Yu-Gi-Oh! Fan Fiction ❯ Sticks and Stones ❯ Break Just A Little ( Chapter 1 )
Deathsdarkflame here: I don't own Yugioh, never have, never will, but I'd be much happier if someone gave it to me. For simplicity's sake Ryou Bakura will be known as Ryou and Yami Bakura will either be known as Yami or Yami Bakura. Rating may also go up as the story continues. I haven't decided yet.
Stupid.
Worthless.
Vessel.
These words cut to the very core of Ryou's soul. It was true that his Yami had never laid a hand on him, but his words had left scars that would never be seen.
"What are you doing yadounshi?"
"Making dinner, would you like some," Ryou asked as he stirred a pot on the stove.
"You know I do not require food! What stupidity do you possess that keeps you from remembering such a simple fact?"
"I'm sorry Yami it's just that I thought that you might want . . ."
"Might want what? To eat some of your slop? I'd rather die another death than attempt to choke down some of your slop."
"I'm . . . I'm sorry Yami, I just thought . . ."
"You thought? That's a laugh! Hurry up and finish making that pathetic attempt at food."
"But you said you didn't want any."
"I never said I didn't want any. I said I didn't want to eat any. I'm planning on giving to the Pharaoh. I'm sure he'd be happy to die of food poisoning," Yami Bakura said before leaving the room.
"Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me," was Ryou's thought as he poured his dinner into the trash.
Maybe Yami's right. My cooking may not be all that good. I've eaten it for a long time, but that doesn't mean that it's any good. I think I'll stop cooking for a while, he'd be happier that way.
