Everything was so joyous for Yugi. He had friends and his yami. Everything was going great until his friends started to ignore him. He couldn't understand why. "Am I not as important to them as they are to me?"

It was December in Japan and it was a wonderful snowing day. Yugi's friends and Yami were at the Pizza Plaza at the Domino Mall. Yugi was outside in the crisp, cold air on one of the swings. He was swinging ever so slowly. "Am I not important to them as they are to me?"

It was a day full of festivities on Christmas Day!! Everybody was celebrating the joyous season. The streets were filled with carolers and lights that glowed green, blue, and other wondrous colors. Yami was going to the amusement park with his friends. Yugi was slowly sauntering around at the park. He was looking at the wonderful things that God had created and the beautiful lights that seemed to slightly brighten the gloomy mood. "Am I not supposed to be cherished too?"

April had quickly arrived and flowers were at bloom. It was really a fantastic site to see. Yami was asleep in his room. Yugi was out at their garden tending to the plants. He was fascinated at the small, yet simple beauty of it all. "Am I not loved as they all are?"

May was a wonderful day. It was the month of our Lady of Heaven. Yugi always went to Mass for it always strengthens his hope for a brighter future. The serenity of the place seemed to shine with light. Yami was who knows where right now. Yugi prepared his days of loneliness. "Why am I left in the shadows while others are brighter then the brightest flames? "

July was here and it seemed that it would never end. Yugi was slowly wading in the community pool alone because he was early. The fakers were somewhere in the world. It was only Yugi in the pool and it was quite a bore. It seemed like the devastation would never leave its owner now. "Why is it so dark and lonely here?"

October was full of surprises. There was a play at the school and Yugi and Yami were the princess and the prince. It talked about the princess dying because protecting of her love. Yugi had a trick up his sleeve when the play would perform live on December 25th. " Maybe this will be the end of me after all?"

December had finally arrived and the auditorium was stacked. The actors and actresses performed wonderfully. It soon was the last part of the play. The princess was supposed to take the plunge of the knife for her beloved prince. Heaven knows that Yugi had switched the fake with the real. "Is it almost ending? "

When the time come, Yugi had dived too near to "save" Yami and the knife quickly plunged into his stomach. He was gasping in pain and blood was slowly seeping away from her. Yami quickly came to his side and tried to shake him out of the daze of that it was really happening. He was "dying"! The blood was overflowing and now Yugi could barely see the face of Yami. "Have I gone to heaven yet?"

Yugi was gasping for breath. He slowly went up to whisper something to Yami. He quickly whispered the words to him for the fear of leaving to early. He slowly smiled and sad smile that was unlike him at all and fell dead. The audience burst into applause………………. "I love you?"
