~Next Day~

Inside the Temple of Ashta....

Teania sat in the tub, bathing for a while, still upset about her father's death. As she went under the water for a few minutes and then came back up, Prince Darien was standing above her with a smile on his face. She quickly grabbed a towel from one of her servants and covered herself up. "What are you doing here?" Prince Darien dismissed the servants and they left shutting the door behind them. "I just came to check up on you. I wanted to see how you were doing." When he tried to touch her she batted his hand back. "I appreciate your concern but I am fine thank you. Now I would like to be alone if you don't mind." The Prince sat on the edge of the tub and snatched the towel away from her. She quickly covered herself with her hands and got out of the tub.

"Where are you going Princess?" He followed behind her as she jetted off towards her room. "I don't see why you should feel so embarrassed. When you become my wife you will not have to hide anything from me." As he was about to enter her room, she slammed the door in his face and locked it. "That's quite alright my dear. You can be stubborn if you like but I know you'll love me one day."

Inside Teania's room...

"Whew, I thought he would never leave. He gets more annoying each day and it's starting to make me mad. If he wants to marry me he'll have to try a hell of a lot harder than what he's doing now. What a jerk." As Teania was searching for her garments that she wanted to wear she heard something hit the floor. When she turned around to see what it was, it turned out to be the gift that the Pharaoh gave her before she left but she never got a chance to open it. She picked up her gift and then hopped on her bed to open it up and see what's inside. Her face began to turn red as she held in her hand, a gold cartouche with her name on it. She put it around her neck and ran over to the mirror admiring her gift. "This is beautiful." She couldn't stop smiling. She sat back down on the bed, beginning to notice a change in herself. Every time she would think about or see the Pharaoh, she would get this funny feeling inside of her as if she liked him. Or did she? The necklace was beautiful and he has always been kind to her in the past and present.

As her thoughts of him took over her mind, she began to miss him. Talking, laughing, and reminiscing that's what her and the Pharaoh always did. When he held her hands she felt safe and secure, when he would talk to her she felt happy and nervous, and when he would embrace her she felt warmth and love. It was obvious that she thought of him as more than just a friend but sadly for her that's all they will ever be is..............friends. She clasped the cartouche in her hand as she looked out the window at her people. When she saw Kimora walking with her friend Marlene, those memories faded in an instant. If Kimora found out that Teania felt this way about the Pharaoh, then their friendship could be corrupted once again. She hid the necklace inside her garment and got ready to meet Kimora.

Inside the Village...

Kimora wore a strapless short skirt and top, silver upper arm bans, silver bracelets, and a short white scarf. Marlene was in usual work clothes. The two were out on the town getting food because when the men came in from work last night all the food was gone. Teania hurried down the street pushing through the people searching for Kimora. Because she was running so fast she ended up tripping and falling on the ground right in front of Kimora and Marlene. "Are you okay Teania?" Kimora said as she helped Teania to her feet. "I'm fine thanks. I was just looking for you Kimora. I need your help." Marlene took the shopping bag from Kimora and got ready to leave. "I'll finish with the shopping while you help out Teania. Don't worry I'll be fine." Marlene walked away waving to Kimora. "Thanks." Kimora shouted to her.

"What's up Teania? What do you need help with?" Teania grabbed her arm and they started walking back towards the Temple. "Well you know I've been preparing for my father's burial right? Well I know that I will become Queen once my father is buried. The Prince wants to go back to Greece but I don't want to. I want to stay here in Egypt but I might have to go back to Greece. What should I do?" Kimora was quite puzzled by this because she didn't know what to do either. But she did have one idea but it might seem too drastic. "Well maybe you could..........tell the prince that you love someone else." Teania thought about it and then she shook her head. "I have no feelings for the Prince but I don't know whom I truly love." Although her true love was the Pharaoh, she couldn't tell Kimora. "Just choose anybody." They entered the Temple and sat in the Garden.

"I can't just fall in love with anybody whether it is pretend or not. My people are counting on me to marry this Prince but I don't love him and I know he doesn't love me. All he wants to do is take over the throne." Even though Kimora doesn't know this Prince. He sounds familiar in the sense that he acts like Shana. "Well if this Prince is really a fraud then maybe you can find a way to prove this to your people. Then they will be on your side and they will be satisfied with whomever you marry or whenever you get married." Teania was okay with this plan but it was easier said than done. "Princess Teania, I am sorry to disturb you but your father's body is ready for burial and we must get you prepared for the funeral." The servant bowed and waited outside the Garden. "Thanks for all your help Kimora; I'll talk to you sometime later." The two hugged each other and Teania left with her servant while the Priestess led Kimora out the door. All the townspeople began preparing for the funeral. People were closing up booths and the streets quickly began to fill with loads and loads of people as they waited for the body of King Amos to be brought out.

Inside Teania's room...

Teania had many servants helping her to get ready while the Prince stood in the doorway watching her. "You look lovely my Queen. But you'll look even more beautiful when you are by my side on the throne." Teania rolled her eyes and turned her head the other way. "You can hide it all you want Teania, but I know you love me. And once we return to Greece we will have many children and our city will grow bigger and bigger. We will have the best army, the most exotic places to visit and most of all; we will have all the power." Teania stood up and walked over to the Prince.

"Those are your dreams not mine. I hate you and I'll never love you. I am not going to Greece and your not making me. My home is right here in Ashta. Just because you're a Prince doesn't mean your running things here. I know you got your people together to rebuild Ashta but I am still the Queen here. I am not marrying you and once this funeral is over you and your men must leave." The Prince left the room and slammed the door and Teania sat back down to let the servants finish preparing her. This shocked everyone because Teania is usually calm but maybe this was what needed to be said all along. Maybe the Prince got what he deserved. Either way the Prince wasn't happy at all and he was anxious to put his plan into play as soon as the funeral ended.

Inside the Village...

Four men came out with the Kings body, then the four Priestesses, then Teania and the Prince, and then all her servants, and the guards. They all had their heads down and some were crying. They all went to the tomb and watched silently as they lowered the King's body into the grave. Teania held her head up while they lowered the King down, she threw a red rose in and then she along with the others left the tomb. When she got outside, the people were clapping and cheering for her. She waved back to them happily as they waved back wildly, and cheered for her even louder. Teania walked through the middle of the people and then they all followed behind her, heading towards the Temple.

Inside the Temple...

They entered into an exotically decorative Temple filled with amazing designs and food. Teania was supposed to be making her speech to her people later on but as everyone got situated she saw the Prince talking to the Duke and so she crept over to them quietly and listened to their conversation. "What will you do my Prince? If Teania is not going to Greece then you might have to stay here and then the people of Rome will be worried." The Prince took a sip of wine and then he crushed the glass inside his hand. "This is what I'll do to Ashta. I will crush it and reduce it to what it was before. Nothing. You go back to Rome and tell my people that I will return soon. All I need to do is marry Teania, kill the bitch, and take over the 3 cities." They both laughed loudly and walked away.

Teania was completely outraged as her mouth hung open in awe. She knew now that she couldn't wait any longer and it was time to expose this Prince for the phony that he is. The people of Greece didn't get along with the people of Rome and fear of another war starting began to frighten her. She immediately ran to Kimora and told her everything. Once Kimora heard this she got Marlene and some other men together to devise a plan. While Kimora was gone Teania prepared to do her speech. "People of Ashta and people of Greece. I am your new Queen and I will do everything in my power to serve you all. I will not return to Greece because the city is falling apart because of my sister's rule. Instead I will stay here in Ashta and I will expand it from there. I hope you all respect my decisions because I know it will help us all. Now without further adieus enjoy the feast. Thank you."

A loud and roaring encore echoed through the Temple as everyone applauded Teania. They all sat back down and continued to eat while Teania waited impatiently for Kimora to return.

Inside Marlene's house...

"Alright guys we've got a major crisis on our hands. The people of Greece and the people of Rome are enemies. Well it seems that Prince Darien is from Rome not Greece. He said all he was going to do was marry Teania, kill her, and then take over the 3 cities. We have to stop him at all costs but we are only so few and he has many men. Even if we call upon friends from other cities they won't get here in time and we need to stop him now. If I had Diabound then I could have taken care of this by now but, its up to all of us to help save our friend and her people." Rishad trembled with anger and then flipped over the table. "THAT NO GOOD SON OF A BITCH WILL NOT LAY A FINGER ON TEANIA."

As the candle got dimmer and dimmer, Marlene stood up with a destructive look on her face. "Well then tonight we will have to take out as many Romanian soldiers as we can. I hate to do this now but it needs to be done. The party will be ending soon so as the soldiers are walking back to their homes take them out in the night but do it quickly and quietly. Don't leave a trace of blood and don't leave any evidence. Do not let anyone see you and do not let the victim see you. If we take out most of his guards now then when we are ready for battle he will not have that many soldiers, thus making him vulnerable to an all out assault. Kimora you go back to the Temple and keep Teania company." Suddenly, a group of knocks were heard on the door. Everyone got ready to attack as Marlene slowly opened the door only to see all of Teania's servants and guards standing there. "I am Teania's Priestess and these are her other Priestesses, servants, and soldiers. She told us what happened and we wanted to know if we could help?" Marlene looked at Kimora and she nodded. "Okay come in you guys and I'll explain everything to you." As they all entered, Kimora exited and returned to the Temple. Will this plan work? Or will they be caught?
