Outside the Palace Gates...

The Pharaoh is trying to make a decision as he stares at Kimora's sleeping body, trying to think of something to do. Then he sees the Millennium Crystal around her neck and he takes it and shows Bakura. "I guess there is a way to keep Kimora alive. Bakura, I have her Millennium Crystal. Since her soul is sealed inside here than she is safe from harm."

"The Millennium Crystal won't protect her forever. As long as I'm alive with her Ka she will live, but if I die then she dies as well so you have no choice Pharaoh."

"But I will find a way to return Diabound to her so that she may live...."

"The only way she will live is if you find an old spell book called the Ancient Wisdoms of Darkness that can grant someone of royalty a powerful Ka. And since she is a peasant its over for her......so if you want to kill me Pharaoh then......COME AND GET ME MWAHAHAHAH!!!!!"

Bakura rode away. "I want you all to stay here.........we'll take care of Bakura." The Pharaoh, Priest Seto, and Priest Shadah got onto their horses and were about to ride away when Nenya stood in front of them. "But what about Kimora? Are you just going to let her die?"

"No, that's why I want you all to search for that spell book immediately. There is only so much time I can wait.............Bakura will kill us all if I don't do something so I must go. Take care of Kimora....." They rode away and Nenya just stared at them and then started running after them. "Wait, stop, don't go!!!" She stopped running and fell to the ground. "I'll search for that spell book.....even if it means killing someone........I will get that damn book......and save Kimora."

"Alright you heard the Pharaoh go find that damn book. Search everywhere and don't leave a single place unlooked." Priest Karim shouted and everyone hustled to search for the spell book to save Kimora.

Meanwhile....

The Pharaoh and his Priests raced at lightening speeds through the village with their Ka's attacking against Bakura and Diabound. The Villagers came out of their homes and watched them go at it. The Pharaoh was losing energy fast, mesmerized by Diabounds sudden change in appearance. Diabound, was bigger, stronger, and gained more new abilities making it even more difficult for Osiris to attack. The Darkness also gave Diabound more power than he needed to defeat Osiris. The Priests Ka's were being defeated within the blink of an eye and they were losing even more energy as well. Bakura continues riding away and the Pharaoh stops as well as his Priests.

"What is it my Lord? Bakura is getting away we must hurry!!!" Priest Shadah shouted worryingly.

"No, I will continue on, I want you all to leave. Bakura will kill you if you all come so you must stay. I'll be fine........"

"Hell no!!! We are coming with you. You're liable to get killed without our help." Priest Seto said.

"No. This is an order and I order you all to return to the Palace and take care of everyone especially Kimora. I appreciate the support you all have given me but in this war if anyone should die for his people's safety it should be the King first."

Priest Seto and Priest Shadah stared at each other for a moment and then turned towards the Pharaoh. "Alright then my Pharaoh. If you insist. We will await your return at the Palace. Be.......careful my Lord......" Priest Seto said to him in a soft voice.

"I will........" The Pharaoh said in a low voice and then he rode away towards Bakura and Priest Seto rode away towards the Palace. Priest Shadah stared at the Pharaoh for a while and waited then he rode after him. Surprisingly, The Pharaoh didn't have to chase Bakura any longer. Bakura waited near a ledge, laughing at the Pharaoh's weakness. "Look at you. Pathetic son of a bitch. You're weak. You thought I was dead didn't you? Well this is what you get for being so naive. Now only the Darkness awaits you!!!" Diabound destroyed the ground below the Pharaoh but he caught the ledge while the other rocks tumbled way down below into the darkness. "Finally, after so long, victory is mine." Bakura takes the millennium puzzle from around the Pharaoh's neck. "Now Diabound, finish him off!!!" Diabound attacks and the Pharaoh is falling down into the darkness, yelling at the top of his lungs, when Priest Shadah arrives it was too late............ "PHARAOH NOOOOO!!!!!" He jumps off the horse and races to the ledge but the Pharaoh has already fallen, and Bakura has already left. "I must find the Pharaoh I will not go back to the Palace until I do......." Priest Shadah jumps back on the horse and rides around looking for the Pharaoh.

~Next day~

Inside the Tower....

The young lady had just finished her food when two guards came in. She was hoping that it was Kimora but it wasn't. "She looked around at the room not knowing where she was since she had been sleeping for 4 days. Two guards came in ready to collect Kisara. "Where am I? What is this place?"

"This is apart of the Palace's hospital. You have been asleep under the doctor's care that was ordered by Priest Seto." One of the guards said.

"Come Priest Seto would like to see you."

"Where are you taking me?"

The young lady looked at the guards with fright but she stood up anyway and they grabbed her by the arms and led her to Priest Seto in the Underground Hall.

Meanwhile...

Priest Akunadin and Priest Seto were talking on their way to the underground hall about the girl that Priest Seto found in the village.

"During my search for a powerful Ka, I encountered a young lady with exactly what I was looking for.............a Ka that surpasses the power of God."

"The Kingdom is slowly falling apart because of the Pharaoh's absence. We must test this powerful Ka that this young lady has and be certain that it is a Ka that can and will surpass the power of God."

"I am most certain that it is."

"Also, the person who controls this power will become the new Pharaoh, but you must obtain a stronger Ka than Pharaoh Atemu."

Priest Akunadin is very persistent about making his son the Pharaoh. Once Priest Seto is the Pharaoh then he will take advantage of his power and use it for himself.

"What about Kimora? She had Diabound all this time and we could have gotten it from her. Diabound defeated Osiris so it must be extremely powerful."

"True, but Diabound will not stand a chance against Ra. Remember Diabound is of the Darkness and Ra is of the Light it would be impossible for Diabound to defeat Ra."

Inside Underground Hall...

They arrive at the entrance to the Underground Hall where all the prisoners are held in which they are then greeted by a short, fat man named Gebeluk.

"Greetings my High Priests. It has been many years since I've seen High Priests visit such a horrible place. During Pharaoh Akunumkanon's era, this section was closed, thus the current Pharaoh has never known about this place."

"He doesn't need to know. Now back to business. How do you extract a Ka from a person?"

"From my research and knowledge, the Ka becomes greater when a person containing it is tortured. In order to accomplish that goal, the people have to be sacrificed. I have special seats reserved for you all to watch my experiment." Priest Akunadin and Priest Seto sit down and watch.

"As you can see, these two prisoners have been fighting each other for quite some time now, suspended above a field covered in sharp spikes.

The loser of course will fall to his death. These Ka's were once weak and pathetic but now they are strong and powerful."

"Amazing......." Priest Seto said looking above at the prisoners.

"At first there were 10 people up above and now there are two. They had to fight against each other without stopping for a day. Only the final winner will be released. Their desire of survival increased the strengths of their Ka's."

The soldiers bring the girl in and lead her to Priest Seto.

"Thank you for helping me. I really appreciate it."

"What is your name?"

"Kisara."

Priest Seto is thinking to himself. "How could such a powerful Ka be sealed inside her feeble mind? She looks like she doesn't even know it's inside her."

Kisara looks up and sees the two men fighting above and gets scared and is about to run away but is held back by the guards.

"Why have I been brought here? What is this place?"

"This is an Underground prison, the battlefield for increasing power of the Ka's." Gebeluk said proudly.

When he mentions Ka she has a blank dumb founded expression on her face. She never heard of the word before.

Priest Seto shook his head and attempted to explain it to her. "A Ka is the hidden spirit in a human's mind. Not everybody can see and control it."

Gebeluk smirks and jumps headfirst into putting Kisara on the field to test her Ka.

"We should start testing her power by using the same method that the other prisoners are using. Send her to the battlefield!!!"

Gebeluk believes that her Ka should appear and defend her when she is in danger and that it will be easy for her to win but not as easy as they think.

On the other hand, Priest Seto is worried about Kisara. He fears that she might get hurt or even worse.....killed. But Priest Akunadin will keep trying to persuade Priest Seto into putting Kisara in danger for his own greed.

"The Palace has no shield of protection now that the Pharaoh is gone and we must find a strong power before its too late......."

Priest Seto is thinking to himself again. "Why is Priest Akunadin so anxious to put Kisara onto the field and get her power? Why do I sense a dark presence in his midst? Was Kimora right about him all along?"

"Take her onto the battlefield!!!"

With Priest Akunadin's order, the two guards get her on the bridge and leave her by herself. She walks very slowly across the bridge that connects to the battlefield were the two fierce some beasts continue to fight each other. The two prisoners assume that Kisara is a prisoner and they decide to take a break from fighting each other to attack Kisara.

What will poor Kisara do?
