Chapter 1 - Roses are red

**2 weeks before Valentine's day**

Yugi: **in his room** o.O Valentine's day is coming up!

Yami: **walking in** Uhh…Yugi?

Yugi: Yes?

Yami: What's a `Valentine's Day?'

Yugi: ^_____^

Yami: O.O

Yugi: It's when guys give chocolate to the girl they like! **thinks of Isis*

Yami: Girl they like? **thinks of Serenity**

Yugi: o.O Yami you like someone?

Yami: Uh - no Yugi! **pats his head** no one

Yugi: ^^ okay!

Isis: Yugi better get me something good this year

Marik: **walks in** are you still with the pushover, Yugi?

Isis: **defending Yugi** He's not a pushover!

Marik: **shrugs** I've got something good planned for this Valentine's Day!

Isis: -.- who do you like this year?

Marik: Tea!

Isis: O__O

Malik: **from a locked room to their right** I WANT TEA! LET ME OUT!! LET ME OUT!!!

Isis: I don't think so! Not since the last time we let you out

Marik: **shudders**

Malik: It was an accident!

Marik: No my Yami, trying to destroy Christmas was NOT an accident!

Malik: **cries** I'm BORED!

Isis: Oh shut up!

Malik: **sniffs**

Serenity: **looking at a picture of Yami** oh how I love Valentine's day.

Joey: Oh man! I gotta get somethin' fer Mai!

Serenity: You're still stuck on Mai?

Joey: Not stuck! **dreamy face** in loooooove……

Serenity: **sighs** okay lover boy…..

Joey: **suddenly** who do you like, Serenity?

Serenity: **blushing** well…….I like-

**phone rings** **Joey mentally curses**

Serenity: **answers** hello? Oh, h-hey Yami

Yami: Can I speak to Joey please?

Serenity: Sure! **hands the phone to Joey**

Joey: `Ello?

Yami: Joey, I need your help

Joey: Sure thing, fire away

Yami: What things does your sister like?

Joey: O.O

Yami: Joey?

Joey: **looks at Serenity watching him** Uh……Serenity can ya…..go for a lil?

Serenity: **big smile** okay! **skips out**

Joey: O__O

Yami: Joey?!

Joey: Eh……sorry there Yami. She likes strawberries! Yea, strawberries.

Yami: O.o Strawberries?

Joey: Yea **big grin** Get her chocolate covered strawberries

Yami: Joey! That's the best idea ever! **hangs up**

Joey: **sweat drops** no goodbye? **hangs up**

Ryou: **alone in his room** I hate Valentine's day.

Bakura: **comes in** Poor Ryou looks upset! **snickers**

Ryou: Can't you cut it out?

Bakura: Why? It's fun

Ryou: Bakura, do you like anyone?

Bakura: **stops snickering** What?

Ryou: You know……

Bakura: -.- Yes.

Ryou: **excited** Who?!

Bakura: -.- Tea

Ryou: O__O

Ryou: But…..you always make fun of her!

Bakura: Yes, she is a mortal. But a pretty mortal!

Ryou: **sweat drops**

Bakura: Well who do YOU like?

Bakura: O_O Marik's sister? Isn't she with that Yugi kid?

Ryou: **sighs** I hate Valentine's day…….

Bakura: Really, you should stop being so depressed.

Tea: **singing** I love Valentine's day! **stops** I wonder who's gonna try to win my heart this year? **sighs** I hope its Marik…..

**doorbell rings**

Tea: I wonder who that could be! **goes over and opens the door* O_O

Seto: Hi Tea!

Tea: S-seto?

Seto: ^___^ Can I come in?

Tea: O.O sure **Seto walks in**

Seto: You sure have a nice house Tea!

Tea: **pokes Seto** is something wrong?

Seto: Well…..I had sugar and coffee this morning!

Tea: My god…..Seto Kaiba……hyper?

Seto: I have to visit Yugi now! Bye Tea! **leaves**

Tea: O__O; **convinces herself that wasn't real**
