' "So, what kind of punishment are you looking at?" Rei asked as she eyed her best friend.

Amy sighed as they left the school to head home. "Well, thankfully we didn't get suspended at home but we are looking at in school suspension."

'"For how long?" Rei smirked. This was going to be interesting.

'"For a whole month. We have to stay after school and clean up all four Art rooms. I'm talking Windex, mopping, doing dishes, the works! The last period classes don't have to clean up a single thing." She moaned in disgust as she banged her head against the passenger window of Rei's car.

Rei chuckled. "You totally brought that upon yourself! And just think, you have to suffer this for a whole month with Bakura!"

'"Don't remind me!"

'"Just remember not to get into anymore art fights! You don't want to be suspended at home for sure! Your mom would kill you!"

'"I know."

'"Here we are. I'll swing by tomorrow morning and pick you up alright?"

'"Yeah, later!" Amy said with a cheeky grin before jumping out of the car and jogging up to her house.

Rei pulled out of her driveway and headed home. She thought about how Yami was totally flirting with Amy lately. It kind of reminded her of how she was determined to move on from Malik. She tried to think of someone that was pretty cute and wouldn't mind giving it a try…

'Suddenly Rei yelped in surprise as a boy on his skateboard stumbled and fell onto the road right in her path! She slammed her foot down on the brake and pulled back on her wheel like she was able to stop the car that way. She leaned back as far as she could in her seat and shut her eyes tightly, waiting for the impact!

'When nothing happened but the sound of her car squealing to a stop she slowly peeked an eye open and looked out the front. When she saw no one there she slowly opened her door and climbed out.

'"Hello?" She called uncertainly.

'"Uh…hi?" Came a masculine reply.

'"Oh my god! Are you ok?!" She cried when she saw the figure lying on the ground in front of her car.

'"Yeah, thank god you were able to stop in time!" He exclaimed as he picked himself up.

'"I AM SO SORRY!"

'"Don't worry about it! It was my fault. My name is Kaiba. What's yours?"

Rei stared at him in stunned silence before shaking her head and smiling slightly. "Rei. Are you sure you're alright? Do you want me to drive you to the hospital?"

'"No, you didn't hit me and I didn't have a hard fall. I'm alright." He replied with a smile.

Rei felt all warm inside as she noticed how good looking Kaiba was. He was totally hot! And looked like forbidden fruit. As in, he looked like a bad boy that her parents would freak if she ever brought him home!

'"Would you like a drive to where ever you're going?" She asked.

'"Sure! I was heading down town. It's not out of your way is it?" He asked with a lopsided grin.

'"In a way but I wanted to go down town later on so I might as well do it now." She lied.

Kaiba gave her a flirty smile before shrugging and climbing into her car.

'"You wouldn't want to hang out by any chance…would you?" Kaiba asked hesitantly.

Rei grinned from ear to ear and winked at him. "I thought you'd never ask!"

' The two walked around in one of the malls as they joked around and got to know one another.

'"Hey, you ever go into the `It' store?" Kaiba asked as he slung an arm over her shoulders.

'"Not for a long time, why?" Rei asked.

'"Wanna go into this one? I love these stores! They're totally sick in humor!"

'"Alright."

'The walked around the store until they came to a section that had a lot of sex jokes.

'"How gross! Who would buy a penis that is a drinking cup!" Rei laughed as she held it up and pretended to drink from the straw that was made white to purposely look like semen.

Kaiba smirked and held up two dolls that dry humped when you turned it on. Rei laughed and shook her head. "I can't believe people actually buy this stuff!"

'"Hey! I resent that! I have this poster up on my wall at home." Kaiba said as he pointed to a more than half naked woman on the wall.

Rei shook her head again and walked over to him. "Come on Seto! I'm hungry! Wanna go get something to eat?"

'"Yeah, I know this great restaurant in the mall. It's called: Finnegan's. Wanna try?" He asked.

Rei nodded and grabbed his hand. Pulling him out of the sick store. When they were outside the store Rei noticed that Kaiba didn't pull his hand away. In fact he actually laced their fingers together like it was a natural thing to do.

Malik's faced appeared in her mind but she was so sick and tired of it that she forced him to the back of her mind, refusing to think about him while she was with someone else.

' "Miss Rose! Could you please do the world a favor and sit up and pay attention when you are in MY class!" Mr.Taka snapped, slapping his hand down on Amy's desk with a loud smack.

Amy jumped up in her seat and yawned. "Sorry Mr.Taka."

'The teacher humphed before turning back to the board to continue with his lesson.

'Just then there was a knock at the door.

'The teacher sighed in impatience before answering it, placing a fake smile upon his mouth.

'"You have a new student." The principal stated. He moved aside and the girl that Amy had collided with last week walked into the room.

'"She's a transfer from an all girls school."

'"Ahh. Thank you. Please, why don't you introduce yourself and then take the empty seat next to that girl over there with the short red hair." Mr. Taka said.

'The girl nodded. "Hi, my name is Serenity Wheeler." She then took her seat.

Joey's little sister? This should be interesting.

'"Alright, now I'm sure Mai Valentine will be happy to give you all the information you need to get caught up with the rest of the class."

Serenity nodded. "Um, who would she be?"

'"That would be me." Mai stated from the behind her.

'"Oh. Nice to meet you!"

Mai nodded and looked over at Amy who winked with a smile.

'So much for thinking that girl was some freshman! Amy wondered why she was just coming to school now on a Tuesday instead of yesterday.

'"Miss Rose! Quit staring at Miss Wheeler and pay attention!" Mr.Taka snapped.

'The class snickered as Amy turned a slight shade of pink in embarrassment.

'Great, now everyone is going to think she was a lesbian!

Amy and her group sat in their usual place at lunch time chatting when they were interrupted by a quiet voice.

'"Huh? Look, sweetie, you're going to have to speak up around here, everyone is def from Amy's constantly yelling." Mai said.

Serenity blinked before everyone burst out laughing and Amy smacked her blonde friend in the arm. "Must you pick on me?!"

'"Yes, yes I must!" Mai replied.

'"Awe, that's so mean! So, what did you bring for lunch?" Duke asked as he settled himself in between the two and stared at Rei expectantly.

'"UGH! GO AWAY! I MAY LOVE YOU BUT WITH THIS CONSTANT TAKING MY FOOD I'LL WITHER AWAY TO NOTHING!" Rei yelled as she shoved Duke off the table bench.

'"Ow!" Duke chuckled as he hit the floor with a thud.

'"Correction. We're all def because of Rei's constant yelling." Amy told Serenity who still stood there awkwardly.

'"Why don't you take a seat?" Mai asked as she patted the spot next to her.

'"Corrupting the new student, huh?" Malik asked as he stopped on his way by.

'"No. What would make you think that?" Amy asked.

'"Malik! How many times must I complain for you not to tip the new kids off! That ruins the fun!" Mai snapped in mock anger.

'Every chuckled and agreed. Amy winked at Serenity who looked slightly on the worried side.

'"She's kidding." Rei said.

'"I am? Oooh. Right. I am." Mai stated bobbing her head up and down in agreement. "So, where's Bakura today?"

'"Who cares?" Amy grumbled.

'"Awe, don't wuve me anymore, baby?" Bakura said from behind her.

'"Do you smell fish? Oh! It's Bakura." Amy said with a shrug.

'"Here, I thought I drop by and dump my trash down your massive mouth. You are the waste disposal, right?" Bakura smirked as he grabbed her hair and tugged her head back, dropping his trash right on her face!

'"AHH! GROSS! ASSHOLE!!!" Amy screamed, trying to lung at him but Duke held her in place.

'"Uh, I believe the two of you already have a whole month suspension. Must you make it longer?" Duke asked with a smirk.

'"She asked for it!" Bakura huffed.

Malik snickered and looked down at Rei before they were interrupted yet again.

'"Hey Aiyanamei! I didn't know you went to this school!"

Amy looked over with interest and found a good looking skater boy standing at the end of their table.

'He had brown hair. He wore a black t-shirt that had Disturbed stripped across the front and wore dark blue baggy jeans with a wallet chain hanging out of two pockets. Leaning against his side was a skateboard that had music groups displayed all around a half naked anime girl who was winking teasingly.

'"Hi Seto! Wow! It's a small world but big at the same time I see. I didn't know you went here either!" Rei replied. "Sit down."

'"Sure." Kaiba winked as he sat down next to her, shoving his board under the table.

'"And you are?" Amy asked in surprise.

" Seto Kaiba. You must be Amy." He replied with a lopsided smile.

'Oh boy…was he EVER cute!

'"When did you two meet?" Mai asked with interest.

'"Yesterday. She almost ran me over!" Kaiba looked behind him at Malik and Bakura who stood there with suspicious looks on their faces. "Are you two sitting down or what? I hate it when people are standing over me."

'"They're not sitting here." Amy huffed. "They're the wonder brothers from hell." She then turned and smirked at the two who glared at her. "You can leave any time now."

Bakura went to snap something at her but Joey and Yami showed up and interrupted him.

'"Aren't you sitting at the wrong table Seto? I think you're skater friends are outside." Joey smirked.

'"Beat it dog shit! I'm not in the mood to listen to you." Kaiba replied with a nasty glare.

'"Boys! Enough!" Mai snapped. "I really don't feel like having you asses come over here and scare this cute guy away! Now be gone before I get mad!"

'Yami raised an eyebrow and Joey growled under his breath and was about to retort something when Yami grabbed him and walked away.

'"Yo! Malik, Bakura, let's go man!" he called over his shoulder.

'The two other boys turned on their heels and marched away.

'"Whew, we're they ticked! They must not like you a whole lot." Tea exclaimed.

'"Nah, forget about it. Malik and Bakura aren't really in that great of a mood today and Joey hates being told what to do." Duke stated with a shrug. "They'll probably never speak to you again.

'Kaiba smirked. "You don't honestly think I'm worried do you? Please!"

'"Are you gonna talk any time soon or are you trying to think of a way to get the hell away from us?!" Amy laughed as she glanced at Serenity.

'"Sorry. I'm just on the shy side I guess." She replied with a small smile.

'"Shyness does not work in this group! Shape up sister!" Mai grinned.

'"Yeah, just speak your mind. I always do. Well…most of the time anyway." Kaiba grinned, then winked at her.

Rei felt a roll of jealously leak through her as she watched that little display and nearly glared at Serenity. But she shoved that to the back of her mind. It wasn't the girl's fault. Kaiba was the one who winked at her. It looked to her like Kaiba was a bit of a playboy like Yami.

'Oh fun, oh joy. That's all she needed!

'"Hey, you alright?" Amy asked.

'"Huh? Oh yeah, everything is cool."
