Yugi struggled to keep his eyes open. It had for some reason all of a sudden become extremely cold, colder than before. It felt as if his body had been torn to shreds, ecerything was numb. His world was spinning out of control like a merry go round. He trembled, and kept forcing himself to stay awake until finally his entire world went dark...

Yami felt a mind bending chill run through his body. He felt all of a sudden that something was terribley wrong, as if Yugi had been hurt. He couldn't take much more of this. Where was he?

Yami paced back and forth uncontrollabley, Sweat trickling down the back of his neck and down his forehead. He had had enough. He gathered every drop of his strength he had left in him, despretly attemping to restore the link him and Yugi once had.

//Yugi!!!??? Yugi???!!!//

/Y-Yami?... i-i-is that you...?/

//Yugi! Where are you?! Tell me!//

/Sh-sh-shadow r-r-realm..../

//WHAT?!?!?!?!?//

/Yami... help me... it's so cold.../

//Hold on hikari!!//

Yami fell to his knees from lack of strength... But he had to save Yugi...

Focusing all his power, the opened a gateway to the forrbiden realm, and searched for the presence of the boy. After finding it, with all his might, he grabbed him from the horrible deminsion from whitch Yugi found himself in.

Yugi lay on the floor extremely pale, his usual youthful look drained from his body.

Yami stummbled over to the trembling form and craddled him in his armsand lifted him. Ra, the boy was colder than ice.

The former pharoh staggered over to Yugi's bed and softly lay him down under the smooth soft sheets.

Yami felt a sudden urge to lay next to him. His body's need to lay down and rest from his exhausting activities was rageing out of control. He unconciously slid under the sheets and wrapped his arms around the shivering figure and quickly let slumber take him, a slight grin playing on his lips.

Yugi awoke to the feel of strong broad arms around him, along with the feeling of soft silk sheets. His eyes unwillingly fluttered open and found him self staring at someones neck. Yugi looked up and saw that it was Yami. His eyes windened. Yami?! What the hell was going on?

Why was Yami laying down with him? And why did he have his arms around him? Not that he was complaining. He really did love Yami, but to one instant be in a world of nothingness and then wake up to find you'reself in the arms of the one you are secretly in love with in some what shocking!

Yami's eyes started to flutter open so Yugi quickly closed his eyes and pretended to be asleep.

Yami looked down at the younge boy that was sleeping in his arms. His skin had regained all of it's usual beauty. Ra, if only he could tell Yugi how he really felt about him... But that seemingly simple task isn't simple. What if Yugi wasn't... well... 'gay' like him? What if Yugi didn't feel the same way?

Yami slowly bent down and placed a soft, yet passionate kiss on Yugi's soft frail lips then quickly moved back when Yugi's eyes unexpectedly snapped open instantly.

Yugi stared at him in shcok. Did he really just kiss me? He did didn't he? Yugi thought.

"H-hikari! F-forgive me! I don't know what came over me!" Yami pleaded. Joy filled from within the younge boy and smiled at the panicing pharoh.

"It's ok Yami" Yugi winked "It wasn't half bad"

Yami was stunned "D-do you mean you enjoyed it?" The boy nodded. Yami felt uncontrolable happiness fill him. Slowly, he bent down until both of there lips met. He tightened his grip on him when Yugi started to return the ever so passionate kiss. There tounges swirled and fought for domenance with neither winning but neither carred.

Yugi's lips we're so soft and fragile, like the bed upon whitch he lay. Unwillingly, the parted for air. Yugi burried his face in Yami's broad chest while Yami huddled him closer.

"I love you hikari" Yami whispered into Yugi's ear.

"I love you too Yami..." he responed.
