Chapter 2: 1s not a fun number

Joey stumbled home after his beating by Kaiba.

"Serenity!" shouted Joey

"Yes Joey" Serenity answered in a very happy dream like voice

"What's got you so happed up?"

"Oh nothing I'm err going out "

"Where?"

"Umm Sandra's place" lied Serenity

"Kay"

After Serenity left Joey went to the phone;

"RING RING RING"

"Hello is that Mai"

"Yes who is that?" answered Mai

"Hey it's Joey"

"Hi, what do you want?"

"Do you want to go to the movies?" asked Joey sweating like a pig

"Fine meet me at my place at nine"

"Okay" said Joey "SCORE" shouted Joey

At The Cinema

"So what film are we going to see Joey?" Asked Mai

"Texas Chainsaw Massacre" chuckled Joey

"Really?"

"Yeah"

"Cool I wanted to see the original"

After The Movie

Joey is walking Mai home and they begin talking

"So Joey do you think we have a future?" asked Mai

"Wha..?" said Joey quite taken aback by this but the answered with a simple "Maybe"

Joey pulled out a cell phone to ring up Sandra's house.

"Ring Ring"

"Hi Sandra its Joey, Serenity's Brother, Is Serenity there?"

"No, Why" Sandra answered suspiciously

"When Did she leave?"

"What are you on about? She hasn't been here all night!"

"What?"

"Jessica said she saw her with a boy"

"Garr"

"Ring Ring"

"What!!!" Shouted Jessica down the line

"Hi its Joey, Jess have you seen Serenity?"

"Oh I'm not supposed to tell you he he!"

"Tell me what ?"

"I'm not supposed to tell you! Duh"

When Joey got in to his house he waited till two am in the morning waiting for Serenity. When she got home she was alarmed by his presence.

"Ahh" screamed Serenity

"So Have you been and whom have you been with that Jess isn't supposed to tell me about?" said Joey Inquisitively
