I'm sitting here all alone, with nothing but a picture that was taken in battle city. You're the one I'm looking at in the picture, although it's obvious that you didn't want to be in it. Kinda like how you don't wanna know me, or be with me for that matter. ~sigh~ I wish that you were he with me right now. I'd tell you that I love you and how badly I want you to show me love to.

I should've just forgotten about him. But I couldn't. And it broke my heart to think that one of those girls from school is probably his girlfriend. I didn't want to think about anything anymore. I almost tripped over a crack in the side walk as I walked home, thinking such sad thoughts. But then I felt a hand grip my shoulder. I turned to see Seto, a look of worry on his face. He pulled me up and I said, "What do ya want, Kaiba?" I'd never call him by his first name. He looked hurt. "I wanted to ask if you were ok." He said honestly. I was completely taken aback. "Why would you ask me something like dat? What kinda game are you tryin' to pull dis time?!" I yelled back in rebellion to the idea that he cared for me. He replied, "It's not a game, and it's not a joke. I really want to know what's bothering you." I couldn't think of what to say. "What are you talkin' `bout?"

"Earlier today, I saw you in the hallway. You looked like you were about to cry. You know what I'm talking about, don't you?" I lowered my eyes. Of course I knew what he was talking about. "Yeah, so, what's it matter to you? High-standin' Seto Kaiba of Kaiba Corp.? Huh?" I was about to turn and runaway when I felt his hands grasp my shoulders and turn me around. We were face-to-face, well, almost. "You can't possibly understand how much it matters!"

~Seto's POV~

I can't stand this! How can he be so oblivious?! He's so… disarming. It's like he picked the lock and opened the door to my heart. I've never been this open before. "You can't possibly understand how much it matters!" I yelled. He was so dense at times, it seemed that I was getting through to him though. But then it looked like he got mad again. "I was upset because I saw all those girls around ya and I wish that it was me that you wanted instead of some chick! That's why!" He then looked away again. It took me a minute to process the words that he had just said. When realization dawned on me, I made him face me again. "God knows that I want you too! I'd pick you over a girl any day!"

"Really?" He asked, perking up a bit. I couldn't help but answer him in a kiss.

Just as soon as I felt him respond to the kiss, it started to rain. We both winced at the coolness of it. Then it started coming down in buckets. We both ran for a nearby tree to shelter us. "Don't worry about it, I'll call a limo to come pick us up. I'll take you home. You can, uh, well, come to my mansion if you want to." I offered to him timidly. He nodded an affirmative and I smiled, dialing the number on my cell. The limo came and we got in. I couldn't help but to touch him and to hold him on the way home, and he showed no resistance to my advances. Then we arrived.
