Chapter 10

LALALALALLALA. It's the 10th chapter everyone. Syris is advancing on planet Ishtar and war craft Kaiba is definitely determined to save their queen, or get slapped before doing so. But he will stop at nothing to stop it. Even if it means, early marriage. MUAHAHAHAHAHA!

Isis sat in a chair with her head against the wall. It had been one long, tiring night with a capital `T'. It had been a long day. Syris had been hitting on her and Seto got really angry. He blazed her about stuff she had done, like one time she cheated on a test. She was so angry. She wanted to kill him, but of course, she only did it in her mind.

“What's wrong with you?” Mokuba said eating a big Sunday at her the bedroom doorway. “Nothing, it's just your brother's being a jerk.”

“Didn't you get that memo? I mean what do you expect from an over-worked, self-angered, teen guy?”

“I see you point.”

“So when is the wedding?”

“What wedding?”

“Yours and Seto's.” Isis looked at a picture of them together on the dresser. “Frankly, Mokuba, we are really close to not having one.” She got up and opened the door. Seto stood wide-mouthed outside it. He had been listening to the whole conversation. Isis rolled her eyes and brushed past him. Mokuba came out and shoved a spoon full of ice cream in his mouth. “Close that hole in your mouth.” He laughed and walked off, leaving a very confused and highly pissed Seto, standing there with a mouth full of ice cream.

Bakura, Ryuo, Malik. Marik, Yami, Yugi, Mai, Jou, Tristan, Duke, and Serenity sat watching Isis stuffing her face. “Um, you want a paper towel?” Bakura said shaking, holding out a napkin. Isis devoured it then looked at everybody. She swallowed the rest of her food and smiled. “I was really hungry?”

“What the crap was that? You just a part of a tree!” Tristan said gapping his mouth open. “WOW! You actually know what a napkin is!” Serenity said sarcastically clapping her hands. “Your head is not thick like one!”

“Well you as flat as one!” Tristan high-fived Duke. “Cut it out, you two.” Jou said warningly and they shut it.

“Sweetie are you sure you're ok? Because you just ate a napkin and had no problem with it.” Yugi said weirded out.

“It probably tasted like the school food.” Ryuo said grimacing.

“Get some backbone, Ryuo. You act like you never ate paper.” Bakura said leaning back.

“NO I DIDN'T!! THAT WAS IN KINDERGARTEN AND I ATE GLUE!!” Ryuo said defensively.

“Ok, ok I was just kidding, man!” Bakura took a sip form his milk. Isis groaned. “All of a sudden I want chalk, or something powdery.”

“You want my doughnut?” Malik said handing it to her. Isis greedily grabbed it and shoved it in her mouth. Seto walked over to the table and made a disgusted face.

“What is going on with you?”

“HAVEN'T YOU EVER SEEN A WOMAN CRAVE POWDER BEFORE!?!”

“ONLY WHEN SHE'S PREGNAT!” Syris who had just so happened to be passing by stopped. Isis mouth flew open. “Oh my gosh, Isis is gonna be having Seto's BABY!” Mokuba shouted.

At home

“So I guess we do have to get married then, huh?”

“Not necessarily. We could always pretend I got it ejected.”

“Isis, I want to be with you the rest of my life. I really do. You just have to stop acting the way you do!” Isis jumped up.

“ME?! YOU HAVE BEEN CANCELING OUR DATES SINCE I'VE MOVED BACK IN!!”

“I HAVE STUFF TO DO!!”

“INCLUDING ME!” Isis stopped and clutched her stomach. She stumbled back and gripped the arm of the chair with her free hand. Seto jumped to her side and touched her arm. “Baby, are you ok?”

“Yes, I'm fine!” She said annoyed and swatted him away. Seto growled annoyed and gripped her arm.

“Let me help!”

“NO!”

“Why not?”

“Because I am fine! I don't need your help.”

“Why are you always shooing me away?”

“Because your annoying and most of the time no help.”

Seto wrestled her to the couch and there was a couple of no's and grunts but as the gang walked in they stopped. Seto was on top of Isis with her hands pinned above her. Not the right position to be in, when your friends come in.

“Seems like ya'll are making up fine.” Serenity said smirking. Isis turned red and pushed Seto off. “Whatever. Where are we going?”

“First to the hospital to get you checked out, then to the movies.”

“Oh cool!” Ryuo looked shyly at Seto. “You coming?”

“No, I have work to do.” He said rubbing his head. Isis threw her hands up in frustration, grabbed her keys and purse, and left.

Middle of like big popular park.

Isis and the gang stood outside a fountain. She was positive for being pregnant. She smiled and was happy for the baby, but was sorry that its dad was double sorry. They sat talking and laughing and then that's when it all happened. Seto pulled up in his limo and got out. He slowly walked over to Isis and everyone parted to either side of them. He got on his knee and pulled out a little black box. He opened it and in it was a small 10 karat diamond ring. “Isis Ishizu Ishtar, will you marry me?” Isis stared then her friends. She didn't know what to say as tears flooded her vision. She wiped them away and nodded her head. “Yes. YES Seto Kaiba I will marry you!” Seto swiped her off her feet and kissed her. Jou gagged and the rest smiled and sighed, except Bakura of course. He really could care less, but deep inside he cared.

“Why can't you be more like him?” Mai said to Jou and slapping his chest. He flinched and grabbed his chest as if it hurt, but somewhere a sting made him rub it again.

“OW! That's because Seto's a punk.”

“I am not a punk. Just more likely to be married and in a good relationship then you.”

“Ok so just cause I am missing a few pointers unlike Isis does NOT mean I am bad to be in a relationship with.” Everyone turned their head and some coughed. “WHAT!?!”

Planning

“Ok I want Mai as my maid of honor. I want you, Serenity as my first bridesmaid. And I guess Te'a could be the one on the far end. And I could get Ryuo, Lonnie, Sheila, Mary, Courtney, and Cady in the middle.”

“But Ryuo's not a gi-”

“He looks like one, we can step it up the other half.” Serenity laughed and shook her head. So who is gonna be Seto's best man and groomsmen?”

“Surprisingly, your brother is the best man. Tristan, Duke, my brothers, Yami, Yugi, and Bakura are the groomsmen.”

“Oh this is going to be the best wedding!”

“Yep, 8 more months.”

“You mean you getting married when you're expecting?”

“Just the same month! June 7th. It will be so great; the flowers are lotus, lilies, snapdragons, and roses. My dress with be lavender with gold swirls down it. The bride's maid will be wearing peach. And Seto is wearing a classic black tux and the best man in white and the groomsmen in black.”

“Oh its gonna be the prettiest wedding ever!”

“I know!” They both squealed and start talking about school.
