Chapter 2- Gathering

Joey sighed as he was looking at Kaiba's face, "I'll do it," he replied. He knew
he wants the money really bad, it was like about forty dollars. (A/N: just made it up).
"That's great puppy, you have to be here about eight in the morning though," Kaiba said as
he saw Joey's expression. "What?! You must be joking," Joey replied angrily, "well, the
meeting is like extra early so I had to leave about eight," Kaiba explained. Joey growled,
"just great, another day wasted!" He said angrily. Kaiba laughed, "too bad puppy, though
I'll be back later at night," Kaiba explained. Joey sighed, "very well, I have to go now
moneybags. Plus, I AM NO DAMN DOG!!!" Joey yelled angrily at him.
Kaiba snickered, "uh huh, so you aren't mutt," he said as he began typing in his laptop.
Joey shook his head and quietly left the office, "Joey! What are you doing here?" Mokuba asked
smiling, "for a business meeting with your brother," Joey replied unhappily. "Oh, are you going to
go and leave now?" Mokuba asked sadly, Joey nodded. "Yea, I have to go and meet up with my sister
and my friends," Joey explained. Mokuba nodded, "sure, could I see you soon?" He asked smiling,
Joey looked at him. He doesn't know that I'm going to baby-sit? Guess Kaiba doesn't want him to
know about the baby-sit thing, he thought smirking. "Sure kid, what about tomorrow early?" He
asked, "awesome! Thank you Joey!" Mokuba cried as he hugged Joey tightly, "augh, Mokuba! Your
squeezing me too hard," he said suddenly. Mokuba laughed nervously, "sorry, I hope brother wouldn't
mind!" Mokuba cried as he ran to his brother's office.
Joey smiled and left the mansion to go to his apartment, when he arrived at his apartment, he
saw Serenity sitting on the couch watching some television. "Hey big brother, where were you?" Serenity
asked worriedly, "I was out looking for my friends," Joey lied to Serenity. Serenity nodded, "where are
we going today?" She asked smiling, "well, why won't we go to the mall? I think that's where everybody
is right now," Joey explained. "In the mall? What for?" Serenity asked, "Yugi's birthday in a week,"
Joey replied. Serenity nodded, "ok, let me go get my stuff," Serenity said as she ran to the guest room
to pick up her stuff. Both arrived at the mall ten minutes later, (A/N: they took a taxi). "Yugi! Over here!"
Joey yelled to his friend who was getting some sodas from the machine.
"JOey! Took you long enough," Yugi said as he handed Joey a Vanilla Coke, "yea, well, I was looking
for you in the arcade," Joey replied. "Oh, you should have called Ryou's cell phone," Yugi explained. Joey
looked down, "I had no idea he had one," he said unhappily. "Yugi, where are you?" A girl's voice sang out
loud, Yugi winced. "What's wrong?" Serenity asked, "TeA, she's been all over my back since you left us," Yugi
explained to Joey and Serenity. TeA ran over to the group and hugged Yugi, "there you are! I was getting worried!
Why did you left me?" TeA asked worriedly as she looked at Serenity angrily, "ah, I was looking for Joey," Yugi
began. "Bakura! Give it back!" A voice cried, they looked ahead of them and saw Ryou trying to get his camera.
"Looks like Bakura is flirting with his hikari," Yugi's Yami said as he came out of the puzzle. "Bakura!" Ryou cried
angrily as he tackled Bakura onto the floor.
TeA looked at the two boys, "are you two together?" She asked disgusted, "what? Of course we are!" Bakura
replied as he gave Ryou's camera back. TeA looked embarrassed, "hey Yami! Let's get out of here!" She cried grabbing
his arm, Yami slapped TeA hard on the cheek. "Get away you slut! I know you've been trying to get Yugi away from me!"
Yami said angrily, "why would I do that? I love Yugi and you," TeA said as she purred slightly. "Doing that everyone
knows she's lying," Joey whispered to Serenity quietly. Yugi glared at TeA angrily, "GET AWAY BITCH!" He yelled so loudly
that everyone around them hard him, Yami looked at Yugi surprised along with Bakura and the rest of the gang. "Whoa, go Yugi!"
Bakura cheered, "shut up koi!" Ryou commanded angrily. "Wow, Yugi never say anything bad," Joey said surprised. TeA looked
at Yugi angrily, "fine! I'll make my revenge on you, Yugi Mouto!" She cried as she stomped away angrily. "Yugi, is something
wrong?" Yami asked worriedly.
Yugi shook his head, "no, she was getting on my nerves," he replied as he began walking. The gang looked at Yami, "is
that true?" Ryou asked, Yami nodded. "Well, let's get on with the shopping!" Joey cried smilng, everyone nodded and began
walking. I just hope I buy something good for Mokuba and Seto, Joey thought. He stopped at the thought, wait, did I say Kaiba's
last name? Augh, I'll just buy something for Mokuba that's good and bad for Kaiba. He thought as he began talking to Serenity.
