3 days was true. There was only that little bit of time to train and to for the two lovers to become closer. But why did they need to be closer. Was it a choice of trust? Or was it a choice of loyalty? Loyalty has already been shown but what about the trust. Kaiba hasn't fully begun to trust Yugi yet. Even though he loved his archrival with every bit of his soul but he knew a love without trust is both fruitless and not love at all. He sighed slightly and glared at the swords around his room. Some on stands others on tables. It didn't seem right to him. His sleeping lover in his arms the life around him. Everything seemed to perfect. To nice to imagine. He kept believing something was going to happen something truly devastating.

Yugi woke up hours later with Kaiba by his side. He couldn't believe what had happened just hours before much less believe that he was still in his love's bed. He just noticed that they had never said an actual "I love you" as lovers, nor as people. He didn't want to force it on his love. But maybe one day he will say it. Yugi sighed. "Your so cute Kaiba san when your asleep…so vulnerable…so needing…" the boy suddenly knew where his thoughts were going and jumped out of bed. His small form showing his excitement within, "Oh…god I want him…but I cant even touch him beyond a single sensual touch" Yugi took a sword from the wall and brought out a card, the red eyes black dragon. "Infuse," he whispered exiting the room in only his pajama bottom. The sword suddenly engulfed by a black light transformed in the young boy's hands into a Black blade with a red streak running through the middle of it. "This will be the perfect training sword. I will kill Pegasus…for hurting my love." He looked around and began to get irritated. He knew that he didn't tell dark magician to be here this morning but he knew that magician knew about he and Kaiba's situation. As he walked down the hallways of the huge mansion he cam across a large door, he opened curious of what might be inside only to see.

"DARK MAGICIAN WHAT THE FUCKIN HELL?"

The magician woke up with a sudden stir scared almost half to death to see his young master small and helpless looking screaming the curses in his face. He knew he was in bed with the wonderful Black magician girl whom he now calls Yuri, which is her name. He slowly crept out of his with only a pair of boxers on and his long hair shining in the morning sun. He gave his master a smirk like smile and flinged his hair back with his hand. Yugi couldn't stand this any longer and slapped the magician behind his head.

"Dumbass were supposed to be training NOT SCREWING"

"AW COME ON MAN SHES HOT"

"WHO?" Yugi asked then peering over the magicians shoulder. A small blond woman laid in the bed her eyes closed and her blond hair hiding her small curves. She suddenly woke up pulling the sheets up to her chin. "Who...is he Koji?" she said looking at Dark magician with a frightened look. "This is Master Yugi, Yuri," he answered pointing to the young boy in front of them. The girl blushed and waved at Yugi's bewildered face.

"Koji? Yuri?" he looked confused as those names came off his lips.

The magician smiled and put a hand on the boy's shoulder. "Do not worry young master. We only adopted more common names for our suit in the real world"

"So you're here to stay in other words?"

"We do have human forms even though our present forms are pretty much alike"

"I see well I shall be leaving" the young boy said walking out of the room. Just before he shut the door something was heard. "That's a infusion sword Yuri"

"Do you think?"

"Lets just wait and see how it turns out"

"Alright" the girl whispered keeping it as low profile as it was possible.

Yugi gave a harsh low chuckle. He knew what type of darkness he was messing with. He knew that if he loses this battle he would lose not only Kaiba but his soul also. But somehow the restoration of his lover's pride was worth it. Was worth it all and maybe then if I do win he'll let me have him. Hah! Lets all hope so. He said in his subconscious. He looked down at his hands and saw something different. He became Yami all together. Yugi tried to sum up his other subconscious. But it was already there. He was Yugi but he also was Yami… it was more than odd for the young boy. It was frightening to see himself in a mirror. A taller young man…with eyes of a warrior…it was strange. And as he left for the training hall he called out "Koji!! Join me in battle"

Koji snickered a laugh. "I knew that was coming," he said changing into his humanoid form. A tall young man about the age of 18 his hair long and dark like a raven and his eyes were as blue as the Caribbean Sea. His normal magician outfit was soon replaced with casual khaki cargo pants and a t-shirt. He smiled at the way he looked as he ran out of the room toward the training hall. The hundreds of mirrors or glass flowing in the hallway, it was defiantly different he concluded. This human form of mine is defiantly different. I must thank the person who is responsible for my change. I wonder if it's the young master, the unknowing young master. He barely understands the power he just tapped into. Behind him was a blonde girl with blue eyes. Her hair long and she wore a pink short skirt with a cute baby tee. She smiled at him and caught up to him catching her hand in his. Both of them remained silent and ran toward the training hall where Yugi was waiting for Koji.

As the two entered the training hall punching bags had already been shredded and their young master was slicing a dummy to shreds. Jumping backwards, forwards and all over the place. Yugi stopped and looked at them. "Dark Magician"

"Please sir…Koji while I'm in this form. Me and Yuri are trying to keep a low profile"

"Just fight me," the boy said taking his blade out of a punching bag. His eyes totally focused on what was before him. Meeting his opponent's for he did not show fear. And his hands gripped to the sword tightly and his entire stance was silent and as serine as angels. The thought of a pin drop could make the ultimate serenity of this moment crash and shatter like the walls of their souls. That was meant to be healed. "We will get away. From all I this I promise you…." The boy whispered charging into the raven-haired man. Koji drew a sword from his arm and clashed his sword with the boy's. And stared into the others eyes. His eyes full of pure delight. The boy jumped backwards and began to summon the blades power. His eyes began to shine a dark red. Like the red of blood and war. The energy emitted from his body and as it flowed from his palms he caught total focus of Koji. With mere seconds he ran into him and thrown him onto the ground with a slight push. He was faster suddenly like he was flying on air and there was nothing that could get into the way. But this was only day one and as he drew his sword at Koji's neck his eyes color soon turned back to normal and his smile what was all that remained.

Koji smiled back even though he was now on the ground accepting his defeat from his young master. His eyes shining with a pride that most people would not know from a mere shadow monster, but the thing was. He was different along with Yuri. They were both different. Both meant to be human and both meant to live in the dark cursed by their past lives they must now live as monsters with human like forms. "You have been kind toward me young master"

"You were easy on me dar…I mean Koji. Please don't be next time"

"The more sure I am of your potential the more pleased I will be to fight you with all my strength. For I don't want to hurt you"

Suddenly as the doors of the training hall opened for they were shut before a figure appear in the doorway. He was smiling and looked at Yugi with different eyes.

"What happened to you?" Kaiba asked walking over to the young boy dressed in jogging shorts and a t-shirt. Something not normal…. for Kaiba at all. The boy gave him a soft stare as he looked at his lover's body. He wanted to remain focus but his heart made him go wild. Yugi went up to the blushing older male and slid his hand on his cheek. The other responded hold his hand against it. "Please…Koi…understand…you have fought your battle…please let me prove to you my worth" the boy took Kaiba's hand and kissed it looking deeply in his eyes, those blue eyes. The boy laughed at the uttermost sight of his lover's confusion. The pure wanting to just tell him, but he knew that he would find out soon enough. "You know," he purred into the elder's ear. "And once I come back. I will make certain you know"

He thought. Putting his hands in front of him he noticed that Yugi had saw and was holding back by his facial expressions. He had those caring eyes. But they had a flame that built up with every second. It was called lust. He felt the sudden urge to leave the training hall only to bump into someone on the way down his main hall. The person was blond…tall and arrogant looking.

"Jonouchi?…"

"I've heard that Yugi's staying at this place"

"Damn you never do…" Jonouchi looked at Kaiba his eyes full of…jealousy? Was it jealousy? No…Kaiba thought. It couldn't have been. That idiot was always interested in women and defiantly not Yugi? Or was he? The way he looked at him the way he protected him.... was it possible that he was falling in love with Yugi first before I? Is that why he hates me around him so much is it because I beat him to getting Yugi's affection first…must be…well…I cant care too much now. Kaiba bypassed Jou's comment and remained walking toward his room. Before he left his sight he remembered something,

"Jonouchi, go see him! I'm sure he'll be glad to see you" by that time the arrogant one was already half way there and he wasn't listening. Kaiba shook his head. "I wish I could…but I cant" he took one of his swords in his room and began to train on his on.

As Jou entered the room seeing the sweating Yugi once again attacking whatever was in his midst including holograms that appeared and felt real that Koji had saved up for this purpose he coughed a little so the boy could notice him and when their eyes were met…a frightened look dragged across his face.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?"

Yugi looked down and blushed a little... "Picked up a sword said this word and poof all this power comes from no where and made me Yami. But I'm still me…but I'm stronger than I ever was"

"That barely makes any sense"

"I don't understand it either Jou kun"

Jounouchi sat down on a mat somewhere near them and laid on it staring at the ceiling. "I missed ya yug. I really did"

"I've only been gone for a couple of days"

"I've missed you missed you get it?"

Jounouchi .got up from where he was and walked over to Yugi pulling him into his arms.

"What the Hell Jonouchi?! GET OFF ME" the boy screamed pushing him away.

With that Jou got up and walked away slamming the door of the training hall behind him. It wasn't known that he had a car but once he was outside it could be heard from the inside. Yugi knew that he had hit something. He hit a feeling a nerve in his friend that neither of them knew not to cross.

Koji stood watch all the time, Yuri sleeping on a wall somewhere waiting to be called.

"I'm sorry sir" he called out to his master "but we must not have anymore interruptions"

"your right" Yugi sighed. "lets continue"

They soon began to run toward each other. Hitting their sword and coming back at each other again. Try to see who will break first. Who will bleed first who will fall under the victor. Koji became harder and harder on the lad. He wasn't as easy as he was the first time. He used his own speed to counter his master's speed. Their attacks weren't equal. He was more used to being on the field while the other was not. I will train him to be the best. That is my mission as his guide. I know it. He thought as he threw a punch at the boy sending him flying to the ground. The small blood on his lip didn't stop him though. He kept coming back. This lasted for the three days. Each time that Yugi was hit he would come back stronger and more determined than before. It was more than obvious that he was ready but as the 3-day deadline past. He received not a single word…from his enemy. Not a single thing. He kept training though. He trained with a variety of fused swords and remained to become strong.

A month past of harsh training…Yugi was actually building some muscle in his arms. Which was something defiantly needing getting used to. One rainy morning Yugi suddenly received a letter from his enemy's allies. They told in the letter that Mr. Pegasus had been missing for over a month now. They suspect that he is dead. A grin crawled across Yugi's face. He ran down the hallways of the mansion screaming with happiness and once he found Kaiba he jumped into his arms. "He's dead. He's dead my love he's dead!" he kissed his cheek and jumped into his lovers bed. Kaiba followed and crawled into the sheets beside him. Yugi was sound asleep when he got there…but he knew that the boy would be able to hear this "I want you…" but Yugi didn't budge…he was asleep for some reason. But his body responded fine according to Kaiba's …quick movements. So there was nothing wrong with him other words. Kaiba kissed his koi on the head. "He's probably just tired from all that training" he looked at his bruised hands. "I am also it seems" he looked down and wrapped his arm around his lover and went to sleep.

Day's turns to weeks and weeks to months, everything remained quiet. Yugi decided that he wanted to live with Kaiba which didn't take much and they remained going to school of course got many stares from when they would steal a kiss from each other between classes or would be caught holding hands. Either way everyone soon knew that the rumors they have heard around the city was true. And no one really had much to say about it. Kaiba still could kick anyone's ass. And now if anyone threatened his love he would beat the one who was responsible two times worst than before. Of course this never happen cause everyone was afraid of him anyway. And Life was restored to normal. Yugi still hung out with his friends and Kaiba always kept to himself. But by the end of the day they would always find each other in the BEDROOM.

As the years passed their love began to grow stronger and stronger yet there was a problem. Trust still remained the problem in Kaiba's mind. He did trust Yugi enough to sleep with him. To be held and to hold. To kiss and to kiss. But he didn't feel like…he wanted to be one with the boy. Both emotionally and physically. It didn't become more apparent to him that he was wrong until one fateful day when Yugi was turning 18 and he was almost 19 both in college. Something had called his love away from their normal studies.

The once very quiet home had become a place of chaos and mayhem. Maids butlers everyone was running in a constant mode of chaos. Yugi gathered up his bag and his coat slinging it over his shoulder.

The boy had gotten taller and they were both the same height as of now Kaiba thought but at that moment….he felt so much smaller and weaker than his love. Yugi arrived Pegasus's place in the middle of nowhere on some damn island no one knew of. Frankly to him it looked more like a hermit's paradise or a new home for a hobbit. Oh well to him death to those too. The isle had little greenery and it was mostly desert. He arrived the castle with only a glare of vengeance in his eyes and a sword in his hands. This sword had the infusion of the well-known Blue eyes and red eyes dragons. Both very powerful by themselves but very dangerous as one. The sword was Black with a white bluish steak. The thought of coming against him at this moment was nothing but a certain. Everything will be destroyed on this isle before he dies or leaves this place. The boy smiled as he saw the psycho on the ballroom stairs of his mansion. He gave a devious smile and drew a sword from his arm. Literally from his arm, the blood trickle endlessly as a blood red sword formed from his arm. It pulsed with an orange like aura that emitted off the psycho entire body. And his hair suddenly turned from a ghostly white to a deep dark black along with his eyes. The entire sight was more of a demonic transformation than a normal one. Light against dark and dark against light. The fight between the ages.

Yugi only was in his Yami form. But his sword seemed to begin to pulse a blue aura that began to surround his entire body. Changing his normal dark clothes to a deep dark black with light blue highlights at the edges and followed him with a dark cape. Everything was different. The entire transformations symbolized who owned the light and who possessed the dark. His sword pulsing with energy he charged toward his opponent his sword launching toward the others face. Pegasus dodged the attack easily and took Yugi's hand. Summoned a fire spell from his other hand and threw it at the boy's face. Sending him to the wall. He looked like he wanted to kill then and ran toward the boy with his blade. Slashing at him back and forth as the boy was down. The blood flared and spilled to the ground. And the room began to smell of death.

Yugi jumped up bloody and kicked Pegasus away. He picked up his fallen blade and summoned an ultima attack from his Blue eyes part of his sword. The ultima shot off toward the other like a huge ball of red light. it was the speed of light and was not dodge able. As the glass fell from the window ceiling everything seemed over. The blast had hit Pegasus and Yugi stared off into the distance for the castle had been destroyed by one blow. But suddenly as he was beginning to walk back something emerged from the rubble. A pair of black demon wings fluttered through the rubble and soon a pair of evil red eyes met with yogis and flashed once. Everything was encompassed in the dark gazed then suddenly Yugi's breath stiffened he couldn't breathe. He fell to the floor in his own blood as it trickled from his lips. Everything around him shattered and there seemed to be no end. The boy's breath ceased and everything went silent. The demon made a huge cry of agony in the stance and fell to the ground. Death had consumed its body with hatred and burned it to ashes. Koji…looked on from a boat afar as the isle soon became a scenery of destruction. The smell of blood was the only thing that kept him away from getting to his master. All seemed lost as the isle began to be consumed in flames.

Seto sighed a year later as the rain trickled down his window. It was only a year ago and he remembered everything. Every little detail of how Koji told him. How Koji had to leave his master behind. He couldn't even bring the body back. But Kaiba refused to believe that he was dead. He refused to believe such lies. But this year was becoming two and his hope was starting to fade.

That was until January 1 when he awoke that morning he felt something stir in his bed. He turned over and what he saw was….
