Inside the Temple of Ashta...

When Queen Teania returned she said nothing to no one. She just went up into her room and locked herself inside.

"What happened to her?" Priestess Morgana said.

"We have found out who killed Priestess Ana and the messenger." Priestess Victoria said.

"Well who did it?"

"Pharaoh Atemu's stupid guards. They mistook them for thieves and they were killed."

"You Lie?"

"No......why do you think Queen Teania rushed up to her room and locked herself in it."

"That's impossible."

"Only to someone as naive as you."

"Whatever..."

Priestess Victoria walked away but Priestess Morgana still didn't believe her so she decided to take a trip to the Palace and find out the truth for herself.

Inside the Palace...

Kimora was inside her room crying when Priest Seto came in to comfort her and she didn't take it. She had her head down and didn't even look up once.

"Kimora...I realize that you miss Atemu and you love him but......do you intend to sit here and cry forever?" Pharaoh Set said.

"If that's what it takes to get him back then so be it....." Kimora said.

"At least give me a chance.......please Kimora........I know that I'll never take Atemu's place but at least give me a chance........you are my Queen now and we have to work together to restore this Kingdom back to the way it was...."

Kimora lifted her head up and wiped her face.

"I guess I can give you........I mean give us a chance......there's nothing else better to do anyway....."

She got up and left the room as her servants went to go prepare her for their appearance in the city.

"Don't worry she'll come around one of these days..." Priestess Mana said cheerfully.

"Yeah but I wish it would be sooner than later....."

Priest Seto left with his servants and Priestess Mana just sighed as she left Kimora's room bumping into Priestess Morgana.

Inside the Hallway of the Palace...

"How did you get in here?"

"I don't mean to cause you any trouble but one of my fellow Priestesses have informed me that one of your guards were responsible for the death of our Priestess Ana and our messenger. And I wanted to get this matter clear before anything bad happens."

"Queen Kimora is busy but I'll take you to her anyway."

"Thank you...."

Priestess Mana took Priestess Morgana to the preparation room were Kimora was still getting ready.

Inside the Preparation room...

"Kimora?" Priestess Mana said.

"What?" Kimora said.

"Priestess Morgana has come from Ashta city to speak with you."

"What is it?"

"Sorry for disturbing you but one of my fellow Priestesses have informed me that one of your guards were responsible for the death of our Priestess Ana and our messenger. They say that the guards mistook them for thieves and killed them." Priestess Morgana said.

"That's a damn lie...."

"I know it is. But Queen Teania came back in tears and she locked herself up in her room refusing to speak to anyone."

"Who made up this filthy lie?"

"Priestess Victoria..."

"You mean the long blonde haired woman that came to the city earlier with Teania..."

"Yes ma'am."

"Okay then well you tell Teania and whoever else is caught up in these silly rumors that the Pharaoh's guards are not responsible for the death of your comrades. I'm sorry about their deaths but I am not the one to be blamed. Half of our guards died in our fight with....the darkness.....and the other half were protecting all our people so you tell Priestess Victoria that before she wants to lie about something get her damn facts straight...."

"Yes ma'am we realize that you were fighting a battle because with the bright beams, roars of the Ka's, and the shaking of the ground we knew that you were at war with something that's one of the reasons why Queen Teania came to this city, she wanted to make sure everything was okay...."

"Well what was her other reason for coming to the city?"

"Well Queen Teania wrote a letter to Pharaoh Atemu telling him how she felt about him and we sent a messenger out to deliver it but she never came back so Priestess Ana decided to take it herself and she never came back so Queen Teania and Priestess Victoria went together to deliver the letter themselves and that's.........and that's when they found Priestess Ana and our messenger lying in the desert dead."

"Are you okay?"

"Yes ma'am."

"So Teania's main reason for coming here was to tell Atemu how she felt not to see about our city? correct?"

(gulp) "Yes ma'am."

"There's no need to be afraid of me. I just wanted to know the truth as did you correct?"

"Yes ma'am."

"Good then. Is their anything else that needs clarification?"

"No ma'am. Thank you for your time. I must return to Ashta now...."

"Why don't you stay awhile we are going to have a party!" Priestess Mana said.

"I don't think that would be such a good idea because I really have to go."

"Well you're welcome to stay if you like..." Kimora said.

"Thank you ma'am but I will go now."

"Very well until we meet again then......farewell."

"Goodbye."

Priestess Morgana left and rode as quickly as she could back to Ashta. She finally knew the truth and was able to prove Priestess Victoria wrong.

Inside the Temple of Ashta....

When Priestess Morgana returned Queen Teania was seated on the throne with Priestess Victoria beside her.

"Where have you been Morgana?" Queen Teania said.

"I have been to Meretseger."

"Why?"

"To find the truth?"

"Truth about what?"

"About who really killed my sister and our messenger."

"We already know who did it Morgana. I just can't believe Kimora would stoop that low."

"What are you talking about?"

"Isn't it obvious Kimora sent those guards out to get rid of the your sister and that messenger so that Queen Teania wouldn't get a chance to tell the Pharaoh how she felt before he died because Kimora knew that the Pharaoh would eventually dump Kimora for our lovely Queen." Priestess Victoria said.

"You guys are sick...I can't believe you would believe that rubbish Queen Teania."

"But it all makes sense Morgana what's not to believe."

"Maybe you're not fit to be Queen after all..."

Priestess Victoria stood up and slapped Priestess Morgana across the face but Priestess Morgana just slapped her back.

"How dare you?"

"You don't have to worry about me anymore. I don't want to be your Priestess anymore if all you ever believe is lies. But I guess that's the story of your life huh Teania. Someone tells you a lie you believe it and end up screwing up everything then saying I'm sorry thinking its all going to be better. If that's what it takes to get you to believe then believe this......I am not your Priestess anymore. I'd be damned if I put my life on the line for you ever again."

Priestess Morgana stormed out the Temple and left the city.

"What did you tell her Priestess Victoria? Why is everyone against me now? Maybe she's is right. Maybe I need to stop believing all these lies."

"Are you calling me a liar Teania?"

"Yes I am. So what of it?"

"Well your right. I did lie. To keep Kimora from beating your ass. It's your fault. If you weren't so worried about Atemu and if you would have been more concerned about your own people then Priestess Ana and that messenger wouldn't have been killed, He doesn't love you anyway and he never did so why do you waste your time?"

"Get the Hell out of my Temple!!!"

"Fine I'll leave but its like Priestess Morgana said: Someone tells you a lie you believe it and end up screwing up everything then saying I'm sorry thinking its all going to be better. You are such a sad excuse for a Queen. Your father is probably tossing and turning in his grave right now...."

Queen Teania slapped Priestess Victoria and then the guards came in and escorted Priestess Victoria out the Temple.

"Are you okay Madame?"

"Yes but we need to prepare for our journey to Meretseger."

"Why?"

"I need to set things straight once and for all. I know I messed up badly but I plan to fix it this time. I've realized the mistakes I've made and maybe I am not cut out for ruling this city.....I want one of you to summon my sister from Greece and tell her to come to Ashta so that one of them may take my place....My days as a Queen are over......"

Queen Teania set her crown down on her throne and went up into her room to get ready to go and see Kimora.....
