"Now that Yami Anzu is back to rest, I can start to look for signs of Anzu's power from the Millennium Heart coming back." Seto said to Ryou and Malik.

"Why are you telling us this?" Malik demanded. "We want to know nothing from you."

Seto chuckled. "I don't really care if you don't want to hear anything from me or not." he smiled and Malik. "And don't tell me your still mad because I took your sisters powers, and left her out in the middle of the desert to rot, are you?"

Malik just glared at Seto, he hated the smug look that was always on his face. And he definitely hated what Seto had done to Isis. He chose not to answer Seto's question, he just looked away. But, he then decided o speak. "If by some miracle, Isis is alive, and she comes back here. Don't you dare touch her."

"She's not coming back." Seto said with a smirk. "I made sure of it."

"AH!" Malik yelled making a charge for Seto, but the shackles around Malik's wrists held him back, also making him fall to the floor.

"I hope you won't try that again." Seto said walking out of the room

"Malik, are you alright?" Ryou asked looking down at his friend.

"Yes." Malik said. "Can it be true, Ryou?" he looked up at Ryou from the floor. "Can Isis really be gone? Never coming back?"

"I don't...know." Ryou said with a small sigh.

Malik stayed on the hard stone floor, he looked down at his hands. "If I could I'd take her place...I just regret not going with her when she asked me."

"Malik you did know it was going to happen." Ryou said.

"I know that." Malik said. "But she begged me to go...but I shoved her away, telling her to leave me alone and that she could go by herself...it was only a walk..."

Ryou watched as his friend tore himself up over an even that had happen a year before. He could understand, but...why now?

~~~~~
"Yami." Anzu said walking into in chambers. "Would it be okay if I go for a small walk?"
Yami looked at her surprised. "Yeah, why do you ask?"
"Because I'm a prisoner." Anzu said, another stroke of pain when through her, she only reacted with a slight wince that Yami never saw.
"Go on with ya." Yami said waving his hand. "Go for as many walks as you like, wherever you like."
Anzu gave him a small smile behind his back, she quickly made her way towards one of the back doors leading out into the forever running desert. "Angel are you coming?" she asked.
"No." Angel called. "Go on."
"Okay." Anzu said walking out the door.
The warm sand from the desert floor felt nice to walk on, Anzu sighed and took off her sandals. 'This is my chance to get away.' she thought looking back at the pyramid, which was only twenty feet away. 'But...I feel as if...I need to stay...I want to remember what happened in the past, but I don't want to be here around Kaiba...he might try to do something to me again...'
"This looks familiar." Seto said to Yami Malik and Yami Bakura.
"It's the same way you got Isis." Yami Malik said with a small frown. "Her powers were activated in the desert for some reason, then you took them...and left her there."
Seto looked at him. "Why do you sound so much like you care?" he asked.
Yami Malik shrugged. "At the time I was joined with Malik, I know how mich Isis meant to him, Seto. And how much it hurt him."
"I was sure you hated Malik." Seto said eyeing the two Yami's who were looking out at Anzu without blinking. "Don't tell me you to are having feelings for the mortals."
"I'm not sure." Yami Bakura said looking over at him.
"You two make me sick." Seto said. He looked back out at Anzu. "I'm going to follow her out there like I did Isis, if her powers are activated, I'll take them, and she'll be another one to be left to die." with that Seto walked away.
"In a way I want to stop him." Yami Malik said. "I really think we should go and get Ryou and Malk out of his chambers."
"I'm not sure if that is a good idea." Yami Bakura said. "We don't want to get on Seto's bad side... neither of us wants to end up like Isis."
Yami Malik sighed. "May the gods rest her kind, beautiful soul."
~~~~~

"AH!" Anzu fell down in a bank of sand, the wind had picked up, making a real bad sandstorm. "My eyes." Anzu rubbed the sand from her eyes and squinted around, she couldn't see the pyramid anywhere, and she didn't know where she was.

"This isn't good." Anzu mumbled standing up slowly. "Maybe I should stay right here, and wait for the wind to stop...then I'll be able to see which way the pyramid is."

A sharp, sinister pain shot through Anzu's chest, worse than it had been doing. "AHHHHHH! GOOD GOD!" Anzu screamed falling back down into the sand. "AH! PLEASE HELP ME!" Anzu clawed at the sand. "AH!" purple light shot from her hands and zapped through the sand.

The pain was gone, and Anzu was in shock of what had just happened. She looked down at her chest, the skin where her heart was, was glowing purple under her cloths, but then stopped. "The power of my Heart." Anzu said. "Its awakening..." she sighed at the thought of Yami Anzu back to rest. "I thought Yami Anzu was the only thing my Millennium Heart held...I guess I was wrong."

"Yes, you were so wring." Seto walked through the blowing sand, he looked down at Anzu. "Now I will steal your power as well."

"No you won't!" someone cried. A board came flying through the sand, hitting Seto in the back of the head. A girl ran out and grabbed Anzu. "Lets go! Run!" Anzu never had time to react, no time to think of that she was going to do. She allowed the strange girl to drag her away.

~~~~~
M.G. kicked at the bars of her and Faith's cage. "Why aren't they opening?!" she hollered.
"Nothing can get through them, M.G." WingWeaver said rolling her eyes.
"Hey have to open! We need to get out and help Anzu before she gets a chance to get out in the desert!" M.G. said.
"Its too late." Angel said flying down to the cages. "She's gone, and Seto's gone after her."
"No..." Dark said looking at Angel.
M.G. gave the cage bars another kick, she fell backwards on her ass. "AH! We gotta got outta here!"
"I can get us out." Faith said. "But I won't."
"Why not?!" M.G. asked.
"Because we can't defeat, Seto." Dark said. "You know that M.G., he'll take our powers like he took Isis'."
M.G. frowned and slid away from the bars.
