Vampire story

Chapter 5: Ryou is found

Tristen paced the living room trying to come up with the perfect plan to get every one out of the house so he could deal with the vampire with out them knowing. So far he had come up with nothing. Then it hit him, if he couldn't get every one else out of the house then he would get the vampire out.

"That's it…" He said to himself and smiled walking into the kitchen. He was just about to get some food when he heard the front door open and close. The others must be home. He thought shrugging it off and going back to looking for some food.

Bakura came into the kitchen with Marik right behind him. They didn't say any thing to Tristen as the grabbed the leftovers from last nights dinner and heated them up before going down to check on Ryou. Tristen had been glaring at them the whole time. He needed to find a way to get Ryou out of the house with out any one knowing. He wanted to do it as soon as possible.

Bakura and Marik opened the door to Ryou's room and walked in excepting to see the little vampire sulking in the corner. But in stead he was sitting on the floor playing with one of the rats that had come through a small whole in the wall. He looked up at Marik and Bakura giving them a small smile before looking back down at the rat.

"What brought on this mood?" Bakura asked sitting down next to Ryou while Marik sat in the chair. Ryou didn't say any thing just laughed as the rat started running in circles. Bakura smiled at him.

"Are you going to answer my question?" Bakura asked.

"No." Ryou answered simply. Bakura frowned.

"Why not?"

"I can't."

"Why not?"

"I don't want him to get in trouble."

"You don't want who to get in trouble?" Bakura asked starting to get annoyed.

"My friend…" Ryou said standing up as the rat ran away back into the whole. He walked back over to the bed and sat down.

"Dose your friend have a name?" Marik asked looking at him.

"Yes…"

"And your not going to tell us are you?"

"No." Ryou answered looking away from both of them.

"Fine keep your secrets. We'll find out sooner or latter any way." Bakura smiled and patted Ryou's head. "Are you hungry?" Ryou shook his head.

"Alright then. We'll see you tomorrow." Bakura and Marik left the room leaving Ryou alone again. Ryou sighed and stood up again walking over to the window. He could brake that board off easily enough. But he didn't know if he could fit through the small window.

Malik and Yugi sat in the tree outside the house they had found Ryou in. They had been watching it ever sense sundown. All they had to do was find out where in the house they were keeping Ryou. It had to be some place dark because Ryou was really sensitive to sunlight. More so then any other vampires,

"I can sense him Malik…he's really close." Yugi said looking over at his friend.

"I know. But we can't just burst into a hunters house and demand to have are friend back."

"I know…but its so frustrating! Ryou is right there and we can't do any thing to get him out until we know where in the house he is!" Yugi hissed. Malik was about to say something when the front door opened and one of the hunters came out. Yugi and Malik ducked out of site so they wouldn't be seen. A few leaves were in the way so they couldn't see what the hunter looked like.

"I want to see him Malik…" Yugi said as he moved forward a bit to get a better look. When he lost his footing and feel out of the tree.

"Yugi!!"

Yami had gone outside to get some fresh air, and maybe thing of something to do with Tristen. He was starting to get on every body's nerves, and he was also afraid of what he might do to Ryou if he was left alone with the little vampire.

Yami sighed and looked up at the sky before turning to go back in the house. He stopped when he heard a noise coming from the tree off to the side. He turned to look and see who was there. He heard whispering and then something fell out of the tree and he heard someone call out to it.

Yugi looked up and was about to either attack or flee, until he saw Yami standing there. He froze like a dear in headlights. The hunter that was standing there looking at him looked exactly like him! Only a bit taller.

Malik jumped down behind Yugi and picked him up and was about to take him and run when he to saw Yami.

Yami looked at the two of them eyes wide. The smaller one of the two looked like himself. And the other one looked like Marik.

"What the hell is going on out here?!" Marik said and came out behind Yami. Malik gasped when he saw his look alike. Marik looked at them, but didn't look as surprised as the others.

"You must be Ryou's friends." He said. This earned a glare form both of the vampires.

"Where is Ryou! What did you do to him!" Yugi yelled and would have charged them but Malik held him back.

"No Yugi! Lets get out of here!" He said. Yugi and Malik took off before Yami or Marik could do any thing.

"They are faster then Ryou." Yami said and looked back to where the two had stood a second before.

"Should we tell the others?" Marik asked. Yami nodded and turned to go back inside. First there had been Ryou who looked like Bakura, and now there were two more vampires that looked like himself and Marik. Yami began to wonder if every one had a twin that was a vampire. He wouldn't be surprised now if that was true.

Malik and Yugi got back to the warehouse. They had been silent the whole way back, and Yugi could tell that Malik was mad. They went inside and Malik slammed the door shut and turned to glare at Yugi.

"What the hell where you doing! I told you to keep quite. But no you just had to see what the hunter looked like! You do realize that now they know we have been watching them we will never be able to get Ryou back, let alone see him ever again!!" Malik yelled at Yugi.

Yugi's eyes filled with tears as he listened to what Malik was telling him. He didn't want to believe it, but he knew it was true. They would never be able to rescue Ryou now that the hunters knew of them.

"I-I'm sorry Malik…"

"Sorry doesn't bring Ryou back dose it! Now he is stuck with them and who knows what they have been doing to him!"

"I didn't mean it Malik…I just wanted to know what he looked like..."

"Then why didn't you just look in a mirror!?!" Yugi looked up at him and hissed.

"Look I'm sorry alright! We may not be able to surprise them now but that doesn't' mean we can't go in when they are asleep and save him!" Yugi yelled at him. Malik just glared back at him before the warehouse was filled with the sound of a slap.

Yugi looked up at Malik eyes wide. Malik had just hit him; he never hit any one unless it was a hunter. He didn't even hit his pray when they tried to get away. Malik was about to apologies when Yugi ran out the door and flew away.

"Yugi wait! I'm sorry I didn't mean it!" Malik tried to chase him. But he knew he couldn't catch him, and one look at the sky he knew it was going to be dawn soon.

"Yugi…find shelter soon and come back tonight…please…" Marik whispered and went back inside.

Tristen walked down the hallway and made sure every one was asleep before going down into Ryou's room. The little vampire was getting ready to go to sleep when he came in.

"Vampire?" Tristen asked as he came in the room laving the door open a little bit. Ryou looked at him.

"Why don't you use my real name?"

"Sorry, I have never been good with names before."

"Oh…what did you want?"

"You want to get out of here?"

"Yes of cores I do!"

"Then come with me." Tristen said walking to the door and turned to see if Ryou was following him. Ryou stood there for a moment before following him out of the room.

"Where are you taking me?"

"Out of here. I heard the others talking and they said that they wanted to torture you and see if you knew where any more vampires were hiding. I like you, so I'm helping you get out before they have the chance to." Ryou looked at him for a moment before nodding.

"Alright the sun is rising now, so I'm going to put you in his sac so you wont get burned." Ryou raised and eyebrow not trusting this. But when he looked around he saw that he was in a room with a lot of windows, and the sun was rising. So it was get in the sac or be burned.

"Alright." Ryou got in and Tristen closed the top before picking Ryou up and brining him out to his car. He opened the trunk and put Ryou in.

"I'm putting you in the trunk until tonight so you can sleep with out worrying about the sun."

"Alright…" Ryou said and let out a big yawn and fell asleep. Tristen smirked as he closed the trunk and went back in the house to get some sleep.

EVIL TRISTEN!!!! Ah gomen if there are any Tristen fans out there. I really don't hate Tristen that much…but I don't like him that much either. And really he wasn't supposed to be the evil one! I was ganna have Seto the evil one…but this story has taken on a mind of its own! Not that I'm complaining, its really fun ^_^

Any way, sorry it took so long to get this chapter up. I have been really busy lattly. I'm going on a trip this summer to Tennessee and it costs a LOT of money, so I have had to help out at the church to earn the money to go. I am on a roll right now so the next chapter should be up REALLY soon. Maybe even today ^_^ if not today then tomorrow. But it will be soon. Ok enough talking time to go start it!
