Neko Jounouchi: We almost thought you gave up.
Seto Plushie: It would've been easier.
Chibi Yugi Plushie: Well Jams don't like to take the easy way out.
Jams: It's taken a lot of Advil ::holds up industrial sized bottle of pills:: but I've finally gotten over this incredible headache called writer's block! This will be the last official chapter but there will be an epilogue. Raven was right.... The plot WAS getting them together.
Neko Jounouchi: Shadow Cat gets her answer in this chapter.
Chibi Yugi Plushie: What was the question again?

Chapter 8
Ohana
Seto and Joey dressed quickly, stealing glances at each other and grinning like idiots. Joey was the first to break the comfortable silence that had fallen over them.
"I love you."
Seto stopped dead in his tracks, his heart soaring. He turned to the blonde, his blue eyes wide with shock.
"You do?"
Joey nodded, shifting from one foot to the other, making akward look very adorable.
"I do," he said softly, "I think deep down inside I always have. Even if you were mean to me."
"I'm sorry, Pup," Seto whispered, taking the blonde into his arms, "Never again. I promise you that."
Shinning brown eyes gazed up at the brunette.
"Really?"
"Really."
"No more picking on me?"
"No more."
Joey sighed, snuggling into Seto's warm embrace.
"Does that mean you love me?"
"Yes, Pup," was the reply, "with all my heart."
"That makes me happy."
"Well, I'm glad to see it does," the brunette teased, "I wouldn't want it any other way."
The two broke their long, loving embrace and opened the bathroom door to find....
....Mokuba sitting in the middle of Seto's bed with his arms crossed over his chest and a smug look on his face. He mock glared at them, and then he broke out into a huge grin and launched himself at Joey, bowling the blonde over.
"It's about time you guys hooked up!" he beamed.
"You knew?" the brown eyed boy suddenly found the ceiling very interesting.
"It was kinda hard not to notice," the younger Kaiba said, climing off of Joey and assuming his previous position on his brother's bed, "The noises you guys were making kinda gave it away. I shouldn't be hearing things like that ya know."
Joey blushed a deep crimson, while Seto just laughed.
"Can't pull the wool over your eyes, can we little brother?" the CEO asked, joining the ebony haired child on the bed and hugging him tightly, "You always were wiser than your years."
"I'm so awesome!" Mokuba gloated with a grin, then his expression turned serious as he faced the blonde.
Joey had perched himself on the end of the bed, and he grew nervous at the smaller's sudden change of tone.
"Joey, our family's not very big, but if you want, you can be a part of it." (A.N: This line's from Lilo and Stitch. Can't you just hear Mokuba saying this!! ^.^ So kawaii!!)
Tears sprang to chocolate eyes at the kind words, and he turned to Seto for confirmation. The warm blue eyes said everything he needed to know without words.
"Thanks kiddo."
Suddenly, a black fuzz ball latched itself to Joey's chest.
"Yay! Joey's part of the family!"
Both of the older boys laughed at the child's antics, and then their eyes locked. Unspoken emotions were passed between them, the words neither wanted nor needed at the moment. Joey knew then that he was where he belonged. With his dragon.
Joseph Wheeler was finally home.
