“Yugi, I am sorry to bring you this news. But, you have been diagnosed with leukemia. Because you were diagnosed so late, it is in its final stage, and you have less then 6 months left to live.

Yugi faints dead away after his tears had fallen. Jou had just walked back into the room, coming back from the cafeteria.
“Yugi?? Doc, what’s wrong with Yugi?!” The doctor slowly turns his head towards Jou,
“Jounuchi, your friend…I am sorry to bring you such terrible news, your friend, has cancer, it is too far along to be helped any. He has to remain here for the last 6 months he has. We can only give him medicine for the inevitable pain.” Jou’s hands are clenched into fists, his fists are shaking, he is fighting off tears,
“Please Doc…please tell me your lying!! Yugi is too young to die! He can’t die yet!!” His tears finally spill over, they are streaming down his face. Ryou and Malik had walked in after the doctor left the room. They see Jou sitting by an unconscious Yugi in his room. Jou’s face is tear stained, he is just staring at Yugi. Malik raises an eyebrow and Ryou looks worried. He walks over to Jou, and puts a hand on Jou’s shoulder,
“Jou? What’s wrong? What happened?” Jou turns his head, he looks up at Ryou, eyes bloodshot and puffy, his voice cracks as he explains to Ryou and Malik,
“G-Guys……Yugi……Yugi is gonna……gonna……die. He…He has c-c-cancer. He……He only has s-s-six months……l-left.” He breaks down crying again. Ryou’s eyes go really wide, Malik’s smirk disappears.
Nighttime in an old cabin
Yami had woken up later then the others had. Everyone else had gone out hunting. He grabs a couple of big blood packets from a refrigerator, and throws them in the microwave to heat up. He didn’t feel like going out hunting, besides he had an idea for a new song for their new album. He grabs the now hot packets of blood from the microwave and carries them back to his room. He grabs his one guitar, humming the tone to the new song he has. He rips open one of the packets open, and guzzles it down.

No Sleep
No Sleep until I’m done, finding the answer

Yami puts his red pen down to open another packet of blood. He also guzzles that down as well. He picks up his pen again, and writes down more lyrics.

“gods Yami! Already, its only been six months!!”
“So what Bakura! I can’t fucking help it if I get an idea now can I!” The others sigh, Seto takes Mokuba and Noa to their rooms. Bakura and Marik are mumbling, and Yami goes back to work.

Just as Yami finished the song and the blood packet, his cellphone rings loudly.
Back at the hospital…
The Make a Wish Foundation had come visited Yugi after he woke up. Yugi had said to them that he had wished to meet the band Set’s Servants. The young lady smiled sadly at him, but nodded, saying she will try her best. The lady leaves the hospital to use her cellphone.
<Hello? Is this a Mr. Yami?>
>Yea…who are you and what do you want<
<I am Ms. Katrina Black, I am from the Make a Wish Foundation>
>Yes Ms. Katrina…<
<Would it be possible if you and your band may come to Domino Hospital to visit a young man who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia, it was his wish to meet your band, he wanted nothing else.>
>I see. Very well, my band and I shall come to the hospital now, if that is alright<
<That will be fine, I will see you soon> She hangs up her cellphone, and goes back to Yugi’s room to let him know the good news.
“Yugi, the band Set’s Servants are on their way here right now. You will be able to meet them soon.” Yugi’s pale face lights up some, his eyes have some of the twinkle that they had lost because he has been so ill.
“Thank You so much Ms. Katrina you have no idea what this means to me. Will my friends be able to be here when they come??”
“Yes Yugi, and you are very welcome.” She smiles, and leaves the room. His friends are in shock at the news, Yugi chuckles some, and falls lightly asleep, the bands CD, “Blood Bath” (1) in his hand.
At the Cabin,
“Come we are leaving, I promised we would visit a boy at the hospital.” Marik groans,
“Why did you have to go and do that? I don’t want to go.”
“You are coming whether you like it or not. We will travel the shadows this night.”
“Can we come too Yami?” ask Mokuba and Noa who make puppy dog faces. Yami chuckles,
“No wonder you always get your meals so easily. Yes you may come.” Noa and Mokuba grin at each other, and they give each other a brief kiss. Seto just rolls his eyes. All of them then run quickly through the shadows, arriving at the hospital 15 minutes later.
They are shown to Yugi’s room. Yugi’s friends are scattered throughout the room, lightly dozing. Yami gestures for his bloodline to be quiet. When they walk in, all of them are startled, besides Seto, Noa, and Mokuba. They see that Yugi and his friends, besides Jou all look like them. Bakura hisses to Yami,
“Why the hell do they look like us??!”
“I don’t know Bakura, I will find out though.” Yami is gazing at the sleeping boy in the hospital bed.
