Honesty and Trust is the Key of Togetherness

At late evening Seto awoke and realized what happened. He awoke covered in Raven's sheets. He saw her and was delighted to see that she was naked as he. He got up,

put on his clothes and armor, after that he got put a piece of paper from a small black book that was in his pocket and wrote down a letter. He then put the letter on the other side of her bed and saw her, she was cold he then tucked her in with the blankets and left.

In the morning Raven awoke to rain, it was hitting her terrace window with power and fervor. Raven then suddenly came back to reality she remembered her wish, and then turned to see if Seto was still there, she turned on her right side and he was gone. There wasn't even an imprint of him ever being there. She put her hand on his side and felt a paper. She looked at the paper; it was a note from Seto it read:

Dear Raven,

I'm sorry I left, but the only reason I did was because if I awoke next to you naked and someone found us we would get in trouble. Like you said nobody can find out about us until the war is over. I really want to be with you I want us to be seen around together but, alas, we can't. I'm so sorry. Please meet me at my watchtower later on today I'll be there.

Raven held the letter tightly. She stared at Seto's area until she held the sheets around her. Her lower body ached; she was clutching the sheet as if to cease the pain. Her feet touched the cold stone floor of the castle. Just then a knock was on her door, "Miss Raven!" It was Eleanor her lady-in-waiting.

"Miss Raven time for your bath." She knocked. When she heard the calling, Raven took off the sheet and put on her under gown from last night. "Yes Eleanor I'm coming." Raven responded.

The bath water was really hot, she never liked hot baths, but for some reason she didn't mind. She never felt any different inside, despite the pain. Its like as if there was a hollow spot in her like something was carved out-if Seto was with her she wouldn't fell the way she felt right now. But she also felt free. That feeling had scared her.

After her bath she got dressed and made her bed. When she saw her sheet she saw a dark stain. She blushed a deep crimson realizing where it came from. She used her powers to get rid of it and thank god, it was gone. After her bed was made she decided to lie down and wait until she could go to see Seto.

When she got up she told Eleanor that she was going to visit Armand. Instead she want to Seto's watchtower, she opened the door climbed the stairs and found him. "Raven good afternoon." He greeted.

"Hello, I got your letter." Raven responded.

"Raven I'm sorry if someone found us we could get in trouble, you for giving up your `betrothal' and me for bedding with the enemy."

"I understand Seto I just wish we can be together and not hiding it."

"Oh…I forgot something." Seto said as he put his hands around her neck tying a golden necklace. "Late birthday present from me Raven it came all the way from Italy." Raven looked at it. She loved it, it was really beautiful.

"Oh…Seto…its…its…beautiful." She was speechless. "I'm glad you love it."

"Seto as much as I would love to stay here I have to go but, please meet me tonight at the Temple Gardens its important. She then left to her kingdom. Later on that evening Seto met Raven at the Temple Gardens. "Seto!" she said.

"I'm here Raven what is it?" Seto responded

"Did you bring them?"

"Yes I did." Seto brought the White Rose cards. "Raven what do you want with these?"

"I'm going to give you the spell…I love you and I know we can trust each other so I'm going to give you the spell."

"But Raven are you sure?"

"Seto I am so here give me your hand." Seto touched her hand and then she chanted an old welsh chant. Giving Seto the power to control the cards and to use the spell. "There I know you love me and I can trust you."

"Raven…I won't abuse this I promise."

"Thank you Seto." Raven said as she kissed him passionately.

A month later

Ever since Raven and Seto made love to each other a month ago Raven usually felt sick. She also had pains in her lower abdomen. She then realized what was wrong she was pregnant. And she knew who the father was, Seto. She had to him.

One day Seto came to visit her. "RAVEN! RAVEN!" he yelled as he knocked. "Seto! Are you insane?!" Raven asked, "I'm right here you don't have to yell!"

"Sorry Raven…well." Just then her mother called her. "RAVEN! I need to talk to you.!" Her mother said.

"I'm sorry Seto meet me at the fields…GO!" Raven said.

"RAVEN!" Juliana yelled.

"See you then Raven." Seto said as her left. The next day Raven was sitting underneath the bench waiting for Seto, he just came. "Hey." Seto said.

"Hello." Raven responded.

"What did you want to tell me." Seto said as her gave her a rose. She was nervous to tell him that she was pregnant with his child. Sure she was happy that she was carrying his child, but how would he feel? She just HAD to tell him.

"I'll just say it Seto, I'm…pregnant with your child." Seto was speechless he didn't know what to say. Instead her hugged her. "Seto…you're not upset?"

"Raven…why would I be? I'm happy for the both of us…your carrying MY child, not Yugi's…mine."

"Seto what am I going to tell my mother?"

"Raven…until this war is over your going to tell her…I'm going to regret this…tell her that you and Yugi are having a child."

"Seto…are you sure?"

"Like I said I'm regretting this…but there is something I want to ask you."

"Really? What is it?" Seto then held her hands and asked Raven. "Raven Le Fay…will you marry me?"

"Seto…" Raven was shocked but she hugged him. "Of course I would Christian Rosenkreuz…we can get married now!"

"How?"

"We can go to Austria…I can get my friend Armand to do the ceremony."

"Isn't that the kingdom for Priest and Priestesses?"

"Yes."

"But that a hundred miles from here."

"Lets just go I told my mother I'm going to visit him…lets go." They then took that hour ride to Austria. "ARMAND!"

"Did someone call my name?" A young prince of fifteen with a voice of a goth answered. His name was Armand the young Prince of Austria-a member of the clergy. "Yes I was asking if you could perform a marriage ceremony today in private." Raven responded.

"I can but who and who?" Armand asked.

"Me…and Christian Rosenkreuz."

"You…YOU MEAN SETO COMMANDER OF THE YORK ARMY?!"

"You have a problem with that?"

"No…its just…wait till Juliana hears about this!"

"ARMAND! NO ONE is going to hear about this! Got it?"

"Okay I'll swear secrecy…lets just do the ceremony." They then got to the sacred chapel…no one was there just Armand, Raven, and Seto. "We are gathered here today to unite these people in holy matrimony now you know what happens no annulling the marriage. As Christians we must keep to our love, now Christian Rosenkreuz will you take Raven, to be your wife?"

"I will." Seto answered

"And will you Raven take Seto to be your husband?"

"I will." Raven responded.

"Now by the power vested in me by our Lord and Savior, in the name of the father, the lord and the holy spirit I know pronounce you husband and wife you may now kiss Raven."

"Thank you Armand now NO ONE knows!"

" I know." After the ceremony Raven and Seto rode to go to his watchtower. "I can't believe I'm Lady Rosenkruez." Raven said in joy.

"Aren't you happy Raven?" Seto asked.

"I am Seto. If the war ends we can get married for real and you can be my king and I'll be your queen."

"I just can't believe we're having a child…" Seto said as he put his hand on her stomach, "I hope it's a boy."

"Seto…don't tempt mother nature… and there is he or she will be beautiful." At that moment the couple shared a passionate kiss.
