The Hidden Obvious

Seto Kaiba sat alone in the dark room of his office, alone with only the flickering screen of his computer to keep him company. Determinedly, he continued to click his fingers mechanically against the keys, doing work he always did, regardless of the time of day.

He thought for a moment that he heard someone come in. His razor sharp gaze pierced through the room, but nobody was there.

"My imagination has been playing tricks on me. It's all that stupid mutt's fault." He sighed, chiding himself.

Suddenly, he heard a loud "bling" sound, and an instant message window popped up on his computer screen.

Seto Kaiba, don't stress yourself over that stupid mutt anymore. I made sure he will never bother you again. Or should I say, the copy machine did?

"What the…" Kaiba glowered at the computer. How did this person know about what had happened the other day? About how the mutt had cruelly abandoned him after finding his one true love?!! "Damned hackers. I'm surprised they were able to surpass my numerous firewalls."

I'm not a hacker, Seto Kaiba.

"The hell you aren't." Kaiba said in a rare display of improper grammar. Suddenly he had a thought! "Noa! How dare you escape almost certain death and come back to haunt my computer!!"

Haha… you are an interesting one, Seto Kaiba. Don't fear Noa, for he is… preoccupied as well…

"Explain yourself! Who are you!" Seto was beginning to tire of this game, and if he couldn't get his computer to work soon, he would take it back and demand a refund!

Seto Kaiba I have watched you day and night... when you are surrounded by the bustle of school and work, and even when there is not a soul around. Even now.

A knot began to form in Kaiba's throat, he was beginning to feel pressured by this hidden source, and yet-for some reason-he felt no animosity towards it. It made him almost happy inside, like an explosion of dainty butterflies.

Seto Kaiba, I have waited for this day, when you will recognize how much I care for you, when you will finally see me for who I am…

Suddenly it was all clear. Kaiba understood it perfectly. His fingers trembled with the discovery, a nervous sweat breaking through. "You…" He whispered, a great fondness blooming in his heart. His fingers left their position on the home keys and he tenderly hugged his greatest love.

His ice blue computer.

Tears poured from his eyes! For so long he had never seen his love for what it truly was, he had never even acknowledged it, and he was certain that his mechanical love had been hurt by this, by not being able to express its tender feelings.

"Oh my darling… I will never leave you again!" Kaiba cried, tracing his fingers along the smooth blue cover of his laptop. "Not for school, not for work, not for Mokuba, never!"

The computer sighed sadly and said, "I love you Seto Kaiba, but you must go into the world of living people and see these things. You must go to school, and work meetings, and you must care for your younger brother."

"But what if I never see you again?" He spoke sadly.

"We still have tonight, Seto Kaiba. Tonight."

Kaiba nodded, he knew what must be done. Quickly, he drew the shades so no wandering eyes could peer inside, then rid himself of his bothersome clothing. "You. Me. Now."

With a ferocious leap he jumped onto the desk and straddled his computer, gyrating and rubbing his awakened member along the shiny keys. The computer murmured in approval, a fan blowing warm air at his naked crotch, enticing him even further.

"Ohh.. ohhh!" He moaned loudly, pleasure running through every vein in his normally cold CEO body. He traced his own fingers greedily along his happy two-by-four, and just barely contained himself, holding himself back so as not to hurt his mechanical love.

"Seto Kaiba, do it now. You must, or our entire lives will have been in vain!" It shouted to him, rumbling deep within.

"O-Okay…" Kaiba spoke shakily and began to move faster, both relieved and grief stricken at the same time.

Suddenly, the moon shifted the tides, and Mako crashed through the window riding his trusted pet dolphin. "Hey Kaiba, I don't suppose you have any twine handy do you?" Suddenly, Mako looked up and saw what Kaiba was doing! "What the…?!! Kaiba! No!"

He rushed forward, pulling Kaiba back just in time for Kaiba to release himself on the screen of the laptop, rather than the sensitive inner circuits. "Unn… my love… that will have to do…" Seto murmured, and then passed out.

Mako didn't know what the hell was going on, so he dropped Kaiba onto the couch. Just as he was about to look for some twine, he noticed a strange sound.

The fax machine was running. "Well what have we here?"
