When Seto was sent to the hospital, Yugi heard something about Kaiba not breathing well. Tea was on the phone to call Mokuba and told him what happen to his brother. Right now, Yugi and Yami were having a mind-link conversation.

 

/What could have done this to Kaiba?/

 

//I honestly don't know…Maybe some one is playing tricks on him//

 

/Who can play tricks on their mind and makes the victim get a head injury?/

 

//Point taken…//

 

/What's going on all of the sudden?/

 

9:30 P.M.

 

Joey and Tristan arrived 5 hours ago while Mokuba with Roland arrived 2 hours ago and now they all wait till a doctor comes out. 10 minutes later, the door opened and the doctor came out. “Well, what happen, doc?” Joey asked then Mokuba asked, “Is my brother okay?”

 

“He's fine but we do not know how he ended up in this kind of incident? Tell me what happen when you found him” said the doctor who was referring to Yugi. “Well, after school today, we decided to follow him back home. I know it's not right to stalk some one but something was up. We followed Kaiba today but he went past his home and started to walk somewhere” said Yugi then Tea continued for Yugi.

 

“Kaiba then stopped in front of a dirt road, he was standing there still. He shook his head and turned his back. Then out of the ordinary, a car accident happened. We were afraid of the situation but we saw there were no passengers and no one was around either…” said Tea then Tristan continued the story.

 

“Kaiba walk through the dirt road and still, we followed him. After a walk that felt like an eternity, Kaiba stopped in a gate. It was an abandoned Orphanage but it was short yet wide” said Tristan then Joey take it from there.

 

“Kaiba open the gates and walk into the middle of the Orphanage. He was staring everywhere then he rubbed his head. A few moments, he grabbed his head and started screaming like a maniac! That was one huge head ache” said Joey.

 

“And?” The doctor asked and Yugi now took over. “We ran over to help him but then he collapsed to the ground. I check his pulse and it was still there. Tea screamed when she saw Kaiba's head was bleeding. We call the ambulance and I guess you know the rest…”

 

The doctor just stood there, thinking about the story; trying to find a logical solution to what must have caused this to the former CEO. “Hmm... I know about science and technology but I have no clue about superstitious” said the doctor and now he asked something to Mokuba, the CEO's little brother. “Tell me, where you and your brother adopted?” The doctor asked as Mokuba nodded.

 

“Has anything happen in your past?” the doctor asked while Mokuba was trying to think but then an alarm was heard. A nurse then came running and stop in front of the doctor to catch her breath. “What happen?” the doctor asked. “Dr. Argentums…Mr. Kaiba…is…is gone…he's not…in his…room” said the nurse who was panting hard.

 

The gang and Mokuba were all scared now at the same time worried.

 

//Yugi!//

 

/What is it Yami? /

 

//I can feel a spiritual energy here in this building//

 

/Where?/

 

//…the…the entrance!//

 

Yugi ran to the window and saw Kaiba running out of the hospital and turn left. “Guys! Kaiba just left! I saw him ran out” said Yugi. “Where do you think he's going?” Tea asked. “The orphanage!” said Mokuba. Everyone look at him. “Well, it was his destination today wasn't it?” Mokuba asked. “Then he might have gone back there” said Joey. “Alright, let's go” said Tristan as they were about to leave. “I'm coming” said Mokuba. “No Mokuba! You have to stay here with Roland. Roland take care of him” said Yugi as Roland nodded.

 

“But Seto's my brother!” said Mokuba. “I know but he wanted you to be safe so you have to stay and besides, our heads will be chopped off by Kaiba if anything could have harmed you when you're with us” said Tea. “Well then. Be careful! And please help Seto!” said Mokuba as he waved his friends good luck.

 

~With Seto Kaiba~

 

Seto Kaiba has already arrived in the orphanage.

 

~Seto's POV~

 

Okay, time to find out who this girl really is! I ran inside and explore the filthy waste of an Orphanage building. I saw an open door and went to see what's inside. It was a bathroom. Then I saw another image coming up to my mind. Not again!

 

It was me in a child age form holding that little girl with a knife struck on her chest. “Seto…” Mokuba want to ask the child age form of mine something but he was too busy crying. The image then fade away and now I can see the filthy bathroom again. “so this is where that girl died…Kanashii” I whispered as I went to the same spot where I was.

 

I knelt down and lie down on the ground. What the hell am I doing? This is where Kanashii died and now I'm lying in it?! I tried to relax and close my eyes; trying to go to sleep. Then I tried opening my eyes but I couldn't. It' like they were stuck then I felt something urging me to sleep. I decided to go along with it and so I have fallen to the darkness…again.

 

~~normal POV~~

 

When the CEO fall asleep, the shadows from the corner start to move and lurk over to Kaiba. The shadows were like a black mist dancing and enjoying the fun devouring the former CEO. Kaiba then winced when the shadows gripped his whole body although he doesn't know that. Then the shadow's mist was getting thicker and thicker.

 

A few moments later, the mist started to fade away and the CEO was nowhere to be found.

 

~With the gang~

 

The gang arrived minutes later when Kaiba was gone. They searched all over the place together because they were scared to stiff to split up on this horrifying night. They saw one door open and they went in to check it out. It was a bathroom but then they saw a deck pocket (what do you call those things) on the floor. Yugi picks it up and checked it. It was Kaiba's deck so the gang was getting more worried.

 

Then they heard a glass broke. “Why do I have the feeling that something bad is about to happen?” Joey asked then the bathroom door slammed shut. Joey and Tristan tried to knock it down but it was hopeless. “For a rusty old door, it's still strong” said Tristan. Tea and Yugi then screamed when the shadows were moving surrounding the 4. “Yugi!” Tea screamed out Yugi's name while Yugi stood there stiff and cold. Yami tries taking over Yugi but some one or something was blocking.

 

/YAMI! HELP! /

 

//YUGI! We can't switch and I can get out in spirit form to help you! I'M STUCK! //

 

/This is not good! /

 

The shadow's mist was up in their necks. It was getting cold and harder to breathe and see. The gang started coughing like something was hanging on their throats and trying to get it out but it was persistent. Suddenly they felt their heads lighter and later, they all collapsed to the ground. The shadow begins to devour them and when the mist fades away.

 

The gang was nowhere to be found…

Me/YGO crew: *sitting still*

 

Mokuba: BOOOO!!

 

Me/YGO: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! *clutches their hearts while panting hard trying to recover from the fright*

 

Mokuba: ^^;; hehe!

 

Me: MOKUBA!

 

Mokuba: ^_____^

Joey: I got admit this is the first chapter that's scary

 

Tea: IT WAS HORRIFYING! I WAS GETTING SUCKED UP BY SOME SHADOWS!!!!

 

Yugi: I think I need a night-light
