Early the next morning Jou and Kaiba found themselves pinned down by the Pharaoh, who had somehow ended up laying on top of them perpendicularly. To top that off Yami had managed to tangle himself in the sheets, looking very mummy like indeed.
**Oh I really need to pee** Jou thought as he looked at the tangled Pharaoh lying on top of him and Kaiba. "Dragon you awake, I need a little help here," Jou whispered so as not to wake Yami. Kaiba slowly let out a yawn, he surprisingly didn't get much sleep at all as both Jou and Yami moved in their sleep. He was used to Jou flailing once in a while, but Yami nearly kicked him three times that night in his sleep. "Morning Pup on the count of three lets roll Yami just enought so that we can
get out from under him," Kaiba said as he placed his hands under the sleeping Pharaoh. "One, two, three," Kaiba said as he and Jou managed to get out from under Yami. "Pup we should probably get ready, " Kaiba said as he quietly got an outfit to wear from the closet. "Kaiba so what are we going to do about Yami I mean todays a school day," Jou said as he grabbed a towel before heading for the shower. Kaiba then followed Jou into the bathroom.
"Well Yugi's Grandpa arranged it so that Yami could be enrolled at Domino high." "He's also appointed me as Yami's guardian while he's out on his research exibition," Kaiba said as he stepped into the already running shower. After some *ahem* activtities in the shower the CEO and his pup were dressed and down stairs having bacon and eggs. They were later joined by Mokuba who eagerly gobbled up the breakfast before heading out to school. "Bye Seto, bye Jou I'll be late today cause of track practice," Mokuba said as he walked out the door towards the awaiting limo. "Well I guess I'll be heading out too, are you going to classes today," Jou asked as he finished up his orange juice. "Well I'll probably stop by to pick up my work for the week, and get Yami settled there too," Kaiba said as he kissed Jou goodbye.
**Oh it's getting late, I should go see if Yami is awake yet** Kaiba then stopped in Yamis room to get his school uniform and accesories that he and his light liked to wear before heading back to his own bedroom. "Yami-kun time to get up," he said nudging the sleeping Pharaoh. Yami then slowly opened his eyes. He then managed to untangle himself from the bedsheets before heading towards the bathroom. "Yami your clothes are on the dresser come down for some breakfast after your done getting ready," Kaiba said as he grabbed his brief case before heading downstairs.
(Inside the bathroom)
Yami quickly undressed himself after getting the water temperature to his liking he stepped in, the warm water felt good on him. It was a weird sensation to Yami as Yugi was the one who normally showered. Yami,Marik and Bakura where in all aspects spirits except their lights could feel, hear and touch them both inside the mindlinks and out. Those related to the millenium items were able to see them as well, as well as anyone that had been granted the privleage of being able to see the three Yamis. //Aibou I miss you so much, I wish you were here with me// /....................../ Yami let out a sigh as he received no answer back. After he was done showering he put on the school uniform and his bracelets and choker. He then placed the millenium puzzle around his neck. Even though he no longer felt his light he continued to wear it, his light had completed it in order to release him. He would always wear it not just because the Pharoah was destined to wear it but because it represented Yugi's love for him. All their memories had been stored in it. Yami then grabbed his backpack(which was currently housing a Dark Magician binder)and Dark Magician Girl plushie before heading down.
"Morning Yami-Kun does Bacon and eggs sound good to you, or would you like something else for breakfast," Kaiba said as he looked up from checking his email.
"Thank you Seto for everything, Bacon and eggs sounds really good," Yami said as he laid his stuff on the empty chair next to him. Kaiba couldn't help but smile as he
noticed the plushie. Kaiba then handed Yami a glass of orange juice. "Yami after your done with breakfast were going to head over to the school and officially enroll you as a senior." "Kaiba, how is that even possible," Yami asked as he ate. "Well don't worry about that me and Solomon took care of all the necessary paperwork."
"We both felt that the best thing for you was to get you into a routine, and you'll be able to be with all the slime balls, I mean friends," Kaiba said smiling.
Once Yami was finished the two headed out the door.
( At Domino high school)
"Mr Kaiba what time should we come to pick you up," Kaiba's limo driver said. "Just keep your cell phone on I'll call you when we're ready."
"Yami you should probably leave the plushie in the limo, the kids might start laughing at you. Yami's lip began to quiver at the thought of having to leave his plushie behind. "Yami it's okay you can bring your plushie with you, besides if anyone gives you smack they can answer to me and blue eyes," Kaiba said as he pulled out a blue eyes plushie. **Whatever Kaiba does everyone else will and since carrying the plushie around seems to comfort Yami I'm going to make carrying around plushies the coolest thing since icecream** Kaiba thought to himself as he he and Yami headed to the principals office.
"Good morning Mr. Kaiba here is your school work for the week, don't forget to come to class one day a week per our agreement," the principal said whose name was Ms.Hinata . "Ms Hinata this is Yami Motou, Yugi's childhood friend from Eqypt, he's the one that Yugi's grandfather talked about," Kaiba said pointing to Yami who was currently sitting in a chair holding his plushie tightly. "Well Yami welcome to Domino highschool, Ms. Hinata said smiling as she handed Kaiba Yami's class schedule. as Yami was currently lost in thought. Surpringly Yami was enrolled in the same classes that Yugi had been taking. ** I wonder how much Yami actually paid attention when Yugi was in class** Kaiba thought to himself as he looked over Yamis schedule. "Kaiba you might want to let Yami know that we don't allow plushies to be taken to class, it needs to be put in his locker."
At the mention of having to leave his Dark Magician Plushie who he decided to name Mana for some reason. ( he doesn't know that Mana is Dark Magician Girl ) Yami began to get teary eyed. "Ms Hinata couldn't you make an exception just this once after all Yami has been through alot," Kaiba said. Ms. Hinata nodded in approval. " I'll let the teachers know that plushies are allowed as long as they don't disrupt the class," Ms. Hinata said as she walked over to Yami.
"Well Yami I hope you do very well here and enjoy your senior year with us at Domino high school, and by the way I'm very sorry to hear about Yugi, Solomon and I are good friends he has explained "everything" to me." "Thank you Ms. Hinata," Yami said as he and Kaiba walked out the door to Yami's first class which happened to be history.
( In the classroom)
*Knock Knock* "Come in Kaiba," the teacher said whose name was Mr. Smith. Mr. Smith then tapped his desk with a ruler causing the class to quiet down.
"Class we have a new student, his name is Yami Motou." "Yami why don't you tell us a bit about yourself," Mr Smith said eyeing the teen who looked very much like the fallen Yugi. "Uhh ummm, my name is Yami Motou and I'm from Egypt." "Are you and Yugi related, " Mr. Smith asked as he figured everyone was wondering the same thing. "No Yugi's grandfather and mine are very good friends who just happen to have the same last name, " Yami said obviously uncomfortable at having to stand up in front of the class. "Well Yami go and take your seat next to Jounouchi so we can get back to our lesson."
"Yami I'll see you later, Jou will take care of you while I'm gone," Kaiba whispered as he walked out of the classroom. Yami then sat down next to Jounouchi. "Hey Yams you'll be just fine we'll help you out with everything, " Jou quietly whispered. Yami then took out his history book, wincing as he heard the kids whispering about him in the corner.
