Chapter 9 The Legend of the God Weapons: Part 1

Hey everyone, that person that flamed me, Damion, turned out to be my friend's cousins, they hate me.

So, this is the ninth chapter, it revolves around Prince Yami-Pharoah Yami.

I don't own Yugioh or any of its characters, Hathor's mine though, "grins", so enjoy!

Yami woke up suddenly, he was having that dream again, the one where he used the God weapons to battle High Priest Seto.

Of course he knew it was just a foolish dream, but still, well he was confused, so he went to the person that always talked to him, his best friend, Jono.

"Jono," whispered Yami, "Jono, you awake?"

Jono opened one eye, saw Yami and said, "Oh, Yami it's you, what is it?"

"I had that dream again…" replied Yami.

"Yami, how many times must I tell you, the moon god plays tricks on us!" cried Jono, "But I can't continuously remind you, you need a woman, Yami."

Back in Ancient Egypt, the men and women married at about 14 or 15, and Yami was 16, so Jono believed it was time for him to get married.

"What about you Jono?" replied Yami, "You don't have a woman!"

"Yes, but you don't even seem to care!" cried Jono.

"Hmm, I don't know…." said Yami.

The next day, Yami decided he was going to do his usual day of hanging around the dueling field, but first, he had to get past Simon.

"Where do you think you're going Young man!" cried Simon.

Yami loved this part of the day, Simon Muran was his tutor and his job was to keep Yami from leaving the palace, but he never suceeded.

"The Pharoah's worried about you Yami," said Simon, "You're going to be the next Pharoah, and it seems like you don't even care!"

Yami then said, "OK, let's go Simon…"

"See, now that's what a prince should do!" said Simon.

Yami began to walk back towards the palace, then turned around and ran out of the Palace.

"Wait Yami!" cried Simon, "Drat, he's gone!"

Yami got to the dueling field, where Teana was waiting for him.

"Hey Yami, what's up!" said Teana.

"Hey Teana, where's Jono?" asked Yami.

"He's at the Annual parade of the mages, I was told to wait for you!" said Teana.

"The parade, how about we go, Teana?" asked Yami.

"Okay, we'll go to the parade, meet up with Jono, and duel some maybe!" cried Teana.

The two friends went to the town square to look for their friend. They found him dueling with the high priest, Seto.

"So mutt, you got a card that can beat Ushi Oni?" asked Seto.

"No…" replied Jono.

"Then I win, and you lose!" cried Seto.

"Hey Jono!" cried Teana.

"Teana, Yami!" cried Jono, "I was just dueling with this guy!"

"You lost!" cried Teana.

Jono put a scowl onto his face, "You don't have to be so blunt!"

Seto was listening to their conversation as he said, "Is there anyone here who is a better match then this mutt?"

Jono growled but then he looked at Yami, "Yeah!" cried Jono, "My pal Yami can face you!"

Seto looked around at him, he was about to laugh, but then noticed something.

"Have I met you before?" asked Seto, "I would have sworn I've seen you before!"

"No, why?" asked Yami, knowing perfectly well why, "Is there something wrong?"

Seto smiled, he knew that Yami knew why, but said, "Nothing, you just remind me of someone, that's all…"

"Alright, let's duel!" cried Yami.

But they were interrupted by High mage Martis, who said, "Seto, Slysheen suggests your presence, sir…"

"Okay, I will see you later!" cried Seto, turning away.

Yami was about to leave, when he caught the eye of a girl about his age, she had long brown hair and sapphire eyes, in his eyes she was the most beautiful girl there!

"Hey Yami, what are ya doin'?" asked Jono curiously.

"Girl, really pretty, girl…" replied Yami not knowing what he was talking about.

Jono smiled a wicked grin, "Then go talk to her!"

"Hello, what's your name," asked the girl, walking over to him.

"Yumir…I mean Yami!" said Yami.

"Okay, Yami, my name is Hathor!" said Hathor happily.

Yami started to ease up a little, "Hello Hathor, would you like to come with me and my friends to the dueling field, I'm going to duel the High priest!"

Hathor squealed and said, "Sure, let's go, I love dueling!"

Yami introduced Hathor to his friends, and they went to dueling field.

"So, you showed up!" said Seto.

Seto then noticed Hathor, and said, "Oh, hello there, I didn't notice you before…"

"I'm Yami's, um, girlfriend!" cried Hathor.

This made Yami, Jono, and Teana all jump into the air.

"What…did you just…say!" said Yami.

"That's right!" cried Hathor.

Yami had just met her, yes, but that didn't stop him from being happy.

"Claimed by a peasant eh, you're better than that!" cried Seto.

This made Yami very angry, "Really, want to settle this with a duel?"

"On the count of three…one…two…three!" cried them both, "Dark Magician!, Blue Eyes White Dragon!"

Seto smiled, his Blue eyes was stronger than his Dark Magician!

But then Hathor stood up, "Together we'll destroy you!" she cried, "Toon World!"

That transformed Dark Magician into the Toon Magician!

"Toon Magician!" cried Yami, "Attack!"

Well after a couple days, Yami proposed to Hathor and they were married, but a few days later…

Yami was lying in bed when he heard some sort of crash, he ran out of his bedroom heading toward it.

There was Simon Muran and Slysheen, the staff in his hand looking oddly familiar…and then it hit him!

"Slysheen!" cried Yami, "What are you doing with the God's staff?"

"Hmm, the prince shows himself!" cried Slysheen, "Maybe he knows where it is!"

Hathor came out of the bedroom wearing her bed clothes, "Yami, what's going on?"

Slysheen grinned, "The Prince finally has a woman eh?"

Simon motioned for them to run, but all the exits were blocked!

Then Yami saw an opening, his servant Shadi had opened a passageway behind a picture of his grandfather.

"My prince!" cried Simon, "Take this and run!"

Simon threw him a golden pyramid shaped necklace and cried, "run!"

Yami put on the necklace, picked up Hathor, and ran to the picture and to Shadi.

Slysheen ordered his soldiers after them, but the painting closed behind them and they escaped from the palace.

"Yami, where are we going?" asked Hathor.

"Not sure Hathor, but I'm sure we'll be safe, right Shadi?" said Yami, running a hand through his tri-colored hair.

"Prince Yami, we're not going into hiding, we're going to find the god weapons…" said Shadi.

So, Yami and co. are going to look for the God Weapons, next time it's part two!
