The Fire Swamp

Me: Okay everyone time for one of the funnier parts of the movie. The Fire Swamp! Well at least I think it's funny.

Me: On with the fic.

As Seto and Kisara are running they see Stephen and the other guys.

Seto: It seems your pig fiancée is too late. A few more steps and we'll be safe in the Fire Swamp.

Kisara: We'll never survive!

Seto: Nonsense, you're only saying that because no one ever has.

(Soon they reach the Fire Swamp.)

Me: You know in my opinion it doesn't really look that different from any other desolate horrid swamp.

Seto: Kisara, I'm not trying to get you worried but everywhere I go I hear these voices.

Kisara: Actually you're not alone. I'm starting to hear voices too. Sounds like a crazed 14-year-old Otaku.

The two shrugged and keep walking.

A few minutes later.

Seto: It's not that bad.

Kisara *Gives him a what the hell are you talking about look. *

Seto: I'm not saying I'd like to build a summer home here, but the trees are actually quite lovely.

A slight popping sound is heard and soon a flame spurt comes and lights Kisara's dress on fire.

Seto forces Kisara to sit down and he puts out the fire somehow.

Seto: Well that was an adventure. You hurt?

Kisara: Hell no! Sorry got a little bold over the past 5 years.

(A/N A little dose of randomness that was not from your local female teen Otaku.)

Seto: *Guides Kisara through the Fire Swamp and helping her avoid the fire spurts. * Well one thing I will say is that the Fire Swamp certainly keeps you on your toes.

Later

Seto: This will all soon be nothing but a happy memory because Kazuki's ship "Revenge" is anchored at the far end. And I, as you know, am Kazuki.

Kisara: But how can that be possible? Since he's been marauding for 20 years and you only left me 5 years ago.

Seto: I myself am often surprised by life's little quirks.

Another flame spurt comes and Seto picks up Kisara.

Seto: You see what I told you before was true. It intrigued Kazuki, as did my descriptions of your beauty. Finally Kazuki decided something. He said, "All right Seto, I never had a valet. You can try it for tonight. I'll most likely kill you in the morning." Three years he said that. "Good night, Seto. Good work. Sleep well. I'll most likely kill you in the morning." It was a fine time for me, I was learning to fence, fight, anything anyone could teach me. And Kazuki and I eventually became friends. And then it happened.

Kisara: What? Go on.

Seto: Well Kazuki had grown so rich he wanted to retire. So he took me to his cabin and told me his secret.

*Picks Kisara up bridal style. *

Seto: "I am not the Dread Pirate Kazuki." He said. "My name is Yami. I inherited this ship from the previous Dread Pirate Kazuki, just as you will inherit from me. The man I inherit it from was not the real Dread Pirate Kazuki either. His name was Shadi. The real Kazuki has been retired for the past few years and been living like a king in Japan."

(A/N See get it? Kazuki as in Kazuki Takahashi as in the guy who made Yu-Gi-Oh.)

Seto: Then he told me that the name is the important thing to inspire the necessary fear. You see no one would surrender to the Dread Pirate Seto.

Me: ^_^ I would!

Seto: O…kay. Anyway we sailed ashore, took on an entirely new crew and he stayed aboard for awhile as first mate, all the time calling me Kazuki. Once the crew believed, he left the ship, and I have been Kazuki ever since. Except now that we're together, I shall retire and hand over the name to someone else. Is everything clear to you?

Kisara: Kinda.

Seto placed Kisara on the ground but then she sinks

Seto: *Grabs a vine and dives in. *

For the next few minutes there is nothing but soon Seto and Kisara get out.

Kisara: We'll never succeed! We might as well die here!

Seto: No, no we've already succeeded. I mean what are the three terrors of the Fire Swamp? One, the Flame Spurts. No problem. There's a popping sound preceding each one, we can avoid that. Two, the Lightning Sand. But you were clever enough to discover what that looks like, so in the future we can avoid that too.

Kisara: Seto, what about the R.O.U.S.'s?

Seto: Rodents of Unusual size? I don't think they exist.

In that very instant an R.O.U.S attacks Seto.

Seto: *Struggles to get the stupid thing off him*

Kisara: *Sighs and rolls her eyes. Then she summons her KA AKA Blue Eyes White Dragon and kills the R.O.U.S. Wow lots of acronyms. *

Seto: O_O Where did you learn to do that?

Kisara: Hey when a girl is forced to marry against her will with a snobbish prince who will do anything, a girl has to protect herself.

Seto: Okay… let's get the hell out of here.

Soon they indeed got the hell out of there.

Kisara: We did it!

Seto: There now was that so bad?

Just as the happy couple was going to kiss, the Jerkwad Squad arrives.

Stephen: Surrender!

Seto: You mean you wish to surrender to me. Very well I accept. ^_^

Stephen: I give you full marls for bravery don't make yourself a fool.

Seto: Ah but how will you capture us? We know the secrets of the Fire Swamp. We can live there for quite some time. So whenever you feel like dying, feel free to visit.

Stephen: I'll tell you again, Surrender!

Seto: Will not happen!

Stephen: For the last time surrender!

Seto: DEATH FIRST!

Kisara: Will you promise not to hurt him!?

Stephen: What was that?

Seto: What was that?

Kisara: If we surrender and I return with you. Will you promise not to hurt him?

Stephen: May I live a thousand years and never hunt again.

Kisara: He is a sailor on the pirate ship "Revenge". Promise to return him to his ship.

Stephen: I swear it will be done.

Kisara and Seto look into each other's eyes.

Stephen: *Whispers to Lector* Once we're out of sight, take him back to Florin and throw him in the Pit of Despair.

Lector: Ah swear it will be done.

Back to our not so happy couple

Kisara: I thought you were dead once, and it almost destroyed me. I could not bare it if you died again. Not when I can save you.

Kisara is then swooped on to the horse by Stephen the Jerkwad and they leave.

Lector: Come sir, Ah must take you to ya'll ship.

Seto: We are men of action. Lies do not become of us.

Lector: Well spoken sir.

Seto: Hey wait a minute. You have a Western accent.

Lector: Do y'all have a problem?

Seto: No but someone is looking for you and they want their little brother back.

Lector: *Hits Seto on the head.*
