Well, I decided to start a series of song-fics to create one story.
So yeah, here it goes.

Chapter 1 : In this Diary

Yami sat in his room with the gang. They were talking of plans on how they would spend their summer.

Here in this diary,
I write you visions of my summer.
It was the best I ever had.
There were choruses and sing - alongs,
and that unspoken feeling of knowing,
right now is now is all that matters.

Serenity laughed as Joey and Tristan argued over which one would play game longer this year. She looked to her right and smiled at Yami, he smiled back and laughed as Tristan threw his shoe at Joey.

All the nights we stayed up talking,
and listening to 80's songs;
quoting lines from all those movies that we love.
It still brings a smile to my face,
I guess when it comes down to it...

Isis shook her head and hit Tristan in the arm.
"Leave Joey alone!"

"He started it!"

Isis opened her mouth to say something but was interrupted by an outburst of laughter, as Joey tackled Tristan and he fell over. She sweat dropped.

Being grown up isn't half as fun as growing up:
These are the best days of our lives.
The only thing that matters,
is just following your heart,
and eventually you'll finally get it right.

Everything seemed perfect at this point. Almost nothing wrong was happening, except for Tristan and Joey's usual arguing. Mai had now joined the group and was yelling at the two boys. Isis and Ryo shook their heads, while Duke just continued to laugh at the boys, who were hitting each other as if they were five years old, fighting over a toy.

Breaking into hotel swimming pools,
and wreaking havoc on our world.
Hanging out at truck stops just to pass the time.
The black - tops singing me to sleep.
Lighting fireworks in parking lots,
illuminate the blackest nights.

After a while the gang decided to go get pizza. Sitting in the pizza parlor Joey, Tristan, and Duke decided to have an eating contest. Mai and Isis laughed about gossip, Serenity and Yami just sat there holding hands looking at everything, that was going on.

Cherry cokes under this moonlight summer sky.
2015 Riverside, it's time to say, "goodbye."
Get on the bus, it's time to go.

Yami pulled Serenity outside, and began running towards the beach. Joey and the rest of the gang looked after them in confusion. Joey was about to go after them but, Isis stopped him.

"She will be okay." Isis stated firmly and Joey nodded.

When Yami and Serenity reached the beach they ran to the water. However Yami tripped and fell, taking Serenity with him.

Serenity laughed as they fell onto the wet sand and the tide washed them over. There was a sigh and they both layed there on the beach, looking at the sky. Yami, kissed her forehead and whispered a silent I love you. She smiled and snuggled closer to him.

Serenity rest her head on Yami's shoulder with his hand still in hers. They looked at each other and smiled softly. The distance between their faces closed and there was a kiss of passion that seemed to last forever.
