trigon said.

"Not as an offering to you," Yami Yugi replied. "But as your destroyer."

"Ha ha ha ha! Still defying me, huh?" Trigon asked. "I'll make sure you never see your grandfather's soul again."

Upon hearing what Trigon said, Yami let out a growl.

"Your prison was guarded by my mother," Raven stated. "What did you do to her?"

"Why I killed her," Trigon replied with a sneer. "Her usefulness to me was already ended when you were born, so I had no reason to keep her alive."

"You god damn monster!" Raven screamed.

"I have her soul, too," Trigon said. "If you really care about her, you will give yourself to me."

"Never," Raven said coldly.

"Think about it, daughter," Trigon continued. "You have the capacity for untold power. Why do you persist in defending pathetic mortals and befriending them? They are nothing compared to you. Less than nothing. Forsake them and join me."

"I'd rather die than join you," Raven said.

"If that's the way you feel, then I suppose I have no other choice," Trigon conceded. "If you won't be my loyal servant...you will be my victim. And don't think I'm leaving your adopted brother out of this. He will suffer as well, same goes for his grandfather, your mother, and your pathetic friends."

"The only one who'll be suffering is you, Trigon!" Yugi yelled.

"Oh, you're a brave one, defying me like that," Trigon sneered. "Just for that, I'll make your precious Tea my new bride when I get to Earth."

"You stay away from her," Yugi said through gritted teeth.

"You better release the souls of our loved ones, you fiend!" Raven yelled.

"If you both want their souls back, come and get them," Trigon said. "But you both must get through my demon horde in order to do so. I wish you two good luck, you're gonna need it! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Trigon's astral head faded as his laughter echoed throughout the black and red sky. The large wooden doors of the castle creaked open slowly, revealing nothing but darkness within the castle walls.

"Once we go inside, there's no turning back," Yugi said.

"I wouldn't even think about it," Raven replied.

"Then let's go," Yugi said.

The two heroes entered Trigon's stronghold, only to be contronted by a veritable squadron of his demon minions.

"Get out of our way, demons," The Crow ordered.

"You shall die before you reach our master," The leader hissed.

"You better move or we'll be forced to destroy you," Raven said.

"Daughter of our master, why do you oppose him?" The leader asked.

"Because he is the purest form of evil there is," Raven replied. "And as long as I'm here, I'll fight him with all the power in me."

"Anyone who opposes our master will die!" The leader screamed.

The Crow drew his swords. "So be it."

"Prepare to die then," Raven added, her hands glowed with her dark magic.

The brother-sister duo of Yugi and Raven and the demon squad clashed. Yami slashed several demons with his swords while Raven blasted a few demons with her magic. Blood and body parts splattered all over the walls and floor as Trigon watched the slaughter of his demon guards from his throne room.

'This is certainly entertaining,' Trigon mentally said. 'I love to watch the blood of others spill, especially by my own flesh and blood. The human isn't doing too badly either. But still, I mustn't underestimate them.'

"It seems our precious daughter has grown up to handle herself pretty well, Arella," Trigon said out loud, facing the soul sphere that contained Arella's soul.

Back at the fight, Yami Yugi pulled some throwing knives from the right pocket of his coat and threw them at the demon soldiers. The knives struck some of the demons in the eyes, throat, and head. Yugi grabbed a handful of magic bombs and tossed them in the air.

"Raven, now," Yugi ordered.

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" Raven chanted, detonating the magic bombs with her black magic.

The explosion of the magic bombs sent several demons flying everywhere in body parts. As Yugi slashed a few demons with his swords, he saw a grossly overweight demon carrying a giant wooden hammer.

"I'm gonna crush you, human," the overweight demon said.

Yami Yugi just yawned. "Bring it, demon."

"With pleasure," The fat demon replied, raising the hammer over his head.

The fat demon slammed his hammer to the ground but he smashed nothing except the spot where Yugi was standing. The fat demon noticed The Crow was standing on the giant hammer. Yugi gave the fat demon a smirk and then ran up the hammer's handle. He leaped off the handle of the hammer and slashed at the fat demon. Yami landed on the ground and placed his blood stained swords into their sheathes.

"Ahh..." The fat demon said in a death rasp before his head fell off his body.

The fat demon's head plopped near Yugi's feet as blood spewed from the neck like a geyser. The headless corpse slammed to the floor with a heavy and wet thud. Meanwhile, Raven was fighting the last few demons. She used her powers to levitate some swords from fallen soldiers and projected them at the demons. The levitated swords impaled the demons at various parts of their bodies and they died instantly.

"Are you alright?" The Crow asked.

"I'm alright," Raven replied.

Yugi and Raven turned their attention to the only demon left standing, the leader.

"Looks like you're the last one to die," Yugi said coldy.

"You may have destroyed me!" The leader cried out. "But you'll never destroy my master!"

"He's wrong, Raven," Yugi said. "We will defeat Trigon."

"Let's finish him off," Raven said.

Yugi and Raven's hands began to crackle with black and purple energies. Yugi's eyes glowed blood red while Raven's eyes glowed white.

"Soul Killer!" The Crow and Raven yelled in unison unleashing their dark energies at the same time.

The Soul Killer blasts combined themeselves into a giant black energy bird and vaporized the leader, sending him straight to Hell.

"That's it for Trigon's army," Raven said.

"Now we go face Trigon," Yugi added.

The Crow and Raven ran down the hallway while Trigon watched them from his throne room. He waved his hand over his crystal orb and got up from his throne. He turned to the soul spheres and smiled evilly at them.

"I never thought those two would get past my demon army," Trigon said. "But least I get to have the pleasure of destroying them myself. Ha ha ha ha ha!"

Raven and Yugi continued their way through the castle as they saw a long flight of stairs.

"There's a long stairway up ahead," said Yugi.

"Those stairs may lead us to Trigon's throne room," Raven replied. "Let's go."

Yugi ran up the stairs while Raven flew her way up. When they reached the top, they saw a large steel door with a skull shaped door knocker on it.

"This might be Trigon's throne room," Yugi deduced.

"This is his throne room," Raven confirmed. "It feels too evil not to be."

Yugi kicked the steel door open to see a large room made of demon bones with the walls painted black. What really got their attention was a huge tornado but this tornado didn't look like the tornados they would normally see back on Earth. This tornado was a faded light brown with numerous faces wailing in pain and agony.

"What the fuck is that?" Yugi asked.

"It looks like a soulnado," Raven replied.

"A soulnado?" Yugi wondered.

"A tornado of souls," Raven stated. "I sense these souls are from the nether world, the same realm where my father was imprisoned."

"A quite useful thing to have," Trigon said.

"Trigon," The Crow growled.

"Yes and you must be The Crow," Trigon replied.

"You better release the souls of our loved ones, right now!" Raven demanded.

"I'm afraid I can't do that, my daughter," Trigon said with a smirk. "Since you refused to join me, I will destroy you and your foolish brother. Once I kill the both of you, I will keep these souls as trophies."

"Not in this life!" Raven snarled. "Or the next!"

"Your end has come!" Trigon bellowed. "Have at you!"

As his opening move, Trigon fired a blast of evil energy out of all four eyes. Yugi and Raven moved out of the way of the blast and went on the attack. The Crow unsheathed his blades while Raven's hands glowed with dark magic. Yugi slashed Trigon in the chest then Raven pelted the red demon with magic bolts but that did little to Trigon. Trigon blasted Yami in the chest with a fireball attack. As Yugi crashed to the floor, Trigon lit up his hands with evil magic. He threw his fireballs at Yugi while he laid unconscious on the floor. Trigon stopped his volley of fireballs and waited for the smoke to clear. When the smoke cleared, Trigon noticed Yugi didn't become a smoking heap of bone and flesh. Trigon saw a barrier of black magic around Yugi. He turned his head to see Raven using her magic to protect Yugi.

"You dare to protect that weakling of a human?" Trigon asked.

"He's my brother," Raven replied evenly. "And he's no weakling."

"We're family, Trigon," Yami Yugi stated as he got up from the floor. "Families will stick together no matter what and that's something you'll never understand."

"Human emotion is meaningless," Trigon replied. "The only thing that matters is power."

"That is why I will never join you!" Raven declared. "You would have me be like you, lusting after power and destruction. But I won't ever be like you, not as long as I have Yugi and my friends!"

"Fine by me, my daughter," Trigon replied. "Since you've chose to protect the humans instead of fighting by my side, you will die with your brother and the rest of the human race."

With that said, Yugi picked up his swords while Raven charged herself up with magic and took the fight to Trigon. The Crow slashed at Trigon with ferocity while Raven delivered a volley of magic at her father. Yugi leaped at Trigon and impaled him in the chest with his swords which made Trigon let out a painful howl. He jumped off the red demon as he removed his swords from the wounded demon's flesh. Yugi sheathed his swords then pulled out some throwing knives. He threw them at Trigon. The knives impaled the demon in the chest, right shoulder, and belly.

"Raven, finish him off!" Yugi exclaimed while throwing his magic bombs.

"With pleasure," Raven said. "Azarath Metrion Zinthos!"

Raven's powers denotated the bombs. The explosion sent Trigon flying to the wall. Trigon crashed to the wall hard and laid on the floor, bruised, battered, and bloodied. Yugi and Raven walked to the fallen Trigon with the intent of finishing him off.

"It's over, Trigon," The Crow said.

"Any last words before you die?" Raven asked.

"No last words for me because I cannot die," Trigon replied with a smirk on his crimson face.

"What the fuck are you talking about?" The Crow asked.

To the astonishment of Raven and Yami, Trigon's wounds healed. It didn't take long for the two heroes to see the source of Trigon's quick recovery; they just had to look at the souls being drained from the soulnado.

"The soulnado!" Yugi exclaimed.

"Yes, the soulnado," replied Trigon. "As long as I have souls to feed off, I am invincible."

"Not if we seal the portal to the nether world," Raven said.

"How do we do that?" Yami wondered.

"I doubt you two have the power to seal the soulnado," Trigon said. "Now enough talk. Time for you to die."

They did battle against Trigon once again. The Crow threw some of his knives at Trigon but the crimson skinned monster melted the knives with his evil magic. Yugi gasped with shock but quickly regained his composure. He tossed some magic bombs at Trigon and told Raven to blow them up with her magic. Before Raven would use her magic on the magic bombs, Trigon held out his hand and turned the magic bombs into ashes. Yugi unsheathed his swords but Trigon zapped them out of the undead warrior's hands.

"Sorry but no knives, swords, magic, or magic bombs this time," Trigon said, pointing his middle and index fingers out at the two heroes.

He fired two beams from his fingertips and zapped the brother and sister heroes to the floor. Trigon walked to the fallen heroes and looked down at them with a devilish grin.

"You two fought well," Trigon said his hands creating an orb. "But it's time for you to die now."

Trigon increased the size of the bright orange sphere with his magic and raised it over his head. Before he could throw the medium-sized orb at Raven and Yugi, Trigon heard a caw coming from outside.

"Huh?" Trigon asked himself. "What was that?"

When Trigon saw a big black bird flying through the window of the throne room, he shrunk his destructive orb down to nothing.

"My crow," Yugi said. "What's it doing here?"

"Ah, your crow," Trigon stated. "The source of your power. What would happen to you if I killed it, hmm?"

"No!" Yugi yelled.

Trigon raised his right hand up and fired a few beams at the black bird. Fortunately, the crow flew high enough to avoid Trigon's blasts.

"We can't beat Trigon," Yugi said.

"Can't?" Raven asked.

"Yes," Yugi replied. "With the soulnado, he is unstoppable."

The crow just gave Yugi a piercing look. It was as though it was saying silently, "How dare you give up now when the souls of your grandfather and Raven's mother are at stake!"

"There might be a way to beat him," Raven said.

"How?" Yugi asked.

"Before we came here, Skull Cowboy gave me some of his power," Raven replied. "I think we can use it to beat my father."

"What kind of power are you talking about?" Yugi asked.

"I don't know but now would be the good time to use it," Raven replied. "Here goes nothing."

"Nothing is what you will become!" Trigon snarled.

"I don't think so!" Raven retorted. "Azarath Invictus Symthus!"

Upon the completion of the chant, something very strange happened. Specifically, both Raven and Yugi glowed black.

"What's happening?" Yugi asked.

"The power Skull Cowboy gave me," Raven replied. "It's manifesting."

The auras around Yugi and Raven transmuted their bodies into pure black energies. Yugi's energy crackled gold while Raven's energy crackled purple. The black energies intertwined with each other and wove themeselves into one. Trigon stared as the black energy took on the shape of a body. The black energy burst off the body as Trigon's all four eyes widened with awe. The mysterious figure looked like Raven with Yugi's features but more feminine. She had Raven's face but with Yugi's eyes and sharp jawbone, both more feminine than they appeared on Yugi's face. Her hair was purple and cut short in the same style as Raven's but she had two long blond bangs. She was dressed in Raven's leotard with Yugi's leather pants over it and also wore his studded boots and wristbands. She wore Yugi's Millenium Puzzle around her neck. She wore Raven's belt and cloak, only black, and her face was painted just like Yugi's face had been.

"Who or what are you?" Trigon asked.

"Kurai Raven's the name," The girl responded. Her voice was Raven's but the confident inflection belonged to Yami Yugi.

"So you've finally tapped into your true power," Trigon said. "But it's a little late for that."

"Maybe," Kurai Raven replied. "But I will destroy you for kidnapping the souls of my mother and my grandfather."

"All your talk is proving annoying," Trigon said. "If you're so bent on killing me, then try making an actual effort."

"Don't mind if I do," Kurai Raven said with a confident smirk.

Kurai Raven used her telekinesis to bring Yugi's swords to her and then used some of Yugi's and Raven's powers to combine them into a sword that was cleansed of blood. The sword had a silvery blade and a black hilt in the shape of bird wings.

"Let's fight," Kurai Raven said readying her blade.

Trigon summoned a black-bladed bastard sword with a blood-red hilt. The blade glowed with crackling crimson light. Kurai Raven and Trigon charged at each other and did battle. Trigon swung his sword at Kurai Raven but she blocked the incoming blow with her sword. They pulled away from each other and then clashed again. Trigon swung his sword downward at Kurai Raven but she evaded the attack and punched him in the face.

"How dare you hit your own father!?" Trigon screamed.

"Only by biology," Kurai Raven replied coldly.

"You are going to burn for that remark!" Trigon screamed his bastard sword glowing brightly.

"Bring it on!" Kurai Raven retorted.

Trigon aimed his sword at Kurai Raven and fired a beam of hate at her. Kurai Raven easily dodged the hate beam. She delivered a flying kick to the demon's jaw and then raised her sword up high.

"Witness my awesome power, Trigon!" Kurai Raven announced her sword glowing with black energy. "Wing Blade!"

She slashed the air rapidly with her sword, "drawing" arrows from black energy. The black arrows rained down on Trigon before he had any time to intercept them. The arrows stabbed the crimson monster into the various parts of his body as he fell down to one knee. Before Kurai Raven would deliver the fatal strike to Trigon, he summoned some more souls from the soulnado and his body was healed.

'Shit! I forgot he still has that god damn soulnado,' Yami Yugi said in Kurai Raven's mind.

'We can still cut through it,' Raven said. 'At least, I think we can.'

"Ha ha ha ha! You cannot defeat me as long as I have my soulnado," Trigon said.

Trigon fired a beam from his four eyes and shot Kurai Raven right to the wall. She pulled herself out from the spot where she crashed and then dropped herself to the floor. Kurai Raven groaned in pain as she tried to reach for her sword. Before Kurai Raven could even reach for the hilt of her sword, Trigon kicked the sword away from her. Kurai Raven crawled for her weapon as Trigon laughed at her plight.

"That's right, crawl. Crawl for your pathetic sword," Trigon taunted.

Kurai Raven grabbed her sword and used it to pull herself back on her feet. Despite her injuries, she was still willing to take her demonic old man down. Kurai Raven let out a battle cry as she charged forth. Their swords collided but Trigon smacked Kurai Raven's sword out of her hands and grabbed her by the cloak.

"I could've given you everything, my daughter," Trigon said. "But you chose to throw it all away for trivial and insignificant things like feelings and friendship. Now you and your brother will die together. Good-bye, Kurai Raven."

Trigon hurled Kurai Raven into the soulnado. A bunch of lost souls emerged from the soulnado and wrapped their arms around her body. The fused girl warrior struggled to break free from the soulnado but to no avail.

"No!" Kurai Raven screamed. "I'm sorry Mom and Grandpa, I...I've failed you both."

Suddenly, Kurai Raven heard a voice calling out to her. 'Don't you ever talk like that!'

'Mom?' Raven wondered.

'Yes, it's me, Raven,' Arella confirmed. 'You and Yugi cannot give up.'

'How can we win?' Raven asked.

'You can win with my help,' Arella replied. 'Mine and Solomon's. We will give you and Yugi all the strength of our love for you. That will give you the strength and the power you need to put an end to the evil wrought by Trigon's hate.'

'You must keep the faith, Yugi,' Solomon said. 'No matter how hopless it seems, you and Raven have to keep things going. Arella and I will help you.'

'We won't give up, Grandfather,' Yami Yugi replied. 'Trigon will be destroyed.'

'All of us will destroy Trigon together!' Raven exclaimed.

Upon hearing the words of confidence from Solomon and Arella, Kurai Raven broke out of the soulnado and screamed. Trigon gasped in fear as the mark of the crow shined on his daughter's forehead. Kurai Raven levitated her sword and grabbed its hilt.

"Impossible! You should've been ripped apart by the soulnado!" Trigon shouted.

"Nothing's impossible, not with the power that I have," Kurai Raven replied.

"No matter, you will be destroyed!" Trigon declared.

Kurai Raven flew at Trigon and then their swords collided once more. Trigon tried to slash Kurai Raven but she avoided the incoming strike and delivered a slash of her own to the monster's chest. Trigon put his hand on his chest wound and laughed at what his daughter did.

"Ha ha ha ha! Are you really that stupid?" Trigon asked. "I told you before, I can't be defeated as long as I have my beloved soulnado."

"Your soulnado is nothing to the power I have now," Kurai Raven replied.

"What are you talking about?" Trigon asked.

"Watch and see," Kurai Raven replied, pointing her sword at the soulnado.

Kurai Raven tapped into The Crow and Raven's powers and fired a beam at the soulnado. The soulnado disintegrated and the portal to the nether realm was sealed.

"What have you done!?" Trigon screamed.

"You no longer have souls to feed on, so you are no longer invincible," Kurai Raven replied. "Your end has arrived, Father."

Kurai Raven went on the attack on Trigon. She rushed at the demon and stabbed him in the shoulder. Kurai Raven pulled her sword from Trigon's shoulder and shifted herself into a fighting stance. She made a beckoning motion with her left hand. Trigon ran at his daughter as he screamed with rage. Kurai Raven smiled and charged up her sword with her magic.

"Rave Blade!" Kurai Raven yelled.

Kurai Raven pointed her sword at her father as the tip of the blade emitted a lightning bolt of dark energy. Trigon stopped in his tracks when he was hit by the incoming lightning bolt. He felt a jolt of pain throughout his entire body as he screamed. Kurai Raven continued her attack until she lowered her weapon. Trigon moaned while he reeled from the shock of Kurai Raven's attack but he quickly regained his senses.

"You wretch! Was that supposed to kill me?" Trigon asked.

"No, just to slow you down," Kurai Raven replied.

"You cannot stop me!" Trigon declared. "Even without my soulnado, you cannot hope to defeat me!"

Trigon ran at Kurai Raven and swung his blade at her. However, Kurai Raven teleported as she said, "Think fast."

Trigon looked around the room but didn't see where Kurai Raven disappeared to. He searched his throne room to find her but found nothing. While Trigon looked through every nook and cranny of the throne room, he was being watched by the crow. From the shadows, Kurai Raven looked through the bird's eyes to see Trigon tearing up his own throne room while he searched for her.

Kurai Raven waited until the right moment to attack arrived. She smirked evilly and said, "Perfect."

Kurai Raven moved from her hiding spot and flew down to the throne room. Trigon heard a caw as he saw the crow flying very fast. Trigon thought the bird was going to attack him but he thought wrong. The fused girl warrior suddenly appeared in the bird's place. Trigon was about to attack Kurai Raven with his sword but she unsheathed her sword and slashed her father's weapon in two.

"What did you do to my sword!?" Trigon screamed.

"I destroyed it," Kurai Raven replied. "What does it look like?"

Kurai Raven blasted Trigon across the throne room with her dark powers. Trigon crash-landed on his throne and laid in a crumpled heap. Trigon got up with his four eyes burning with anger and fury. He unleashed a fireball at Kurai Raven but she sliced the fireball in two.

"Is that the best you can do?" Kurai Raven asked.

Trigon roared with fury and fired a blast of hellish red energy out of his eyes, a blast meant to be a killing blow. Kurai Raven dodged the death ray with ease and powered up her blade.

"Rave Blade!" Kurai Raven shouted.

Kurai Raven sent another lightning bolt of dark energy at Trigon and this time, the attack was more painful than the last one. Trigon screamed at the top of his lungs as he felt the extremely painful jolt throughout his body.

"Did you think that attack was painful enough, Trigon?" Kurai Raven asked, stopping the Rave Blade attack. "My next attack is much worse. Wing Blade!"

She slashed the air and "drew" arrows from her dark energy. Trigon was too weak to dodge the arrows thanks to the Rave Blade attack. The dark energy arrows impaled Trigon in his chest, his shoulders, and his legs. Trigon collasped on his knees as blood poured out from his wounds.

"Please, no more," Trigon said weakly. "I...I beg you, have mercy."

"Why should I?" Kurai Raven asked. "If I begged you for mercy, would you listen?"

Trigon said nothing.

"Exactly," Kurai Raven replied to Trigon's silence. "Now die."

Kurai Raven raised her sword over her head and drew what seemed to be white energy into her blade. Trigon's all four eyes widened as he asked, "What are you doing?"

"Ending your miserable life," Kurai Raven replied. "This is the Pure Light Wave, an attack created from love, the love that Arella and Solomon Muto have for me. Let that be your death."

"No! Please, don't!" Trigon yelled.

"Pure...Light...Wave!" Kurai Raven shouted striking Trigon with her love powered sword.

"Aaaahhhh!" Trigon screamed his last word.

Trigon screamed as his skin began to liquefy. The flesh melted off the bone as light busted its way out from Trigon's dying body. Kurai Raven shielded her eyes as Trigon's skeleton blew up into millions of pieces. All it was left of Trigon was his soul. She stared at her father's soul as a large portal opened on the floor. A large claw came out of the portal and grabbed Trigon's soul. The large claw dragged Trigon's soul into the abyss as it tried to escape. Trigon struggled to break free from the giant claw but it was futile. The giant claw returned itself into the portal with Trigon's soul in tow. Trigon screamed as the portal to the abyss closed itself.

'What's gonna happen to Trigon?' The Crow asked.

'Don't know, don't care,' Raven replied.

"Now to free my Mom and Grandpa," Kurai Raven said out loud.

Kurai Raven levitated the soul spheres off the pedestals and shattered said spheres with her sword. The souls of Arella and Solomon floated in front of Kurai Raven as they smiled in gratitude.

"Thank you," Solomon said.

"You're welcome, Grandpa," Kurai Raven replied with a smile.

"Now that Trigon is dead, you can express your emotions freely now," Arella said.

Upon hearing what her mother said, Kurai Raven smiled. With Trigon spending all eternity in the abyss, she could now let out her feelings in any shape or form.

"Let's get out of this place," Kurai Raven said. "It's starting to depress me."

Kurai Raven opened a portal to her homeworld and flew into said portal. The souls of Solomon and Arella entered the crow's body and followed her into the portal. Back in Azarath, Skull Cowboy and Gayla awaited for Yugi and Raven's return from Trigon's home dimension. They saw a crimson red and black portal open in the living room. They saw a young girl and a black bird flying out of the portal and then the portal closed.

"I take it your rescue mission went well," Skull Cowboy said.

"It did," Kurai Raven replied. "Thanks."

Kurai Raven seperated into Yami Yugi and Raven. Everyone noticed that Raven's cloak and leotard were no longer blue and black; they were now colored white.

"Raven, what happened to your clothes?" Yugi asked.

"I don't know," Raven replied.

"Now that Trigon is dead, you are free of his evil," a female voice explained.

Yami and Raven turned to face a beautiful dark-haired woman dressed in what looked like a priestess's robes.

"Who are you?" Yugi asked.

"I am Azar," the woman replied. "Raven's mentor."

"Azar," Raven breathed out. "It's good to see you again."

"Same here, Raven," Azar replied. "Your white cloak is a symbol of your liberation from Trigon's evil. As your mother Arella told you, you will be able to express your emotions without fear of giving him an opening to infect you with his evil."

"This will take some time to get use to, wouldn't you say, Yugi?" Raven asked.

"I'm sure gonna love the new you," Yugi replied.

He caught himself in that moment and smiled sheepishly. "Not that I didn't love the old you."

"I know what you mean, Yugi," Raven said, cracking a smile.

Yami and Raven laughed but that soon died down quickly when Skull Cowboy cleared his throat. "I hate to ruin your little moment but I'm afraid Azar would like to say something important to you both."

"What is it you want to tell us, Azar?" Raven asked.

"Yugi, Raven, I have some bad news," Azar sadly replied.

"What's the bad news?" Raven asked.

"Your mother and Yugi's grandfather must return to the afterlife," Azar replied.

"What?" Yugi asked, his jaw nearly dropped to the floor.

"They're dead," Azar replied evenly. "And the souls of the dead cannot remain on the material plane except in special circumstances like yours, Yugi Muto."

Tears streamed down The Crow's face. "I finally get to see my grandfather again just to see him leave?"

Solomon laid his insubstantial hands on Yami Yugi's shoulders. "Don't despair, my boy. I've had a long and good life and it has been better for all the years I spent raising you. We will see each other again someday."

Raven's vision went misty with tears. "Mother . . ."

"Don't worry, Raven," Arella replied. "I will always love you and I will always be with you . . . even if you can't see me."

After Solomon and Arella spent some time to comfort their loved ones, Azar said gently, "Solomon, Arella, time to go."

"Good-bye, Yugi," Solomon said. "Take care of yourself and Raven."

"I'll see you soon, Raven," Arella said. "Remember, you have a brother who loves you very much."

A white light shined on Azar and the souls of Solomon and Arella. They flew up the white light until they were gone. Yugi and Raven bowed their heads in sadness and cried in silence.

"I think they should be alone for awhile," Skull Cowboy said.

"I know," Gayla agreed sadly.

Skull Cowboy and Gayla left the living room so Yugi and Raven would be alone. After going through a time of sadness, Yugi and Raven spent the night in Azarath. The next morning, Yugi and Raven were ready to head back to Earth.

"Are you guys leaving?" Gayla asked.

"Yeah, we are," Raven replied with a small smile.

"It was nice seeing you again, honey," Gayla said.

"Nice seeing you again, too," Raven replied, her smile growing somewhat wider.

"This is good-bye," Gayla said.

"Not really," Yugi contradicted. "Just think of it as 'see you later.'" He kissed her on the cheek.

Gayla blushed. "Ok, come back any time, you two."

"Sure," Yami Yugi replied with a smile. "See you later."

Raven opened a portal to Earth but before she flew into the portal, she hugged Gayla. Yugi and Raven went through the portal as Gayla waved good-bye to them. As the portal opened in the gameshop, Yugi and Raven walked onto the floor of the gameshop. The portal to Azarath closed itself.

"What an adventure," Yugi said.

"Yeah," Raven agreed. "I guess it's time for me to go back home."

"Where's the T-Jet?" Yami asked.

"In the quarry," Raven replied. "It's cloaked."

Yugi and Raven hopped on the motorcycle and drove to the quarry. When they got there, Raven deactivated the cloaking device of the T-Jet. They stepped off the motorcycle and walked to the T-Jet.

"I really had a good time with you, Raven," Yugi said.

"Likewise," Raven said, a smile creeping onto her face.

"You're very pretty when you smile, you know that?" Yugi remarked.

Raven blushed heavily. "Thanks, Yugi."

"You're welcome," Yugi replied.

"I should get going," Raven said.

"I'll see you again soon, sis," Yugi said, kissing her on the cheek just before she entered the uncloaked T-Jet.

Raven walked up the steps into the cockpit of the T-Jet and then the door to the T-Jet closed. She turned on the jet's engines and flew toward the skies as her brother got on his Harley motorcycle. They waved good-bye to each other and departed from the quarry.

(Jump City/Titans Tower)

Raven opened the door to the vehicle bay. She landed the T-Jet in it's usual spot. Raven exited the T-Jet and made her way upstairs to the living room.

"Hi, everyone," Raven called out. "I'm back!"

All the Titans and Robin turned to see Raven. They were stunned speechless. After what felt like an eternity of silence, Superboy was the first to speak. "Damn. Someone's in a good mood for once."

"Since when did you start wearing white?" Beast Boy asked.

"It's a long story," Raven replied.

Robin just smiled, as if he knew something.

"What's with the grin, Robin?" Cyborg asked.

"It's nothing," Robin replied.

"Bullshit," Cyborg spat good-naturedly. "Anybody who's known you long enough knows you only grin like that if you know something."

Turning to Raven, Robin said, "You're free of him, aren't you?"

"If by him, you mean that bastard I had the bad luck to call Father, then yes," Raven replied. "And I feel great."

"Wonderful!" Starfire exclaimed. "We must celebrate!"

Upon hearing what Starfire said, Raven let out a soft giggle. Later that night, Raven sat on the roof of Titans Tower. She gazed at the sea of stars while thinking about Yugi. Raven lost herself in her thoughts until Beast Boy came up on the roof as he greeted quietly, "Hey."

"Hey," Raven replied.

"What are you doing?" Beast Boy asked sitting beside Raven.

"Just looking at the stars," Raven replied.

"What happened while you were gone?" BB asked.

"Yugi and I went to Azarath," Raven explained. "We fought my father Trigon for the souls of my mother and his grandfather. We won, and since my father is dead, I can express myself without worrying about unleashing his evil through me."

"Does that mean you get to laugh at my jokes?" BB asked.

"I could laugh if I felt like it but your jokes usually don't give me the urge to laugh," Raven replied calmly but with a wry smirk on her face.

"I'll find a way to make you laugh," Beast Boy stated putting his arm around Raven. "You'll see."

"Sure," Raven replied sarcastically before leaning on Beast Boy's shoulder.

(Domino City)

Yami Yugi sat on top of a huge sky scraper with his crow sitting on his shoulder. He looked up at the sea of stars while he thought about Raven. Yugi was lost in his thoughts until he heard a woman screaming in the distance. Yugi stood up and dove off the sky scraper as the crow flew ahead of him. As The Crow fell a few stories, he pulled out his grapple gun and aimed it at an another building. He carefully timed his grapple gun and fired it at the building. Yami Yugi swung through the city for his next adventure.
