Disclaimer: I don’t own Yu-gi-oh. Kazuki Takahashi does. I do however own the character Elizabeth and her friends (except all the YGO charecters). Oh and I also do not own any of the play station games that I mention. (unless you count me going out to the store and actually buying them, then I own all of them^_^) P.s. even though I do read the comics, I'll use the english names. For example Anzu will be called Te'a and Jonouchi will be called Joey. Even though I like the Japanese names better. Oh and Elizabeth's deck has the same cards in her deck that I have in mine.
Chapter Two
(three weeks later)
Elizabeth woke up early to get a head start to school. She got dressed in black leather pants and a leather halter top. Then she put a blue high necked jacket over it all. This may have been the guy's uniform, but who cared? It was her first day. Even though she had lived in Domino City for most of her life, she was originally from America. Her parents had separated when she was little and her dad took her to Japan. Now she had to change schools because his job had forced them to move to a different part of the city.
She sighed and began walking to the high school. Dully she noted a game Shop on the corner of the street by her house. If only her dad hadn't accepted that job, then maybe she would still be going to school with Aden. But he had already accepted it and she was forced to change schools anyway.
She approached the Game Shop and walked in. An old man was behind the counter.
"Game Shop." he said, "How may I help you? Are you a friend of Yugi's?"
"I'm just looking," she said, "Who's Yugi?"
A short boy came out of the door behind the counter. He had tri-colored hair.
"Grandpa, I'm leaving" he said.
He looked at Elizabeth.
"Oh hi," he said, "I've never seen you before, are you new around here?"
"Yeah" said Liz.
"Wanna walk to school with me?" he asked.
"Sure why not," she said,"I barely know the way by myself."
They walked out of the store. As they were walking out they were joined by a boy with straw colored hair.
"Hey Joey!" said Yugi.
"What's up Yug?" said Joey, "Who's the new girl?"
"My name is Elizabeth" she said.
"Okay Liz," he said, "Yugi, you wanna duel after school? I got some new cards and I wanna try 'em out."
Elizabeth's eyes lit up with excitement.
"You guys duel?" she said.
Yugi looked at her and said "Of course! We don't collect the cards for nothing!"
He laughed.
She pulled her deck out of the leather carrying case that was attached to her belt.
"I do too" she said.
"Can I see?" asked Yugi.
She handed him the cards. She watched in delight as Joey began fawning over her cards.
"How do you have a Red Eyes Black Dragon!?" he practically shouted.
"Wow you have a Dark Magician too" said Yugi.
Then he saw what was in her side deck. An English Blue Eyes White Dragon.
"Woah! How did you get that?!" shouted Joey.
She sighed.
"My mom lives in America. It's just a common card. There's about a million over there." she stated.
She took her cards back.
"Don't tell Kaiba that," said Joey, "He'll take it and rip it up."
"Who's Kaiba?" said Liz.
The two boys almost face faulted.
"Isn't he the head of that major company?" said Liz.
"You got that right, said Joey, "and he goes to our school."
"Hurray for our school," said Liz, "I heard he was a real jerk." (sorry to any Kaiba fans, I don't have anything against him, please don't hurt me!I like him too! ^ ^)
They reached the school in no time flat. after waving good bye and promising to see them after school, Elizabeth tried to find her way to the school office.
