Sure enough when she looked at his chest a millenium item was sitting agaisnt his chest with a heavy duty lookin chain attached to it. Yugi knew where her gaze was at and didn't have to follow it to check. He kept his focus on her, hard. Mokuba was talking to a young girl, about Jaden's age and was out of ear shot range.

'Let's see how much he knows,' she thought. She bowed her head to him

"Pharoah", she said. As she had thought. He knew. His dark purple eyes flashed scarlet at her for a brief moment.

"Who are you?" he demanded.
She pushed up her sleeve to show him the bracelet that wrapped around her upper arm. It too had the Millenium eye on it and apperaed to be perfectly smooth gold.

"I am the bearer of the Millenium bracelet. I must now bring Mokuba home." she said pushing her way past him. She walked past him, but he grabbed her wrists tightly.

"We need to talk." he said.

"I know." she replied sliding her wrists out from his grasp. When she looked up she saw the girl watching them out of the corner of her eyes. Jaden used the opportunity to seek out questions in her mind about the one named Yugi.

"Leave her alone..." Yugi growled from over her shoulder. Jaden spun around to face him. She didn't say anything to him and instead walked over to Mokuba. There were two other guys there. One with messy blond hair and another guy with brown hair, shaped into a sharp look. The blond guy looked up at her and his eyes were narrowed at her.

"Didja really kick these goons butts?" he asked in amazement.

"Yeah, but it wasn't any fun. I'm Jaden", by way of introducing herself. Mokuba realized that he had left her in the dark and started introducing himself to everyone.

"Jaden, this is Joey, thats Tea`, Tristan and you seem to have met Yugi already."

" Yeah...I have." Jaden turned to everyone there.
"Well, I want to get Mokuba home safely, before anything else happens."

"We will all go, then, Mokuba was with us...he is our friend." Tea` said. Jaden smirked and looked at her.

"Don't trust me?" she asked.

"No, no I didn't say that. I, ah...um..-"

"It's ok, Tea`. It's always a good thing to travel in numbers. Mokuba, please show us the way to your home."

With that Mokuba happily led them to where he lived. Everyone there knew where he lived except for Jaden.

The whole way there Mokuba was talking to everyone, but Jaden and Yugi were deep in thought.

'Another millenium item...what is going to happen to all of us now? Each time an item appears, trouble seems to follow', thought Yugi. Yami emerged to help his friend with the new appearance of the item.

'Yugi, just the fact that we've been through so much should comfort you. We can deal with this one, too. We just need more information.', Yami said. Yugi nodded and proceeded to let Yami take control.

"Jaden, have you ever met Mokuba before?" asked Yami Yugi.
"No."
"Have you met any of the other millenium bearers?"
"Yes, Marik." a chill ran through her body just thinking about him. It was not lost on Yugi.

Mokuba led everyone to his home and stopped in front of a wrought iron gate. Jaden looked up at the huge home and back at Mokuba.

"Kid, you live here?" a hard look plastered on her face. She was trying not to dwell too much on the fact that she had met the pharoah.

"Yeah, I think Seto is still at the office, so do you all want to come in?" he replied cheerfully.

The group responded with nods and Jaden meerly followed them all into the grand home.

'Not bad, sure beats the one room *home* I'm in right now...' Jaden thought miserably to herself.

They were all led through the house and into the back court yard. Back there sat a pool and a small green house.

"Does your brother have a green thumb?" asked Jaden.

"No."

"Oh", she replied.

Joey and Tristan were arguing by the pool. Joey grabbed onto Tristan's shirt and yelled up into his face. Tristan moved up over Joey and yelled back. The next thing that happend, all she could see were arms flying and then a huge splash from the pool! The two surfaced and Jaden started laughing at the deflated looks on their faces.

"Oh my gosh! HAHAHA!! You both look like drowned rats!" Jaden sat down in one of the lawn chairs and held her sides laughing. Tea` blinked a few times at them and started lecturing them.

"You know if you two would argue less, then you wouldn't have fallen into the pool. I-" Joey and Tristan cut her off short by clambering out of the pool, grabbing her and tossing her in. Both guys turned and looked at Jaden, who sat completely still but shaking madly from holding her laughter in. After a few seconds it died away and she could suck in air through her mouth again.

Yugi was at the pool's edge, reaching over the edge to give Tea` a hand. Mokuba, not wanting to be left out, tip-toed over to Yugi and using both hands, shoved him into the pool, head first.

Now YUGI being completely wet, and Yami at that, looked completely ticked off. He looked at Joey, Tristan and Mokuba and even Tea` hooting with laughter. Jaden sat in her chair with a little smirk on her face.

When Tea` and Yugi finally managed to get out of the water, Tea` stood with her arms crossed over her chest. Jaden took off her t-shirt and gave it to Tea` to cover herself up with it. While Jaden was taking her shirt off, all the guys stopped laughing and stared at her for a moment before realizing she was wearing a tank top underneath.

"What are you all looking at?" asked Jaden. She knew very well what they were looking at. All the guys blushed and looked down, excluding Mokuba who took off towards the patio doors behind her. Jaden turned to see why he had run off and saw a tall young man walking towards them all with a very blank, yet hard look on his face.

Yugi had taken off his coat and walked over to the man who now had a babbling Mokuba at his side.
"-and I thought that I was going to get it, but Jaden helped me out. And the rest of the group to." within a few minutes Mokuba had told him out in detail what had happend that afternoon.

"You shouldn't have left on your own. There are a lot of crazy people out there." Jaden realized it was his brother, Seto.

'Just great', she thought. 'I really don't want to go into explanantions and detail.'

Yugi seemed to note her discomfort and went towards Seto, who was now out back with them all. Seto noted Yugi's wet appearance and smiled.

"Usually when people swim they don't wear their clothes to do it." he replied saucily to Yugi. Yugi smiled back and pointed at Mokuba.

"Blame it on the little guy Seto. Very sneaky when he wants to be."

Seto looked down at Mokuba and ruffled his hair. Jaden, meanwhile was looking at his back. She saw a glint of gold from behind him and realized that he must carry the rod everywhere he goes.

"How are the geeks doing?" Face it. Seto is never going to change. At least he wasn't as cold-hearted to him as he once was. "And I guess you're Jaden." he stated staring down upon her. Jaden felt all of her defenses rise.

Yugi walked in between them before Jaden could open her mouth.
"Jaden carries the last millenium item." he stated. Tristan, Joey, Tea` and Mokuba gasped. Seto shot his head up and looked at Yugi then Jaden. Jaden had a broad band of gold encircling the upper part of her arm, she moved her arm slightly and he could see the milleium eye on it, or rather, the eye of horus staring back at him.

"How do we know you can trust you." he growled out, narrowing his eyes at her.

'Geez, you guys are so defensive,' she thought to him. He didn't move so she yelled at him through her mind to his.

'Didn't you hear me, or not?'

Seto raised his head and stared hard at her.

"Yeah, I heard you." he growled out. "But how do we know if we can trust you?"

"Time will tell." she stated. "But I think I should go now."

Jaden started walking towards the patio doors but Yugi looked at Seto and he nodded back. Both millenium bearers moved and blocked her exit.

"You're not going anywhere, Jaden." Seto said.

"Like hell I am," she yelled and tried running around them. Seto grabbed her arm and she pushed him in his chest away from her. Seto smiled and grabbed his rod from behind his dark blue trench coat and held it out before him, aimed at her.

"I promise you, I know how to use the millenium rod, very well." he said dangerously to her. Jaden stared at him and at Yugi who also looked ready to unleash something at her. Jaden could make out Mokuba behind Seto and the rest of the group standing tense behind the two in front.

'Oh, crap. I think I'm in a little bit of trouble...' she thought.

"You bet you are, if you try to run" said Kaiba.

"You are NOT my master and I can leave if I want to." to prove it she started to walk away from them towards the front door. Her backside started to get warm and she spun around to find Yugi just a couple of feet away from her now.

"I'm leaving" she stated, staring into his eyes. She started to feel the bracelet on her arm starting to warm up. She knew her powers hadn't reached their full potential yet but she was still working on it. Even a small bit of her power for a defense shield could drain her enormously.

"Just try." Yugi whispered to her. Now she could feel both her arms warm and the warmth just starting to build up in her hands...in just a second or two...

Mokuba came running forward and past his older brother before Seto could stop him.

"Jaden, I promise you that Seto and Yugi won't hurt you! I swear it! You helped me, now let me help you! Please!" he hand reached her side and was about to touch her arm. She yanked it away from him and backed away to the side. She hand to dispose of the power that was now starting to make her hands shine with the power that was building it up. She fell onto the floor on her knees, as the power began to flow and painfully build up with no release. Jaden started to shake and sweat began to appear on her forehead.

"Just what didn't you plan on doing? Blasting us with that weak bit of power you have? You don't even have enough control over it yet!" Kaiba yelled at her.

Yugi looked sideways at Kaiba as he started walking over towards her. Kaiba still had his rod pointed at Jaden, should she try anything. Before Yugi reached her, Jaden released her powers, back into her own body...

'I didn't want to hurt anyone...' Jaden told Yugi as she felt a sweet darkness penetrating her mind.

"I know" replied Yugi, aloud.

The last thing Jaden saw was Seto walking towards her with a smirk on his face.
