"Pharaoh you need to calm down, " Bakura said as he sat on the bed next to Yami. **Sniff Sniff** "Really Pharaoh you shouldn't have ran out like that," Bakura said as he put his hand on Yami's shoulder. **Sniff Sniff** "Kaiba is doing everything he can to find your light and keep you out of harms way too," Bakura said as he reached for the tissue box on the bedside table. /What if Yugi can't be found?/ //Ryou let's just hope that he can be.//
*Sniff Sniff Hmpf* "Here wipe your nose it's running like crazy, " Bakura said handing the Pharaoh a tissue. "There now isn't that better Chibi Ichi," Bakura said as he took the used tissue tossing it in the waste basket. /Chibi Ichi(Little one) really Bakura?/ //Well he is smaller than all of us besides Yugi.// /Well yes that's true it's just that.../ //Just what my Tenshi?// /Just I'm used to you referring to him as Baka Pharaoh it's kinda endearing the nickname you called him./ //Well let's get our Chibi Ichi downstairs so we can all have some fun.//
"Bakura I'm sorry it's just I want to find Aibou so badly and Kaiba-san doesn't understand what it feels like to not have your other half," Yami said. "Yami, Kaiba may not have an actual light like I, you and Marik do but he has Jounouchi and Mokuba." "Yami, Kaiba cares about you he doesn't want to see you hurt, you need to trust his judgement." "Yami you know that no matter what happens we'll always be there for you, " Ryou said as he embraced Yami in a hug. "Thank you Ryou, and I'm sorry." "Pharaoh it's not us you need to apologize too, it's Kaiba,"
Getting up from the bed Yami walked to the door and ran downstairs just as Kaiba finished up with his conversation with Solomon. **What in the world.** Kaiba thought to himself as he was glomped by Yami. "I'm sorry Kaiba-san, I'm so sorry please forgive me Kaiba-san," Yami pleaded. "Yami it's ok there's nothing to forgive, you were just upset," Kaiba said as he gave the Pharaoh a warm embrace. "Now I have some good news," Kaiba said as he pried Yami from him. "Solomon is coming back from his research trip." "Really Grandpa is coming home, you think he's still mad at me?" "Yami what makes you think he's mad at you?" "Cuz I couldn't protect Yugi why else would he leave me?" "Yami your Grandpa is not mad at you, and when he comes back you'll have lots to talk about." "He should be here tomorrow night, but until then were all going to go to the park," Kaiba said.
"Hey Ni-sama I just got off the phone with the rest of the group and they're going to meet us at the park. "Hey Yami are you feeling better, " Mokuba asked? "Yes thanks Mokuba."
"Well we better get going," Ryou said as he and Bakura emerged carrying an ice chest full of food that Cassie had prepared for their outing at the park. "Are we all set to go now," Kaiba asked looking at the group in front of him.
"Just a moment I'll be right back," Jou said as he ran upstairs to his room . Joe then grabbed his backpack and shoved a few extra pairs of athletic shorts in it. He then went to Yami's room and grabbed Yami's Slifer the sky dragon tank top and matching red shorts. **Oh can't forget these** Jou thought as he tossed in an extra pair of socks and Yami's red converse sneakers. **Hmm ya know I'll toss a pair of these in too** Jou thought as he zipped up his pack
"So I guess were ready now," Kaiba said as Jou walked in the living room. Everyone piled up into the limo and headed for the park.
Within fifteen minutes the limo arrived at the park. "Roland I'll call you when we're ready to go home," Kaiba said waving Roland goodbye.
//Aibou I wish you could be here with me? Are you in pain? Do you hate me? Can you feel how much I love you? I wish I could sense you. // Yami sighed as he fiddled with Mana. What Yami didn't know was somewhere his light was looking out as tears flowed out of their violet orbs. If he had been able to see what his light had been going through he would have really lost it. Yugi had been forced to hear his Dark cry out for him everynight. More then anything Yugi desperately wanted to comfort Yami and tell him that everything would be ok. Yet he couldn't even contact him. He knew his friends were looking for him, he just hoped they would find him soon.
"So Mokuba whose all meeting us at the park," Jou asked?
"I called Honda, Otogi,Malik,Marik,Hikaru, Akira," Mokuba said as they climbed out of the limo. "Hey Guys about time you got here," Otogi said as he and Honda set up the BBQ.
Once everything was settled it was decided to that they should all play a friendly game before sitting down to lunch. "So any ideas on what we should play," Malik asked? //Hmm Koi I'd rather just play with you.//
/Marik you promised you'd let me recover from last night./ //Awww my precious Hikari don't pout like that it just makes me want you more.// "Well now that Malik and Marik are done with their private conversation we're going to play
Flag Football," Honda said as he gathered the two different colored flags for each team.
"Okay Flag Football it is," Otogi said. "This is going to be awesome so whose going to be the two team captains," Mokuba asked?
"Well naturally I'll be one of the captains," Kaiba said. "And I'll be the other one," Jounouchi said. "So whose going to be on Team Blue Eyes," Mokuba asked?
"Hmm Team Blue Eyes well I guess then my team is Team Red Eyes," Jounouchi said grinning. "Pup don't think I'll go easy on you," Kaiba said? "Ya know what Dragon you forget I'm on the Varsity Domino Football team," Jou said. Indeed Jounouchi was one of the best players on the team, the reason he wasn't Captain was because of all the schooling he missed helping his best friend Yugi save the world. Coach Sakano needed someone that would be able to make all the games and practices all of the time so another guy was chosen as the Captain.
"Naturally Mokuba is on my team so Pup why don't you choose your first player," Kaiba said as he laid out the blue flags for his team. "Hmm I'll take Honda," Jou said. "Dude this is going to be great," Honda said as he removed his shirt before putting the pair of red flags onto his shorts. They continued to pick until their teams were complete.
"I didn't think I'd be playing football, if I knew that I'd have wore some shorts," Akira said. "Don't worry bud I brought some extra pairs," Jou said as he tossed a pair of blue athetic shorts to Akira.
"Thanks Jou," Akira said as he proceeded to put on the shorts.
"Yams get over here and join your team," Jou yelled out to Yami who was currently sitting on the blanket. "But I'm not exactly dressed to play football Jou," Yami yelled back.
"Pharaoh just get your butt over here now," Marik yelled back. With a reluctant sigh Yami walked over to join the Red Eyes. "Here you go Yami put these one," Jou said handing him the tank top and shorts he had gotten for him earlier that day. "Where am I supposed to change," Yami asked? "Just change here you're among friends no one else is around," Bakura said. Suddenly Yam's face turned a bright tomato red the thought of changing in front of everyone was embarrasing to him. Especially since he wasn't wearing anything under his leather pants. Noticing the bright blush across Yami's face Jou took him by the hand a little away from everyone else.
"Yams is there a reason why you don't want to change in front of us, I mean Akira changed into shorts," Jou asked? "Uh the girls are here now too," Yami said. "So what's the big deal," Jou asked?
Yami fidgeted a little before answering Jou back, " I'm not wearing anything underneath my pants," Yami whispered his face becoming even redder than it already was. "Ahh I figured that don't worry I got ya covered, just wait right here," Jou said as he walked over to his backpack that housed a pair of Yami's boxers, socks and converse before walking to the rest of the group.
Jou then whispered something into Kaiba ear, causing Kaiba to say, "Oh so that's why he's so red." Clearing his throat Kaiba made an annoucement.
"Guys we need to protect the Pharaoh everyone surround the Pharaoh and face away from him," Kaiba said. Without hesitation Marik,Malik,Ryou,Bakura,Otogi,Honda,Mokuba, Akira and Hikaru surrounded Yami who was blushing redder then his light ever had. Seeing that the girls were running over to join the guys ( usually guys included any of the girls that happened to be with them at the time.) Jounouchi quickly grabbed Serenity's hand.
"Jou what's wrong, I'm going to help protect the Pharaoh?" "Yeah Jou what's wrong it's the tombkeepers duty to protect the Pharaoh at all costs," Ishuzu yelled causing Malik to yell out.
"Sister the Pharaoh isn't wearing anything underneath his leather pants he doesn't want any of you girls to see his um well you know." "Oh why didn't you guys just say that in the first place," Anzu said.
"Pharaoh hurry up and change so we can play some ball," Serenity said.
"Miho what do you think your doing," Malik asked as she made her way to the circle? "What I just want to take a little peak at the Ancient relics," Miho said giggling. "Pharaoh you better hurry up before Miho invades your Kingdom," Marik said trying not to laugh. "Miho why settle for a glimpse of the Pharaohs Kingdom when you can witness a Theifs lair," Bakura said getting slapped upside the head by Ryou. //What you know my lair is only for you my Tenshi.// /Well yeah I know but did you really have to say that./ Ryou and Bakura then look over to Honda glaring. Everyone else had busted up laughing except Yami who was looking pretty shocked at the moment.
Ten minutes later everyone was ready for a nice friendly game of Flag Football.
Team Blue Eyes:
Seto, Mokuba, Malik,Marik,Otogi, Akira, Ishizu,Anzu
Team Red Eyes:
Jounouchi, Honda, Bakura, Ryou, Hikaru, Yami,Serenity, Miho
"Okay so between those two trees will be team Blue Eyes goal," Kaiba said pointing east. " Between those two bushes over there will be team Red Eyes Goal," Jounouchi said pointing west.
30 minutes later into the game
Akira threw the ball towards Mokuba who jumped up ninja turtle style before crashing down on his two legs. "Run Mokuba don't let Bakura catch you," Ishuzu yelled as Bakura chased Mokuba as he ran pass the water fountain.
"Damn he's fast," Honda said as Mokuba slipped right past him and straight threw the trees making a touch down. "Yeah and that's why we Kaiba's Rule," Kaiba said high fiving his brother.
"Whatever rich boy," Jounouchi said causing Kaiba to glare. "Ya know there's a puppy here that's going to be punished tonight," Kaiba said causing Jou to let out a whimper.
30 minutes later into the fourth quarter
"Okay we have the ball guys we can still win this all we need to do is make a touch down to tie the game," Jou said. "So what do you suggest we do Jou," Hikaru asked?
"Hmm okay Bakura, Honda and myself will block Seto, Otogi and Akiraa," Jou said. "Serenity,Miho you two will make sure that Mokuba and Anzu don't take the ball from Yami," Jou said causing Yami to gasp.
"W-What why do I have to run with the ball," Yami cried out? "Well because all of us here can block better than you," Honda said. "And who would tackle a Pharaoh," Serenity laughed? "Now all you have to do is move those Kingly legs and we'll do the rest, " Bakura said smirking.
/Bakura do I even want to know what your planning?/ //Probably not Tenshi.//
"Okay so if my intuition is correct they are going to have the Pharaoh run the ball," Kaiba said. "Why would they do that no offense but this is definetly not his game," Otogi said. "They don't think that we'll chase him cause he's the Pharaoh," Malik said. "Oh got it," Akira said as he got into his position.
"Yami go now," Ryou said as he handed the ball to the Pharaoh right before he had to dive in order to protect his own flags. "Yami don't look back just keep running," Hikaru yelled as he made a sharp left turn in order turn in order to prevent Akira from grabbing his flag. **Almost there** Yami thought as he inched his way towards the goal. " Yeah he's going to make it," Jou screamed as Yami was a few inches from making the touch down. Seconds later Yami ran through the bushes with the ball in hand. //Aibou I made it..// Yami panted right before tripping on a rock. "Ahhhhhhhh."
"Yams let me see," Jou said as Yami sat on the ground clutching his leg. "Hey Yami great job we won the game," Hikaru said as he made his way towards Yami and Jou. "Well guys it looks like Yami's got his first battle scar involving sports," Jou said smiling. "That ain't nothing check this out Yami," Hikaru said as he lifted up his shorts leg revealing a faint yet noticeable scar on the side of his leg. "I got this one while doing tricks on my bike in the X games competition," Hikari said smiling. Yami just smiled as blood dripped down his leg.
"Hey do any of you have band aids," Jou asked? Ishizu always came prepared having two crazed brothers they were always getting injured. After grabbing her bag from the picnic table Ishizu walked over to the where Yami sat. "Hmmm let's see how bad it is," Ishizu said as she took hold of the Pharaohs leg. "Well it doesn't look like you'll need stiches so that's good," Ishizu said.
Ishizu then sprayed some disenfectant getting a whimper from Yami before putting some ointment on the cut.
"There you go all better," Ishizu said as she placed a Winged Dragon Of Ra bandaid on Yami's leg ( the big square kind). "Sister we want a bandaid too," Marik and Malik yelled. " Are you two even injured," Ishizu asked?
"Err yes," Malik said. "Show me where your hurt," Ishizu asked? "Here and Marik is hurt here," Malik said pointing to their legs. " I don't see anything Malik." "Ishizu your not looking hard enough,' Marik said as he took the tip of the millenium rod giving himself and Malik a small cut. " Marik have you two been causing injuries in order to get Bandaids we've been going through an awful lot of them lately," Ishizu asked her brother? "Um No Ishizu we haven't this was the first time," Marik said looking very innocent. (Which for Marik was surprisingly believable.) Shaking her head Ishizu handed the two bandaids for their "injuries".
"Alright now we look cool too," Malik laughed causing Ishizu to roll her eyes. "Pharaoh does that feel better," Ishizu asked? "Pharaoh is something wrong," Ishizu asked again? **Where is she I had her right there** Yami thought looking inside his side pocket. "Hey Yams are you okay," Jou asked now noticing the look of panic in Yami's eyes. "Hey Yams does your cut really hurt," Jou asked trying to figure out the sudden change in Yami. " I-I can't find Mana she's gone," Yami whimpered. "Oh so that's it," Jou said. "Kaiba do any of you see Yami's Dark Magician Girl Plushie," Jou asked?
10 minutes later the search ended.
**Oh No** Kaiba thought as Mokuba showed him Mana. Her leg had been ripped in half at the knee and she had quit a few scrapes on her arms. It didn't look very good at all the loss of stuffing was great. "Ni-sama what are we going to do," Mokuba asked? " We're going to show Mana to Yami," Kaiba said sighing. "Are you sure he carries her around with him everywhere," Mokuba said looking a bit worried? " I know Mokuba don't worry I'll tell him." "Why don't you go and see if Honda and Miho need help with the barbecue," Kaiba said. "Yeah sure Seto, good luck," Mokuba said as he walked over to where Honda and Miho were.
**Well here goes nothing** Kaiba thought as he walked over to where Yami sitting down. "Hey Yami-Kun I need to tell you something it's about Mana okay," Kaiba said trying his best to not give away the situation by the sound of his voice. "You found Mana let me see her, where is she," Yami asked excitedly? Noticing the look of concern on Kaiba face Yami began to get worried. "Seto w-what's wrong why haven't you given Mana to me," Yami asked nervously? "I'm very sorry Yami-Kun," Kaiba said as he laid Mana down in front of Yami..
"Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ," Yami screamed causing everyone to shudder. "K-Kaiba-san I can't be without Mana please make her better," Yami cried. "You just have too Seto please!"
"Yam's it's okay I can get you a new one," Jou said. "Nooooo I don't wanna new one I want Mana," Yami screamed. *Shit* Jou thought as Yami went into a fit of tears. **There has to be a way to fix this** Jou thought.
After a few minutes of pondering Jou got up and headed over to where Anzu,Serenity and Ishizu were. "Jounouchi what happened to the Pharaoh why is he crying," Serenity asked? "That's why I came to you gals," Jou said.
"Anzu do you still carry around that sewing kit of yours," Jou asked? "Yeah I do why do you ask," she asked? "Maybe you all should come with me,"" Jou said as he walked over to where Mana lay.
"So can you fix her," Jou asked glancing at Kaiba who was rubbing Yami's back in small circular motions? "Wow I didn't realize how bad Yami really was," Ishizu sighed. "Marik said he was bad but I thought he was being dramatic," Ishizu said. "You don't know the half of it Ishizu most of the time he doesn't want to sleep alone." "When Seto and I need our alone time we have to lock our bedroom door, one time we found him curled up asleep outside our door."
"But Yami is doing really well in most of his classes he even answers questions when the teacher calls him," Anzu said. "He's a little shy in English but I think that's just because he's not that comfortable with spelling," Anzu said.
"Though he got an A on his grammar test last Friday," Anzu said glancing over to where Yami was. "Well Kaiba got Yami a tutor as soon as he knew he'd be enrolled in Yugi's exact schedule," Jou said.
"Some days Yami does really well, and other days it's an all out battle to get him dressed for school," Jou sighed. "Poor Yami," Serenity said. "So can you fix Mana," Jou asked?
"Yes Jou I think we can fix her but Ryou has a way better sewing kit than I do," Anzu said. "Ryou can you come over here for a second," Anzu asked? //What does our friend want now Tenshi?// /I don't know lets just go see./ //The things I do for you.// /I love you too Bakura./ "So whats up," Ryou said as Bakura stood next to him. "We need to borrow your sewing kit so we can hopefully fix Mana," Anzu said pointing to the plushie on the ground.
"Your lucky that I have it with me today it's in my backpack," Ryou said. / Kura can you bring me the backpack?/ // I'm so having my way with you when we get home.// Bakura then handed Ryou the backpack containing the sewing kit. "Here you go Anzu do you need help," Ryou asked? "No Ryou we girls can handle it just fine," Serenity said. "Oh ok good luck," Ryou said as he and Bakura left the girls alone.
"Jou we'll take Mana now," Serenity said as she picked up the plushie. "W-Where are you taking her," Yami asked looking up from Kaiba's chest. "We're going to make her better Yami now you should relax and get something to eat okay," Serenity said running her fingers through his hair. "Thank you Serenity," Yami managed to mumble. A few minutes later the girls including Miho ( she went to assist) were preparing for "surgery".
"Yams while they take care of Mana let's go and get something to eat Honda and Miho finished barbecuing us some hamburgers and hotdogs," Jou said. Shaking his head no Yami clutched onto Kaiba even tighter.
"I bet you two are hungry," Hikaru whispered to Jou. "Yeah a little bit," Jou laughed. "Let me see if I can get him to go eat," Hikaru said. Hikaru then walked over to Kaiba. "Hey Pharaoh-Kun let's go get something to eat it looks really delicious," Hikaru said. "What if I promise to take you shopping for your first go board on Saturday," Hikaru asked? "You promise for real," Yami asked looking up at Hikaru? "Yes I promise now I'm hungry let's go eat," Hikaru said as he grabbed Yami's hand pulling him towards the barbecue. "Hey thanks a lot Hikaru," Kaiba said. "Sure no problem," Hikari said laughing as he heard Yami yell out. "Otogi Oh My Ra what is this it's sooooo good did I die and go to the afterlife," Yami said as he put the food inside his mouth? "Hahaha Pharaoh your're funny this isn't the afterlife," Otogi said as he gave Yami another piece. "But it's so friggin good what is it," Yami asked?
"It's called Carne Asada I learned about it when I went to America," Otogi said laughing. "Carne Asada mmmm mmmm," Yami said as he popped another piece of the juicy meat in his mouth.
**Oh damn he looks so adorable** Hikaru thought to himself as he watched Yami lick his fingers everytime he ate another piece of the marinated meat. "Hey you guys you better come and get some before the Pharaoh eats all of the Carner Asada Otogi made," Hikaru said as he served himself some plus a hotdog.
Meanwhile the girls were assessing Mana's injuries. "None of us have anything to use for stuffing we should ask Kaiba if he has anything at his place," Anzu said. "Kaiba can you come here for a second," Ishizu asked?
"Sure I'll be right there," Kaiba said putting his plate of food down. "So what's the problem," Kaiba asked? "Mana injuires are pretty severe the only way we can cure her is to peform the surgery at your place," Anzu said.
"You do have stuffing and such right," Serenity asked? "Yes I have everything and If I don't I can get it for you," Kaiba said. "You girls should join us you're going to need your strength for the surgery."
"Yeah you're right Kaiba," Miho said.
(5:00 pm at the Kaiba Mansion)
"Yami you need to stay out of the girls way," Jou said.
"But Jounouchi Mana might be scared there all by herself," Yami said.
"Mana will be just fine she's in great hands," Jou said. ** I probably shouldn't have let him watch toy story**
"Yami-Kun you need to finish up your calculus homework for tomorrow," Kaiba said.
"Calculus it's so hard Kaiba can't I just watch TV instead," Yami pouted?
"Don't give me the pouty face you have to keep up your grades now come on and lets finish your homework," Kaiba said pointing to the study.
Once Yami was seated he opened up his calculus book to the section on Integrals.
"Yami don't forget Grandpa will be landing when we get out of school tomorrow," Kaiba said.
"Oh right do you think he made any interesting discoveries Seto?"
"I'm sure he'll tell you all about it tomorrow Yami."
** I just hope it's news that'll help us find Yugi** Kaiba thought to himself as he finished up his weekly homework packet....

Getting up from the bed Yami walked to the door and ran downstairs just as Kaiba finished up with his conversation with Solomon. **What in the world.** Kaiba thought to himself as he was glomped by Yami. "I'm sorry Kaiba-san, I'm so sorry please forgive me Kaiba-san," Yami pleaded. "Yami it's ok there's nothing to forgive, you were just upset," Kaiba said as he gave the Pharaoh a warm embrace. "Now I have some good news," Kaiba said as he pried Yami from him. "Solomon is coming back from his research trip." "Really Grandpa is coming home, you think he's still mad at me?" "Yami what makes you think he's mad at you?" "Cuz I couldn't protect Yugi why else would he leave me?" "Yami your Grandpa is not mad at you, and when he comes back you'll have lots to talk about." "He should be here tomorrow night, but until then were all going to go to the park," Kaiba said.
"Hey Ni-sama I just got off the phone with the rest of the group and they're going to meet us at the park. "Hey Yami are you feeling better, " Mokuba asked? "Yes thanks Mokuba."
"Well we better get going," Ryou said as he and Bakura emerged carrying an ice chest full of food that Cassie had prepared for their outing at the park. "Are we all set to go now," Kaiba asked looking at the group in front of him.
"Just a moment I'll be right back," Jou said as he ran upstairs to his room . Joe then grabbed his backpack and shoved a few extra pairs of athletic shorts in it. He then went to Yami's room and grabbed Yami's Slifer the sky dragon tank top and matching red shorts. **Oh can't forget these** Jou thought as he tossed in an extra pair of socks and Yami's red converse sneakers. **Hmm ya know I'll toss a pair of these in too** Jou thought as he zipped up his pack
"So I guess were ready now," Kaiba said as Jou walked in the living room. Everyone piled up into the limo and headed for the park.
Within fifteen minutes the limo arrived at the park. "Roland I'll call you when we're ready to go home," Kaiba said waving Roland goodbye.
//Aibou I wish you could be here with me? Are you in pain? Do you hate me? Can you feel how much I love you? I wish I could sense you. // Yami sighed as he fiddled with Mana. What Yami didn't know was somewhere his light was looking out as tears flowed out of their violet orbs. If he had been able to see what his light had been going through he would have really lost it. Yugi had been forced to hear his Dark cry out for him everynight. More then anything Yugi desperately wanted to comfort Yami and tell him that everything would be ok. Yet he couldn't even contact him. He knew his friends were looking for him, he just hoped they would find him soon.
"So Mokuba whose all meeting us at the park," Jou asked?
"I called Honda, Otogi,Malik,Marik,Hikaru, Akira," Mokuba said as they climbed out of the limo. "Hey Guys about time you got here," Otogi said as he and Honda set up the BBQ.
Once everything was settled it was decided to that they should all play a friendly game before sitting down to lunch. "So any ideas on what we should play," Malik asked? //Hmm Koi I'd rather just play with you.//

Flag Football," Honda said as he gathered the two different colored flags for each team.
"Okay Flag Football it is," Otogi said. "This is going to be awesome so whose going to be the two team captains," Mokuba asked?
"Well naturally I'll be one of the captains," Kaiba said. "And I'll be the other one," Jounouchi said. "So whose going to be on Team Blue Eyes," Mokuba asked?
"Hmm Team Blue Eyes well I guess then my team is Team Red Eyes," Jounouchi said grinning. "Pup don't think I'll go easy on you," Kaiba said? "Ya know what Dragon you forget I'm on the Varsity Domino Football team," Jou said. Indeed Jounouchi was one of the best players on the team, the reason he wasn't Captain was because of all the schooling he missed helping his best friend Yugi save the world. Coach Sakano needed someone that would be able to make all the games and practices all of the time so another guy was chosen as the Captain.
"Naturally Mokuba is on my team so Pup why don't you choose your first player," Kaiba said as he laid out the blue flags for his team. "Hmm I'll take Honda," Jou said. "Dude this is going to be great," Honda said as he removed his shirt before putting the pair of red flags onto his shorts. They continued to pick until their teams were complete.
"I didn't think I'd be playing football, if I knew that I'd have wore some shorts," Akira said. "Don't worry bud I brought some extra pairs," Jou said as he tossed a pair of blue athetic shorts to Akira.
"Thanks Jou," Akira said as he proceeded to put on the shorts.
"Yams get over here and join your team," Jou yelled out to Yami who was currently sitting on the blanket. "But I'm not exactly dressed to play football Jou," Yami yelled back.
"Pharaoh just get your butt over here now," Marik yelled back. With a reluctant sigh Yami walked over to join the Red Eyes. "Here you go Yami put these one," Jou said handing him the tank top and shorts he had gotten for him earlier that day. "Where am I supposed to change," Yami asked? "Just change here you're among friends no one else is around," Bakura said. Suddenly Yam's face turned a bright tomato red the thought of changing in front of everyone was embarrasing to him. Especially since he wasn't wearing anything under his leather pants. Noticing the bright blush across Yami's face Jou took him by the hand a little away from everyone else.
"Yams is there a reason why you don't want to change in front of us, I mean Akira changed into shorts," Jou asked? "Uh the girls are here now too," Yami said. "So what's the big deal," Jou asked?
Yami fidgeted a little before answering Jou back, " I'm not wearing anything underneath my pants," Yami whispered his face becoming even redder than it already was. "Ahh I figured that don't worry I got ya covered, just wait right here," Jou said as he walked over to his backpack that housed a pair of Yami's boxers, socks and converse before walking to the rest of the group.
Jou then whispered something into Kaiba ear, causing Kaiba to say, "Oh so that's why he's so red." Clearing his throat Kaiba made an annoucement.
"Guys we need to protect the Pharaoh everyone surround the Pharaoh and face away from him," Kaiba said. Without hesitation Marik,Malik,Ryou,Bakura,Otogi,Honda,Mokuba, Akira and Hikaru surrounded Yami who was blushing redder then his light ever had. Seeing that the girls were running over to join the guys ( usually guys included any of the girls that happened to be with them at the time.) Jounouchi quickly grabbed Serenity's hand.
"Jou what's wrong, I'm going to help protect the Pharaoh?" "Yeah Jou what's wrong it's the tombkeepers duty to protect the Pharaoh at all costs," Ishuzu yelled causing Malik to yell out.
"Sister the Pharaoh isn't wearing anything underneath his leather pants he doesn't want any of you girls to see his um well you know." "Oh why didn't you guys just say that in the first place," Anzu said.
"Pharaoh hurry up and change so we can play some ball," Serenity said.
"Miho what do you think your doing," Malik asked as she made her way to the circle? "What I just want to take a little peak at the Ancient relics," Miho said giggling. "Pharaoh you better hurry up before Miho invades your Kingdom," Marik said trying not to laugh. "Miho why settle for a glimpse of the Pharaohs Kingdom when you can witness a Theifs lair," Bakura said getting slapped upside the head by Ryou. //What you know my lair is only for you my Tenshi.// /Well yeah I know but did you really have to say that./ Ryou and Bakura then look over to Honda glaring. Everyone else had busted up laughing except Yami who was looking pretty shocked at the moment.
Ten minutes later everyone was ready for a nice friendly game of Flag Football.
Team Blue Eyes:
Seto, Mokuba, Malik,Marik,Otogi, Akira, Ishizu,Anzu
Team Red Eyes:
Jounouchi, Honda, Bakura, Ryou, Hikaru, Yami,Serenity, Miho
"Okay so between those two trees will be team Blue Eyes goal," Kaiba said pointing east. " Between those two bushes over there will be team Red Eyes Goal," Jounouchi said pointing west.
30 minutes later into the game
Akira threw the ball towards Mokuba who jumped up ninja turtle style before crashing down on his two legs. "Run Mokuba don't let Bakura catch you," Ishuzu yelled as Bakura chased Mokuba as he ran pass the water fountain.
"Damn he's fast," Honda said as Mokuba slipped right past him and straight threw the trees making a touch down. "Yeah and that's why we Kaiba's Rule," Kaiba said high fiving his brother.
"Whatever rich boy," Jounouchi said causing Kaiba to glare. "Ya know there's a puppy here that's going to be punished tonight," Kaiba said causing Jou to let out a whimper.
30 minutes later into the fourth quarter
"Okay we have the ball guys we can still win this all we need to do is make a touch down to tie the game," Jou said. "So what do you suggest we do Jou," Hikaru asked?
"Hmm okay Bakura, Honda and myself will block Seto, Otogi and Akiraa," Jou said. "Serenity,Miho you two will make sure that Mokuba and Anzu don't take the ball from Yami," Jou said causing Yami to gasp.
"W-What why do I have to run with the ball," Yami cried out? "Well because all of us here can block better than you," Honda said. "And who would tackle a Pharaoh," Serenity laughed? "Now all you have to do is move those Kingly legs and we'll do the rest, " Bakura said smirking.
/Bakura do I even want to know what your planning?/ //Probably not Tenshi.//
"Okay so if my intuition is correct they are going to have the Pharaoh run the ball," Kaiba said. "Why would they do that no offense but this is definetly not his game," Otogi said. "They don't think that we'll chase him cause he's the Pharaoh," Malik said. "Oh got it," Akira said as he got into his position.
"Yami go now," Ryou said as he handed the ball to the Pharaoh right before he had to dive in order to protect his own flags. "Yami don't look back just keep running," Hikaru yelled as he made a sharp left turn in order turn in order to prevent Akira from grabbing his flag. **Almost there** Yami thought as he inched his way towards the goal. " Yeah he's going to make it," Jou screamed as Yami was a few inches from making the touch down. Seconds later Yami ran through the bushes with the ball in hand. //Aibou I made it..// Yami panted right before tripping on a rock. "Ahhhhhhhh."
"Yams let me see," Jou said as Yami sat on the ground clutching his leg. "Hey Yami great job we won the game," Hikaru said as he made his way towards Yami and Jou. "Well guys it looks like Yami's got his first battle scar involving sports," Jou said smiling. "That ain't nothing check this out Yami," Hikaru said as he lifted up his shorts leg revealing a faint yet noticeable scar on the side of his leg. "I got this one while doing tricks on my bike in the X games competition," Hikari said smiling. Yami just smiled as blood dripped down his leg.
"Hey do any of you have band aids," Jou asked? Ishizu always came prepared having two crazed brothers they were always getting injured. After grabbing her bag from the picnic table Ishizu walked over to the where Yami sat. "Hmmm let's see how bad it is," Ishizu said as she took hold of the Pharaohs leg. "Well it doesn't look like you'll need stiches so that's good," Ishizu said.
Ishizu then sprayed some disenfectant getting a whimper from Yami before putting some ointment on the cut.
"There you go all better," Ishizu said as she placed a Winged Dragon Of Ra bandaid on Yami's leg ( the big square kind). "Sister we want a bandaid too," Marik and Malik yelled. " Are you two even injured," Ishizu asked?
"Err yes," Malik said. "Show me where your hurt," Ishizu asked? "Here and Marik is hurt here," Malik said pointing to their legs. " I don't see anything Malik." "Ishizu your not looking hard enough,' Marik said as he took the tip of the millenium rod giving himself and Malik a small cut. " Marik have you two been causing injuries in order to get Bandaids we've been going through an awful lot of them lately," Ishizu asked her brother? "Um No Ishizu we haven't this was the first time," Marik said looking very innocent. (Which for Marik was surprisingly believable.) Shaking her head Ishizu handed the two bandaids for their "injuries".
"Alright now we look cool too," Malik laughed causing Ishizu to roll her eyes. "Pharaoh does that feel better," Ishizu asked? "Pharaoh is something wrong," Ishizu asked again? **Where is she I had her right there** Yami thought looking inside his side pocket. "Hey Yams are you okay," Jou asked now noticing the look of panic in Yami's eyes. "Hey Yams does your cut really hurt," Jou asked trying to figure out the sudden change in Yami. " I-I can't find Mana she's gone," Yami whimpered. "Oh so that's it," Jou said. "Kaiba do any of you see Yami's Dark Magician Girl Plushie," Jou asked?
10 minutes later the search ended.
**Oh No** Kaiba thought as Mokuba showed him Mana. Her leg had been ripped in half at the knee and she had quit a few scrapes on her arms. It didn't look very good at all the loss of stuffing was great. "Ni-sama what are we going to do," Mokuba asked? " We're going to show Mana to Yami," Kaiba said sighing. "Are you sure he carries her around with him everywhere," Mokuba said looking a bit worried? " I know Mokuba don't worry I'll tell him." "Why don't you go and see if Honda and Miho need help with the barbecue," Kaiba said. "Yeah sure Seto, good luck," Mokuba said as he walked over to where Honda and Miho were.
**Well here goes nothing** Kaiba thought as he walked over to where Yami sitting down. "Hey Yami-Kun I need to tell you something it's about Mana okay," Kaiba said trying his best to not give away the situation by the sound of his voice. "You found Mana let me see her, where is she," Yami asked excitedly? Noticing the look of concern on Kaiba face Yami began to get worried. "Seto w-what's wrong why haven't you given Mana to me," Yami asked nervously? "I'm very sorry Yami-Kun," Kaiba said as he laid Mana down in front of Yami..
"Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ," Yami screamed causing everyone to shudder. "K-Kaiba-san I can't be without Mana please make her better," Yami cried. "You just have too Seto please!"
"Yam's it's okay I can get you a new one," Jou said. "Nooooo I don't wanna new one I want Mana," Yami screamed. *Shit* Jou thought as Yami went into a fit of tears. **There has to be a way to fix this** Jou thought.
After a few minutes of pondering Jou got up and headed over to where Anzu,Serenity and Ishizu were. "Jounouchi what happened to the Pharaoh why is he crying," Serenity asked? "That's why I came to you gals," Jou said.
"Anzu do you still carry around that sewing kit of yours," Jou asked? "Yeah I do why do you ask," she asked? "Maybe you all should come with me,"" Jou said as he walked over to where Mana lay.
"So can you fix her," Jou asked glancing at Kaiba who was rubbing Yami's back in small circular motions? "Wow I didn't realize how bad Yami really was," Ishizu sighed. "Marik said he was bad but I thought he was being dramatic," Ishizu said. "You don't know the half of it Ishizu most of the time he doesn't want to sleep alone." "When Seto and I need our alone time we have to lock our bedroom door, one time we found him curled up asleep outside our door."
"But Yami is doing really well in most of his classes he even answers questions when the teacher calls him," Anzu said. "He's a little shy in English but I think that's just because he's not that comfortable with spelling," Anzu said.
"Though he got an A on his grammar test last Friday," Anzu said glancing over to where Yami was. "Well Kaiba got Yami a tutor as soon as he knew he'd be enrolled in Yugi's exact schedule," Jou said.
"Some days Yami does really well, and other days it's an all out battle to get him dressed for school," Jou sighed. "Poor Yami," Serenity said. "So can you fix Mana," Jou asked?
"Yes Jou I think we can fix her but Ryou has a way better sewing kit than I do," Anzu said. "Ryou can you come over here for a second," Anzu asked? //What does our friend want now Tenshi?// /I don't know lets just go see./ //The things I do for you.// /I love you too Bakura./ "So whats up," Ryou said as Bakura stood next to him. "We need to borrow your sewing kit so we can hopefully fix Mana," Anzu said pointing to the plushie on the ground.
"Your lucky that I have it with me today it's in my backpack," Ryou said. / Kura can you bring me the backpack?/ // I'm so having my way with you when we get home.// Bakura then handed Ryou the backpack containing the sewing kit. "Here you go Anzu do you need help," Ryou asked? "No Ryou we girls can handle it just fine," Serenity said. "Oh ok good luck," Ryou said as he and Bakura left the girls alone.
"Jou we'll take Mana now," Serenity said as she picked up the plushie. "W-Where are you taking her," Yami asked looking up from Kaiba's chest. "We're going to make her better Yami now you should relax and get something to eat okay," Serenity said running her fingers through his hair. "Thank you Serenity," Yami managed to mumble. A few minutes later the girls including Miho ( she went to assist) were preparing for "surgery".
"Yams while they take care of Mana let's go and get something to eat Honda and Miho finished barbecuing us some hamburgers and hotdogs," Jou said. Shaking his head no Yami clutched onto Kaiba even tighter.
"I bet you two are hungry," Hikaru whispered to Jou. "Yeah a little bit," Jou laughed. "Let me see if I can get him to go eat," Hikaru said. Hikaru then walked over to Kaiba. "Hey Pharaoh-Kun let's go get something to eat it looks really delicious," Hikaru said. "What if I promise to take you shopping for your first go board on Saturday," Hikaru asked? "You promise for real," Yami asked looking up at Hikaru? "Yes I promise now I'm hungry let's go eat," Hikaru said as he grabbed Yami's hand pulling him towards the barbecue. "Hey thanks a lot Hikaru," Kaiba said. "Sure no problem," Hikari said laughing as he heard Yami yell out. "Otogi Oh My Ra what is this it's sooooo good did I die and go to the afterlife," Yami said as he put the food inside his mouth? "Hahaha Pharaoh your're funny this isn't the afterlife," Otogi said as he gave Yami another piece. "But it's so friggin good what is it," Yami asked?
"It's called Carne Asada I learned about it when I went to America," Otogi said laughing. "Carne Asada mmmm mmmm," Yami said as he popped another piece of the juicy meat in his mouth.
**Oh damn he looks so adorable** Hikaru thought to himself as he watched Yami lick his fingers everytime he ate another piece of the marinated meat. "Hey you guys you better come and get some before the Pharaoh eats all of the Carner Asada Otogi made," Hikaru said as he served himself some plus a hotdog.
Meanwhile the girls were assessing Mana's injuries. "None of us have anything to use for stuffing we should ask Kaiba if he has anything at his place," Anzu said. "Kaiba can you come here for a second," Ishizu asked?
"Sure I'll be right there," Kaiba said putting his plate of food down. "So what's the problem," Kaiba asked? "Mana injuires are pretty severe the only way we can cure her is to peform the surgery at your place," Anzu said.
"You do have stuffing and such right," Serenity asked? "Yes I have everything and If I don't I can get it for you," Kaiba said. "You girls should join us you're going to need your strength for the surgery."
"Yeah you're right Kaiba," Miho said.
(5:00 pm at the Kaiba Mansion)
"Yami you need to stay out of the girls way," Jou said.
"But Jounouchi Mana might be scared there all by herself," Yami said.
"Mana will be just fine she's in great hands," Jou said. ** I probably shouldn't have let him watch toy story**
"Yami-Kun you need to finish up your calculus homework for tomorrow," Kaiba said.
"Calculus it's so hard Kaiba can't I just watch TV instead," Yami pouted?
"Don't give me the pouty face you have to keep up your grades now come on and lets finish your homework," Kaiba said pointing to the study.
Once Yami was seated he opened up his calculus book to the section on Integrals.
"Yami don't forget Grandpa will be landing when we get out of school tomorrow," Kaiba said.
"Oh right do you think he made any interesting discoveries Seto?"
"I'm sure he'll tell you all about it tomorrow Yami."
** I just hope it's news that'll help us find Yugi** Kaiba thought to himself as he finished up his weekly homework packet....
