YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! THIS FIC IS THREE MEN IN A SEXUAL/ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP!!!
And sorry for my 6 year break… I moved away and became an adult and all that good stuff but now I’m back and working on lots a stuff!! I hope you all don’t hate me… but look at this way all that life experience shaped me into a better story teller… :D Bakura is OOC in the next few chapters. One final thing… the remainder of the chapters will not be anything like the first few chapters. I’m actually going to build this bad boy into something.
The Cops are on the hunt for evidence. Akefia and Bakura’s relationship starts to shift. Ryou wonders what the future holds for them and the boys give little Ryou a gift.

Ryou yawned as he pulled himself out of bed. He couldn’t help but smile at the sight across the sheets from him. Bakura was snuggled up into Akefia’s embrace. Both of the white haired men were still sound asleep. Ryou really did feel bad for Bakura… he seemed so shaken last night. He had never seen the spirit like that before. He decided not to dwell on it right now as much as he wanted to. Ryou crawled out of bed and dressed himself for school. He had a lot of work to catch up on since he left early yesterday.
The white haired hikari skipped breakfast and headed towards the front door. He stepped outside the house he shared with his two lovers and locked the door. He started towards his car when he noticed a black SUV parked across the street with tinted windows. The SUV just screamed police. He would text Akefia about this later when he was in class to give him a heads up.
Ryou jumped in his car, put his seat belt on and started the engine, pushing it into the reverse he backed slowly out of the driveway. He sat on the street for a second checking out the SUV before taking off towards the university.
Once he was out of sight he sent a quick text to Akefia.
-Cops are outside please be careful. Love you. RB-
Akefia was startled by the buzzing of his cell phone. His eyes fluttered open and was met with a cloud of white hair pushed against his face. He let his eyes fall down on the spirit wrapped up his arms. He placed a gentle kiss on Bakura’s forehead before untangling himself from his partner. He was careful not to wake the sleeping spirit.
Peeking out the bedroom window he saw the black SUV as well. He growled under his breath before picking up the phone.
“Hello, Akefia Touzokuoh's office, Missy speaking, how can I help you today?”
“It’s Akefia… I’m not coming into today. Family emergency. Can you forward all important calls to my cell and rebook all my meetings?”
“Yes sir. I hope everything works out for you.”
“Me too.”
“Anything else I can do for you sir?”
“Nope. Have a good day Missy.”
“You too sir.”
Click.
Akefia hated how cheery his secretary sounded all on the phone. No one can be that happy and cheerful all the time. He glanced back at his sleeping lover with a heavy sigh. Bakura had gotten too cocky over the years but luckily for him the police had totally jumped the gun, so to speak, during the arrest. There was good chance he would walk away this time… but now they had his name in the system and his finger prints. That could be trouble if the spirit touched a door or wall without thinking to wipe it off. However no one would ever find the bodies of his victims, considering they were banished to the Shadow Realm.
Sometimes the thief was jealous that Bakura had control over Shadow Magic, something himself and Ryou didn’t. Akefia had the gift of gab or the power of persuasion. Being able to sell an iceberg to an Eskimo came in handy. How else would a 5000 year old tomb robber be running a Credit Card company? Ryou was the gentle heart of the three. Always wanted to help everyone and well known people pleaser. A doctor seemed a good fit for the young man. Bakura however was immature at the best times, loud mouth, demented and bitter. He was the asshole of the group and lived up the notion well.
The white haired thief yawned and stepped away from the window. He threw on a pair of tight jeans and headed straight for the coffee pot in the downstairs kitchen. Coffee was by the far the best invention in the known universe, in his opinion. If Ryou would let him he would have moved said coffeemaker to the bedroom. With the coffee brewing Akefia pulled out the frying pan, four eggs, a pound of bacon (the second greatest invention ever), and a bag of hash browns. He popped two slices of bread in the toaster and started making breakfast fit for a thief king.
The sizzling smell of bacon and coffee filled the house with its sweet aroma. The ancient thief set the table for two when Bakura wandered in the kitchen. Without a word the spirit plopped himself into the wooden chair and rested his elbows on the brown oak table. Akefia poured two cups of coffee and mixed in the cream and sugar before setting one in front of the pale spirit, keeping the other for himself.
“How are you feeling this morning?” the thief asked quietly.
“Meh,” was Bakura’s only reply. The spirit yawned and took a swig of the hot liquid.
“Well it looks like you and I are housebound today.” Akefia added as he dished up the food, piling the bacon high on both plates. Setting one in front of the spirit he took a seat at the table cross from his pale lover.
“What do you mean?” Bakura snapped coldly as he dug into the spread of food on his plate.
“There’s a police surveillance van parked outside our front door.” Akefia pointed out, motioning to the window. Bakura made no attempt to verify this information.
“Just great….” Bakura huffed as he stuffed the remainder of his bacon into his mouth.
“Look, Bakura, I hate to be the one having this conversation with you. I really do. You know Ryou and I love you, correct?” Akefia paused. Bakura remained quiet and simply nodded. “I know having the Shadow Magic within your powers makes you want to pick this… career path… but it’s time this stops. You need to figure out something else to do to bring in cash. Ryou and I could not bare losing you. Yes, you may get away with it this time. Yes, you may never get caught. But, what happens if you do get caught red handed? You can’t just send the entire legal system to the Shadow Realm. That would draw too much attention and when people start asking questions… well you can’t send all those people to the Shadow Realm either. What would be the end of it all? Three quarters of the human population just vanishing into thin air? Do you see where I’m going with this?” Akefia voice raised as his lecture towards his spirit lover ended.
“I see your point but it’s my decision what I chose to do.” Bakura retorted.
“Really? Do the combined feelings of Ryou and myself mean nothing to you?” Akefia snapped. He quickly reeled back and tried not to let his temper get in the way. This was so much easier with clients. “If you are willing to reconsider I can get you a position in my office… or anywhere else for that matter. You know what having me a reference can do for a person’s career?” the thief added with a chuckle.
“Why do I have a feeling at some point Ryou is also going to try this conversation with me?” Bakura mulled.
“Will you at least consider it?” the thief asked pleadingly.
“Alright, if you just drop it for right now,” Bakura responded with a sigh. “I’m going to take a shower.” The pale spirit muttered, pushing himself up from his chair.
“Whatever Gangsta.”

Domino City Police Department
Officer Maiouza looked at the black tape recorder as she waited for the knock at the door. She didn’t have to wait long. She rushed around her desk and opened the office door.
“Hello, you must be Dr. Ichigaki.” The young officer said with a smile.
“Yes, I’m fluent in nine African and middle eastern languages. Egyptian is my native tongue. Now you said you had a tape you wanted me listen to?” The older tanned man inquired.
“Yes this is a tape from the interview room of our suspect and his partner,” she explained as she played the tape recording of Akefia and Minamino talking in their native tongue.
The older man listened to the tape. He furrowed his brow when the tape finished. “Well… this is new… I have never heard this dialectal before. The mannerisms are similar to the Egyptian language but this isn’t… Having the knowledge I do I can pick up words that are used throughout their speech like you and on. Those words are used by both speakers but I have no idea what those words mean or what is being said. I’m sorry but I cannot help you.” The doctor explained. “I have a few friends who might be able to help you.” He offered as he stood up from his seat. “I will email you their contact information.”
The young officer escorted the older man out to the door, once she shut the door she cursed under her breath. Either they had the wrong guy or he was really, really, good. The only thing they had on Minamino was a snitch and a phone call where he only agreed to collect the money. He didn’t bring any weapons to the scene, believing he had a gun or a knife caused them to pounce on him as soon as he arrived. A fatal mistake. Of all the missing men owing gambling or drug debts that Minamino could be a suspect for had no link to the said suspect. No body, no murder weapon, no evidence of a murder, not a drop of blood… not even a bloody finger print.
She was desperate to find anything linking him to just one of the missing men. The families of these men deserved justice, answers and most importantly closure. The one case that bothered her the most was the disappearance of a young boy, Yuugi Motou. His older brother had a feud with the pale Egyptian man in question. A week later the young teen was missing.

Bakura brushed his wet hair out. As annoying as the simple task could be at times it was impossible not to brush the mane of white hair that cascaded pass his shoulders. Tossing the brush in the cabinet with the rest he made his way across the hall to grab fresh clothes. Black pants and blue and white striped shirt.
The spirit padded barefoot down the stairs. He could hear the television playing in the den. He passed through the white cupboard kitchen, into the entrance way and standing in the doorway leading into the living room. He couldn’t help but smirk to himself. Akefia was setting on the hardwood floor with a pillow under his ass, with the broken pieces of the priceless vase laid out in front of him. A small tube of super glue sat on the floor beside him.
“Hey ‘kura.” Akefia greeted as he tried to fit pieces of the puzzle in front of him together.
“Need some help?” the pale spirit offered, he pushed himself off the wall he was leaning against and grabbed a cushion to sit on across from his tanned lover.
“This is seriously like an impossible puzzle! Fucking frustrating!” the taller male huffed, tossing the rejected piece back into the pile.
“Not so hard.” Bakura muttered as he glued two pieces of vase together.
“Careful with the glue, it’s super hold glue. I don’t want an ‘American Pie’ incident.” The thief poked with a light chuckle.
“Are you implying I’m foolish enough to masturbate with super glue?” Bakura grimaced with a raised eyebrow.
“Let’s just make sure it doesn’t find its way to the bedside table.” Akefia added with a snicker. “Success!” He shouted as he found two more pieces to glue together.
“I’m going to need to check all the lubes after this aren’t I?” Bakura questioned as he caught the underlining joke in Akefia’s words.
“Maybe.” Akefia replied trying to keep a serious face, even narrowing his eyes to make Bakura shudder.

Ryou groaned as glanced at his watch. He was going to make to his Biology class with mere seconds to spare. Pushing his way into the room he found his seat against the wall near the back. Pulling out his text book and his pen he prepared for the hour and a half of note taking. His mind did not stay with the class he found himself thinking about his life at home. The sex filled weekend was fun as most weekends the three had off together.
However the bliss of it all ended yesterday. He wasn’t scare that Bakura would ever get hurt. He inspired fear in everyone who called on him. Who else can make you disappear without a trace? That’s the guy nobody wanted to mess with. Bakura commanded respect just by walking into a room. The confidence he radiated left Ryou in awe. He was a completely different person behind closed doors. He was defiantly the livelier one of the three. But Bakura in trouble with the law wasn’t a good thing. You can’t just buy your way out of trouble at that level. Once it goes to court you can buy your freedom. Celebrities do it all the time. But in the investigation stage Bakura could get himself into some serious trouble. If the police SUV sitting outside wasn’t enough proof that if Bakura sneezed the wrong way they would kick the door down, he didn’t know what was.
He had a long discussion with Akefia last night about this whole situation and what it could mean to their little love nest. Ryou always believed the less attention they draw to themselves the better and easier life would be. Hell Akefia and Bakura had only shown up the school to drop off forgotten homework or textbook.
If you asked anyone in his classed who Ryou Bakura was almost everyone would look at you funny and say ‘who?’ or ‘you mean the white haired guy in the back of the class?’ or ‘the teacher’s pet?’ and frankly Ryou liked it that way. Being in a polygamist relationship in this day and age was frowned upon by most people, and Ryou felt there was no need for neon signs advertising his personal life. It was a surprising change from his high school days when a friend other than the dark spirit of Bakura was all he wished for.
Akefia’s solution was to offer Bakura a job at MasterCard or at least let Bakura use him as a reference for any real job. Duelling was still a big part of Japan surely Bakura could blow the dust off his old deck if he had to for extra money.
Ryou was lost in thoughts when the class ended and everyone was packing up their books. Ryou glanced down at his paper and thankful he and tuned in to some of what his teacher had said and took some notes but he planned to read over the textbook later.
Ryou joined his classmates in packing up than raced out to his mustang only because trying to get out of school yard during the end of day was worse than downtown rush hour. The green eyed man managed to pull out on the main street without much hassle. The radio played in the background as he headed home. He hadn’t heard a peep from either of lovers and he was unsure if this was good thing or not. Coming home to those two can make life very interesting.
Ryou rolled up in the driveway passing the still parked SUV. He shot the said vehicle a dirty look as he turned towards the door. He paused at the front door and took a deep breath in and exhaled sharply before twisting the doorknob and pushing it opened.
The younger male peeked in the kitchen to find it empty. The living room was also empty, the house was eerily quiet. He scanned the room and was about to head up the stairs when he noticed the patchwork vase sitting on the coffee table. They… fixed it… it wasn’t perfectly repaired but they actually put the effort in to fix it. Ryou could feel his heart swelling up with love and appreciation for his lovers.
Ryou almost jumped out of his skin when Bakura wrapped his arms around him. Feathery kisses on the hikari’s neck had him shivering. The two strong hands played with then hem of his white t-shirt. Ryou leaned against Bakura’s shoulder and the pair of hands slowly caressed over his stomach and chest before dropping back to the hem of the shirt and pulling it upward over the younger male’s head. Bakura’s palms explored the exposed flesh of his lover.
Ryou closed his eyes and rested one hand on Bakura’s thigh the other on the frame on the opening leading into the living room. The spirits skillful fingers found the hikari’s pebbled nipples, he pinched them softly causing the young one to moan lustfully.
The shorter male jumped against when a second pair of hands slid up his thighs. Ryou opened his eyes and looked down at the white haired thief kneeling in front of him. The thief pulled on the button of Ryou’s jeans until it popped open. The zipper was his next victim, hooking his tanned fingers under the waist band of the jeans and cloth boxers Akefia tugged the clothing down until it pooled around Ryou’s ankles.
Akefia’s hot tongue massaged around Ryou’s most sensitive area, without touching the growing erection causing the younger male to whimper in need. Bakura’s fingered continued to tease the hardened nubs, twisting, pinching and tugging gently.
Akefia’s tongue swept up the underside of Ryou’s rock solid member, eliciting another whimper. Bakura slipped his left hand down his hikari’s body to grab a hand full of cute tight ass. He swiftly brought his left hand up to trace over Ryou’s parted lips. Akefia wrapped his hand around the base of the weeping member and took the tip into his mouth suckling gently.
Bakura’s index and middle fingers slipped into Ryou’s mouth. The smaller male sucked on the appendages with the same pattern the thief king was using, slowly pulling the fingers deeper into his mouth. The spirit found himself rocking his hips against Ryou’s lithe backside.
Akefia took more of his lover’s member into his mouth and the speed and pressure of his movements increased. Bakura pulled his fingers out of Ryou’s mouth and returned the wet digits to Ryou’s pert little ass. Bakura rubbed small circles around the tight pucker of Ryou’s entrance. The spirit pushed his index finger pass the tight muscles into the hot passage. The young hikari whimpered at the sensations of Bakura’s fingers moving inside him of, thrusting slowly.
“You like that hikari,” the spirit whispered his question in his hikari’s ear, the hot breath sent shivers down Ryou’s body. His moans grew louder with each flick of the thief’s tongue in combination with the spirits thrusting digits. He could his climax beginning to building under his lovers combined efforts to pleasure him. Bakura’s other hand tweaked the perky nipple under his fingertips.
“Oh god… I’m gunna cum…,” Ryou’s groaned, his body tightened around the spirit’s fingers as the wave his release over took his senses, his hot seed spilled into the thief’s hungry mouth.
“So are we forgiven, kitten?” Bakura whispered as he pulled his fingers from the tight heat.
“Of course. Thank you guys so much, I love you.”
